There are two approach methods widely in statistical inferences. First is sampling theory methods and the other is Bayesian methods. In this paper, we will introduce the most basic differences of the two approach methods. Especially, we investigate and introduce the historical origin of Bayesian methods in Statistical inferences which is currently used. Also, we introduce the some characteristics of sampling theory method and Bayesian methods.

In this paper, we review recent developments in network analysis using the graph theory, and introduce ongoing research area with relevant theoretical results. In specific, we introduce basic notations in graph, and conditional and marginal approach in constructing the adjacency matrix. Also, we introduce the Marcenko-Pastur law, the Tracy-Widom law, the white Wishart distribution, and the spiked distribution. Finally, we mention the relationship between degrees and eigenvalues for the detection of hubs in a network.

For any non-negative real number ${\epsilon}_0$, we shall introduce a concept of the ${\epsilon}_0$-Cauchy sequence in a normed linear space V and also introduce a concept of the ${\epsilon}_0$-completeness in those spaces. Finally we introduce a concept of the generalized Banach spaces with these concepts.

We introduce the notion of semi-convergence of p-stacks and by using that notion we characterize the semi-interior, semiclosure, separation axioms and semi-continuity on a topological space. Also we introduce a new notion of p-somicompactness and investigate its properties in terms of semi-convergence of p-stacks.

In this paper we introduce matrix representations of polygroups over hyperrings and show such representations induce representations of the fundamental group over the corresponding fundamental ring. We also introduce the notion of a polygroup hyperring generalizing the notion of a group ring. We establish homo-morphisms among various polygroup hyperrings.
