상수관망에서 발생하는 이물질의 성분분석 (The Component Analysis of Foreign Substance Occurred in Water Distribution Networks)

  • 지방상수도에서 이물질에 의한 수질민원은 수돗물에 대한 불신을 초래하고 음용률을 저해하는 가장 큰 요인이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 수질민원 대상지역의 이물질 수집 및 시료의 정성 및 정량분석을 실시하여 이물질에 함유되어 있는 화합물과 원소성분을 검출함으로서 이물질 발생의 원인을 밝히고 해결방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 또한 상수관로 내부의 이물질로 인해 지속적으로 발생하는 수질민원을 해소하고 수돗물에 대한 신뢰성 향상 및 양질의 수돗물 공급을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 민원지역에서 포집된 이물질은 관로의 내부부식 및 노후화로 인한 부식생성물의 무기화합물뿐만 아니라 탄소(C) 및 산소(O)성분을 다량 함유한 유기화합물도 포함하고 있었다. 이물질에 대한 정확한 판단과 저감을 위해 객관적인 대상지역의 관상태평가가 필요한 것으로 조사되었다.

공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구 (Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations)

  • 공공기관이 제공하는 서비스 질에 대한 사람들의 요구 수준이 높아지면서, 공공서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 내부 구성원의 만족도 향상에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 공공기관 구성원들의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 확인하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 선행요인으로서 공공봉사동기, 직무자율성, 인사제도의 적합성을 제시하였고, 각각의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 창원시 보건소 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 회귀분석을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 독립변수인 공공봉사동기, 직무자율성, 인사제도의 적합성 모두 종속변수인 직무만족과 인지된 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공공봉사동기와 직무자율성은 직무만족에, 인사제도의 적합성은 인지된 성과에 상대적으로 더 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 창원시 보건소 조직은 인위적인 조직통폐합을 통해 만들어진 조직으로서 위에서 밝혀진 결과는 향후 공공기관 조직 개편의 상황에서 조직의 안정적인 성과 창출을 위한 구성원 관리에 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

엔진윤활유 중 Ethylene Glycol의 용제추출후 bistrimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide(BSTFA)를 이용한 GC/MS 분석에 관한 연구 (GC/MS Analysis of Ethylene Glycol in the Contaminated Lubricant Oil Through Solvent Extraction Followed by Derivatization using Bistrimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide (BSTFA))

  • For proper functioning, general machines usually need lubricant oil as a cooling, cleaning, and sealing agent at points of mechanical contact. The quality of lubricant oil can deteriorate during operation owing to various causes such as high temperature, combustion products and extraneous impurities. In this study, a heavy load stopped during operation, and the oil was analyzed to check whether any impurities were added. Extraction using acetonitrile followed by reaction with BSTFA(bistrimethylsilyl trifluoroacetamide) showed that, trimethylsilylated ethylene glycol was present in the lubricant oil. To quantify the ethylene glycol in the oil, deuterium-substituted ethylene glycol, which acted as an internal standard, was added to the sample and then extracted with the solvent. Next, the extract was reacted with the derivatizing agent(BSTFA) and then analyzed with GC/MS. The detection limit of this method was found to be $0.5{\mu}g/g$ and the recovery of oil containing $20,000{\mu}g/g$ of ethylene glycol was measured to be 94.8%. A damaged O-ring and eroded cylinder liner were found during the overhaul, which implied the leakage of coolant containing ethylene glycol into the lubricating system. The erosion of the cylinder liner was assumed to be due to cavitation of the coolant in the cooling system.

인문사회자산 원스톱 포털 서비스 구축 방안 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of One-stop Portal Service for Humanities and Social Assets)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인문사회자산 원스톱 포털 서비스 제공을 위한 발전방안 및 중장기 로드맵 설정에 있다. 이를 위해 기초학문자료센터 SWOT 분석을 실시하였으며, 석 박사과정생 90명을 대상으로 사용성 테스트를 실시하였고, 전문가 8명과의 면담을 통하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 기초학문자료센터가 인문사회자산에 대한 원스톱 포털 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 첫째, 자원의 통합적 제공에만 국한하는 것이 아니라 지속가능한 무한정보제공 측면에서의 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 질적 검증을 거친 연구 성과물 수집 전략을 확립할 필요가 있다. 셋째, KRM은 인문사회자산 허브 및 인문사회 연구자 네트워크 플랫폼으로서 기능해야할 필요성이 요구된다. 넷째, 전문 연구 서비스 뿐 아니라 일반인들을 위한 교육의 측면까지 고려한 서비스 제공이 필요하다.

교통사고 환자 35예에 대한 한방의료 서비스 만족도 조사 (Survey of Satisfaction with Oriental Medical Care for Traffic Accident Patients ; 35 Cases Report)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to understand the satisfaction degree of patients due to traffic accident(TA) in order to provide basic data which would give help not only to improve the quality of services, but also to strengthen the competitiveness of oriental medical hospitals on sequela of TA patients. Methods : The data were collected from inpatients and outpatients who answered a self-report questionnaire. Independent t-test, analysis of variance(ANOVA), $X^2$-test, correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results : According to the research on medical satisfaction degree, the overall satisfaction degree was 4.141. On each field, satisfaction degree related to the doctor service recorded the highest degree among others(4.474). Satisfaction degree related to the appropriateness of service was the second(4.091). On the other hand, satisfaction degree of using procedure was the lowest degree(3.857). On the difference of degrees of satisfaction by general characteristics, patients who were unemployed houseworker group showed lower doctor service satisfaction degree than that of other groups. However, on the difference of degrees of satisfaction related to other general characteristics, there were no significant differences(p<0.05). Conclusions : The service distribution of oriental medical hospital was almost equal without concentrating on specified social classes.

