Fashion Product Consumer's Relationship Benefit Perception and Relationship Quality on the Internet Shopping Mall -Focused on Relationship Tendency- (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션상품 소비자가 지각하는 관계혜택과 관계의 질 -고객관계 성향을 중심으로-)

  • This study examined the influence of fashion product consumer's relationship benefit on relationship quality in the internet shopping mall. Also consumer's relationship benefit perception and relationship quality are identified in terms of consumer's relationship tendency(relationship period, relationship intensity). Survey research was conducted from November 1, 2011 to November 12, 2011 in people living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in the internet shopping mall. 620 useful data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, t-test, ANOVA and duncan test using SPSS 17.0. The results were as follows: Relationship Benefit perceived by fashion product consumer was categorized into three factors including "economic benefit", "psychological benefit", "informational benefit". Each factor of relationship benefit had a significant influence on customer satisfaction, trust, and commitment. As for consumer's relationship benefit perception according to the relationship period for internet shopping mall, the consumer who had used the internet shopping mall longer perceived relationship benefit factors higher than shorter using consumer. As for relationship quality, there was a significant difference only in customer satisfaction according to consumer's relationship period for internet shopping mall, Relationship benefit factors and relationship quality showed Significant differences according to the degree of relationship intensity perceived by consumer in the internet shopping mall.

  • The objective of this study is to verify the correlations among design quality of domestic internet fashion shopping mall and relations to specific shopping malls, and shopping mall users' intention to continue the relations. The main results were withdrawn as follows. First, it was found that some factors of internet fashion shopping mall design quality had significant positive influences on the qualities of relationship to users such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion. Second, it was found that all components of quality of customer relationship to internet fashion shopping mall such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion had significant positive influence on their intention to continue relations to the internet shopping mall. Third, graphic and multimedia quality of internet fashion shopping mall design components had significant positive influences on internet fashion shopping mall users' intention to continue relationship to the shopping mall. Empirical study of qualities on the relationship between internet fashion shopping mall design quality and its users, their intention to repurchase or recommend goods from the mall would be very valuable in a management point of view of small internet fashion shopping mall.

Clothing Shopping Orientation and Service Perception of Online Mall according to Mongolian's Internet Lifestyle (몽골인들의 인터넷 라이프스타일에 따른 패션쇼핑성향과 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스 지각)

  • The purposes were to identify clothing shopping orientation and service perception of online shopping mall according to Mongolian's internet lifestyle. A questionnaire developed by researchers was used and 310 Mongolian in 20's were the subjects. Survey was done during Jan. and Feb. 2010. Most Mongolian used internet at home or office and had used internet less than one year. Half of Mongolian visited online shopping mall less than 5 times during last year. Most Mongolian did not buy any fashion items at online mall but had higher intention to shop at online mall. Factors of Mongolian's internet lifestyle were information search, shopping pursuit, and utilizing ability and segmented into internet heavy users and light users. Factors of fashion shopping orientation were individuality & brands, fashion, diversity, economy, pleasure, and efficiency and factors of online shopping mall service were order & delivery and products. Internet heavy users were found more frequently among married men with high income, experienced online shopping more, showed higher fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service more. Internet light users were among unmarried women with low income, not experienced online shopping, showed lower fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service less.

The Effects of Interactivity on Consumer's Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall According to Fashion Involvement and Internet Familiarity (패션관여와 인터넷 친숙도에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰과의 상호작용성이 재구매 의도에 미치는 인과모형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interactivity on consumer's affective commitment, trust, and repurchase intention according to fashion involvement and internet familiarity. The survey was limited to the respondents over 20 years old males and females living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping mall. The questionnaire was collected from February 1, 2012 to February 12, 2012 and 562 useful data were analyzed using Amos 19. The results of this study were as follows: After respondents were divided into four groups including the high fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, the high fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group, the low fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, the low fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group, the path model was verified according to each group. All the paths except 'affective commitment ${\rightarrow}$ repurchase intention' were accepted for the high fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group. Comparing the low fashion involvement/low internet familiarity group with the low fashion involvement/high internet familiarity group, contents-people interactivity had more influence on the relationship with internet shopping mall in high internet familiarity group while people-people interactivity had more influence on the relationship with internet shopping mall in low internet familiarity group. Also 'trust' showed stronger effects on repurchase intention than 'affective commitment'.

  • This study was to investigate difference across socioeconomic groups in factors of purchase intention of apparel in internet shopping mall and in satisfaction were internet shopping mall. A questionnaire was administered to collage students majoring in fashion design during May of 2001. Data was analyzed by using Factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, ${\chi}^2$-test. Factor analysis yield three factors of purchase intention, purchase stimulus, convenience and economic and rationality. Significant differences were found across levels of monthly pocket money and types of payment for purchase apparel of internet shopping mall purchase stimulus (factor 1). In convenience and economics (factor 2), differences were also significant across levels of purchase frequency, product price and payment ways of internet sopping mall. Significant difference was identified across sex type and levels of product price purchased in internet shopping mall (factor 3). Regarding internet shopping mall satisfaction, differences were significant across levels monthly pocket money and apparel purchase frequency of in internet shopping mall.

