Various kinds of cognitive aspects must be inclusively considered for understanding to transitivity. Basically, transitivity is not a notion of pure lexical items, pure syntactic dimensions and only semantic interpretation. That is, transitivity is affected by the extralinguistic phenomena which contain speakers psychological and cognitive interpretations. It is based on human cognitive abilities to interpret the exact meaning of language expressions. To sum up, transitivity has a relation with the observer's (speaker's) cognitive interpretation within the entire contexts.

I propose a modeling of a mechanism for weight fire uniformity measurement of a tire and a way I interpret a Sampling signal by Loadcell through an analysis, and to measure fire uniformity in this study. Correct a weight fire uniformity measurement was possible through the production of conversion and influence factor of a signal with a basis with the model who was an oscillation mechanics enemy.

We review the characteristics of a geometric mean and statistical inferences based on geometric means. We also show that the statistical results obtained by the logarithmic transform and back-transformation are related to geometric means and explain how to interpret the results produced in this process.

This paper discusses the reliability equivalences of a series-parallel system. The system components are assumed to be independent and identical. The failure rates of the system components are functions of time and follow Weibull distribution. Three different methods are used to improve the given system reliability. The reliability equivalence factor is obtained using the reliability function. The fractiles of the original and improved systems are also obtained. Numerical example is presented to interpret how to utilize the obtained results.

This study presents failure mechanisms for the pull-out strength of headed reinforcement for upper bound solution based on the limit theorem. The failure mechanisms to be presented follow the failure surface pattern of punching shear failure found in the joints of slab with a column. Several failure surfaces of the mechanisms have different characteristics for dissipation works and these mechanisms are able to interpret the role of bar details surrounding headed reinforcement.

Information should be properly shared and clearly recognized by not only the individuals within an enterprise but also the partners and the customers. Physical and logical collaboration between the application systems, therefore, became important, and building such collaborative function in an information system has been one of the major issues of the solution providers. In this paper we first interpret the term collaboration from the information system perspective. Then we discuss the collaboration system in two aspects; system integration and user interface.

In this study, we interpret the notion of homotopy of morphisms in the category of crossed modules in a category C of groups with operations using the categorical equivalence between the categories of crossed modules and of internal categories in C. Further, we characterize the derivations of crossed modules in a category C and obtain new crossed modules using regular derivations of old one.

NMR-based metabolomics needs various knowledge to elucidate metabolic perturbation such as NMR experiments, NMR spectrum processing, raw data processing, metabolite identification, statistical analysis, and metabolic pathway analysis regarding technical aspects. Among them, some concepts of raw data processing and multivariate analysis are not easy to understand but are important to correctly interpret metabolic profile. This article introduces NMR spectrum processing, raw data processing, and multivariate analysis.

We introduce certain local Thomsen condition in a 3-web and prove that it is equivalent to the equation a－(a－b)＝b in its corresponding loop, where we denote the loop operation additively for convenience and simplicity, even though the loop is neither associative nor commutative. Also we interpret such local Thomsen condition using orthogonality of chains in a web.

This paper describes the recognition boundary of Hangeul character to interpret variance factor in accordance with various combination. When the recognition algorithm based on comparing the MSE value with the one of the standard pattern in $16{\times}16$ images is performed, we come to a conclusion that we have towe must make a decision MSE value above 34 in order to achive theve recognition rate larger than 90%. Also we understand that varing component coordinates method based on statistical process of each character pattern is preferred.