병원유형별 의료기관인증이 병원운영효과에 미치는 영향 분석 - 인증 전과 후 비교 - (Analysis of the Impact of Medical Institution Certification by Hospital Type on Hospital Operation Effect to Increase Wellness - Comparison Before and After Certification -)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원 내부 구성원과 양방병원의 내부구성원 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 인증을 받은 전과 후 차이를 비교 분석하여 구성원 만족도, 직무스트레스, 의료서비스향상이 병원운영 효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원의 병원운영효과는 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스향상이 높을수록, 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있으며, 양방병원의 경우, 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스 향상이 높을수록, 직무스트레스는 낮을수록 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있다. 의료기관인증제도의 기본가치 체계가 환자 안전과 의료의 질 향상인 만큼 요양병원은 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 양방병원보다 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다.

전남지역 대학생의 양식당에 대한 만족도에 미치는 성과 지출비의 영향 (Effects of Gender and Expenditure on Satisfaction with Foodservice of Western Restaurants)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify main effect of gender and expenditure, and interaction effect of gender by expenditure on satisfaction with foodservices of western restaurants. Accordingly, this study surveyed questionnaires concerning 20 measures of foodservice as well as major subject descriptors. The result of this study was as follows: KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed that the data well fitted a factor analysis. Results of the factor analysis, average variance extracted estimates, and shared variance showed that the convergent and discriminant validities of 5 factors were supported, and Cronbach's alpha also showed that the internal consistencies of 5 factors were supported. But there was an interaction effect between independent variables and covariate on service quality factor. This study, therefore, used food decor factor, facility factor, food quality factor, and food value factor as dependent variables in two way 3$\times$2 design factorial ANCOVA. It was found that there were no main effects of gender and expenditure on those four factors. It was however revealed that there was an interaction effect of gender by expenditure on food decor factor.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 생산 전략이 가맹점의 조리 역량과 만족도 및 재계약 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Production Strategies in Foodservice Franchisorson Franchisees' Culinary Competence, Satisfaction, and Recontract Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of production strategies operated by franchisors in the food service industry on the franchisees' culinary competence and subsequently franchisees' satisfaction with performance and recontract intention. In order to accomplish this purpose, two franchised enterprises which used mass-purchasing and mass-producing before distributing to each franchisee for the production strategies were participated and eventually 287 franchisees responded to this survey. Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha showed the validity and internal consistency for the survey questionnaire. LISREL(8.72) was used to test the relationships between variables; production strategy, culinary competences, franchisee satisfaction, and recontract intention of the franchisees. The results present that the franchisees' satisfaction with the management system, quality of distribution, and quality of foods influenced on differentiation performance and supply performance of franchisees. On cost performance, only satisfaction with the food cost had an impact. The higher franchisee satisfaction with the franchisees' operations was, the higher recontract intention was in the franchise business. The results suggest the critical points for improving foodservice supplying system as well.

  • In most recent years, the business competition has spreads over all fields of corporations and their management area regardless of time and place, which makes the survival environment of each enterprise fiercer. In order to secure a high position in the competitive market, the various firms has implemented many methods related to price, quality, and service efficiency. However, the implementation with only low price or high quality might be helpless to hold a high position in modem market. Moreover more attention should be paid to the internal business processes of an organization. Therefore, a new and different method should be searched or developed in order to win the competitive power among other enterprises. This research will focus on the improvement of the business processes within the non-manufacturing industry by applying Lean Six Sigma methodology. DMAIC method will be applied to improve the inbound and outbound logistics processes, manage the inbound and outbound vehicles, and control the receiving and shipping activities.

  • Should the Korea Maritime Police Agency (KMPA) be a comprehensive, multi-functional organization for a unique on-scene service at sea, as in the case of the U.S. Coast Guard, or should it be simply a water police agency, confining its mission only to law enforcement? The argument about enlarging or limiting KMPA's function has been and will be repeated. In this paper, Lee Sangjib highlights the internal and external issues facing KMPA, stemming partly from deficiencies of its struggles for advancement of the organization and partly from shortcomings of political support for it. In this regard, he urges KMPA to practise a scientific management system for maximizing cost-effectiveness of its administrative resources and for maintaining its identity and characteristics as a lead maritime agency. In addition, he also suggests that KMPA adopt the Total Quality Management System for quality improvements in services and greater efficiency in its organization structure to meet the future competition in the changing political and legal environment. He further recommends the proactive, non-regulatory 'Prevention Through People' program, pioneered by the U.S. Coast Guard, as a way of changing KMPA's existing lopsidedly legalistic culture. He concludes by providing a 6-point vision statement for KMPA from the standpoint of favoring enlarging the function of KMPA.