  • This study was to investigate the conversion intent of fashion store among college undergraduates. The conversion intent in internet shopping mall and local store was associated with store attributes and relationship quality. A random sample of undergraduate students completed a questionnaire that contained measure of Store attributes, Relationship quality, Conversion intent of fashion store. The results revealed that store attributes of local store were store comport/salesman service, product diversity, store location, price and the store attributes of internet shopping mall were product diversity/easy of navigation, store reliability, screen configuration, sales promotion. Also, the result founded that the conversion intent of fashion store is related to store comport/salesman service in local store and is related to product diversity/easy of navigation, screen configuration, promotion in internet shopping mall. Relationship quality is highly effected of the conversion intent of local store and internet shopping mall. We expect that this research results can be used as a basic material for another study and setting up the marketing strategies in fashion store.

The Effect of the Perceived Interactivity, Trust, and Flow by on the Purchase Intention of the Fashion Merchandise between Different Internet Shopping Mall Types (인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 지각된 상호작용성, 신뢰, Flow가 패션상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study investigates the customer's perceived interactivity, perceived trust, and flow of the Internet shopping-mall. The TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) was applied to see the effect on the individual's attitude toward the shopping-mall via purchase intention. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 806 questionnaires were distributed to the customers with first-hand experience with fashion merchandise in Internet shopping-mall. The judgement sampling method was employed on sample population ages from 20's to 40's over one month period. The result showed the following. First, the perceived interactivity had an effect on perceived trust, usefulness, Flow in all shopping mall types. but there was no effect in the relationship between the two-way Interactivity and the perceived usefulness in the Specialty Internet Shopping-mall model. Second, perceived trust and Flow had an effect on perceived usefulness in all shopping mall types. Third, perceived trust, usefulness and Flow had an effect on the attitude toward shopping-mall in all shopping mall types. Forth, perceived trust, usefulness, Flow and attitude toward shopping-mall had an effect on purchase intention of fashion merchandise in all shopping mall types.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning Internet marketing. The areas of study interest are, the perceived risk, trust, usefulness, Shopping-mall attitude, and purchase intention. To fulfill this objectives, First, a survey was performed targeting customers with first-hand experience with fashion merchandise in Internet shopping-mall. Second, the improbability sampling method was used on aged from 20s to 40s, and the survey was performed over a one month period. A total of 806 questionnaires. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, the exchange/return/delivery risk and social/psychological risk had an effect on the perceived trust in Internet fashion shopping mall. Second, the perceived trust had an effect on the perceived usefulness, the attitude toward using and intention of repurchase in Internet fashion shopping mall. Third, the perceived usefulness had an effect on the attitude toward using and intention of repurchase in Internet fashion shopping mall. Forth, the attitude toward using had an effect on intention of repurchase in Internet fashion shopping mall.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning Internet marketing. This study contributes to the effect on shopping behavior of Internet consumer applying technology acceptance model(TAM) in the Internet fashion merchandise shopping environment. The areas of study interest are, the perceived hedonic values, the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, attitude toward using in Internet shopping mall and purchase intention of the fashion merchandise. To fulfill this objectives, a survey was conducted from May 20 to June 20 in 2007, and an subject of study is the college students and business man aged from 20s to 30s in purchase experience of the fashion merchandise to Internet shopping malls. Data collected over the Internet, and analyzed the 217 subjects. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, the perceived hedonic values, the perceived usefulness, and the perceived ease of use had an effect on attitude toward using in Internet fashion shopping mall. Second, the perceived hedonic values had an effect on the perceived usefulness in Internet fashion shopping mall. Third, the perceived ease of use had an effect on the perceived usefulness in Internet fashion shopping mall. Forth, the attitude toward using had an effect on intention of repurchase in Internet fashion shopping mall.

Impact of Perceived Risk on Purchasing Behavioral Intention of Internet shopping Mall Shoppers (위험지각이 인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰 이용 소비자의 구매행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the types of perceived risk of Internet shopping and the impact of perceived risk on purchasing behavioral intention of Internet shopping mall shoppers. A self-administrated questionnaire was e-mailed to INR research (www.inr.co.kr) panel who had purchasing experience of fashion product through Internet shopping mall. The perceived risk was reduced when the innovativeness increased and purchasing experience in Internet shopping mall increased. The financial risk had an effect on purchasing intention, and social/psychological risk had impact on revisiting intention and word-of-mouth intention negatively. The performance risk perception had significantly negative influence on word-of-mouth intention. Internet using time per week, purchasing experience and Internet innovativeness were positive impact on purchasing behavioral intention of Internet fashion product.
