수치지도 품질향상을 위한 지리조사 기준 정립 (A Thesis of Field Survey Standard for Quality Improvement of Digital Map)

  • 현재 제작되고 있는 수치지도 지리조사 기준은 수치지도작성작업내규를 기준으로 각종 작업지침서에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 수치지도작성작업내규는 과거 종이지도 제작에 사용된 규정을 수정하여 사용하고 있어 현재의 수치지도 품질상에 여러 가지 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 그러므로, 고품질 수치지도를 제작하기 위해서는 지리조사에 관련된 전반적인 기준들이 재검토되어야 하고, 이를 기준으로 정확한 수치지도를 제작하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 수치지도 지리조사에 관련된 문제점들을 분석하여 보다 합리적인 지리조사 기준을 정립하므로써 정확한 수치지도를 제작하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 수치지도 작성에 관련된 작업규정들을 분석하고, 기구축된 수치지도 속성자료와 지리조사자료 등을 비교.분석하였으며, 분석된 결과를 지리조사자들과 관련 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 합리적인 수치지도 지리조사기준을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformed fashion design based on the principles of visual design. Wucius Wong classified the kinds of transformation techniques as internal variation, external variation, extension, superimposition, transfiguration, dislocation, and distortion, which create and modify the shape. And the kinds of shape grammar for transformation are rule deletion, rule addition, and rule transformation, which are applied to interpretate for the change of wearing, the specialization & development of clothes, and the avant-garde styles in subculture groups. The formative meanings of the transformed fashion design are multi-transformation with complexity, formal beauty pretending confusion, and the basis for new trend.

  • An intelligent power transformer protective relaying algorithm based on fuzzy decision-making is proposed. To distinguish external faults with CT saturation, overexcitation and inrush conditions from internal faults, a newly designed fuzzy-rule base is used. The Dempster-Shafer's rule of combition is used for fuzzy inference. A series of the S/W and H/W tests show the proposed protection algorithm has practically sufficient sensitivity and selectivity.

  • 심전도 신호의 신뢰성 있는 진단을 위해서는 높은 분류 정확도와 함께 낮은 오분류 성능이 중요하며, 특히 비정상을 정상으로 진단하는 것은 심검자에게 치명적인 문제로 귀결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 임상 진단 기준을 반영하는 규칙기반 분류 알고리즘을 이용하여 비정상 리듬을 검출 및 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 규칙기반 분류는 리듬 구간의 특징에 대한 규칙 베이스를 이용하여 리듬 유형을 분류하도록 하며, 이 때 규칙 베이스는 임상 및 내과 분야의 심전도 전문 임상 자료에 기반한 본 논문의 기준표에 따라 구성된다. MIT-BIH 부정맥 데이터베이스를 이용한 제안 방법의 실험을 통하여 정상동조율, 박동조율, 및 다양한 비정상 리듬에 대한 리듬 유형의 분류가 가능함을 확인하였으며, 특히 비정상 리듬 검출 측면에서는 오분류가 전혀 발생되지 않는 결과를 보였다.

  • In this paper an intelligent power transformer protective relaying algorithm based on Fuzzy Decision-Making is presented. The introduced protection algorithm contains several internal fuzzy rule-bases including bpa(Basic Probability Assignment: m) which are subject to off-line pre-installation by the analysis of the transformer transient characteristics for detecting the internal fault. Dempster-Shafer's rule of combination is used for the inference method with rules to decide the situation of a transformer, The proposed algorithm immunes to the saturation of transformer, inrush conditions, over excitation, and external fault. The included results of testing show practically sufficient sensitivity and selectivity of the proposed algorithm.

A Study on Impedance Change Trend and Battery Life Analysis through Battery Performance Deterioration Factors

  • Although the use of batteries is rapidly increasing worldwide to improve carbon neutrality and energy efficiency, performance degradation due to the increase in the number of uses is inevitable as it is a finite resource that can be applied according to capacity and specifications. Deterioration and failure of batteries are recognized as important problems in various applications using batteries, including electric vehicles. In order to solve these problems, a diagnostic technology capable of accurately predicting battery life and grasping state information is required, but it is difficult in a non-linear form due to internal structure or chemical change. In this paper, the factors that generally cause battery performance change are directly applied to check whether there are external changes and impedance changes in the battery, and to analyze whether they affect battery life. Impedance change trends and result values were confirmed using a universal impedance spectroscopy method and a self-developed internal impedance measurement method. The results did not significantly affect the impedance change trend. It was confirmed that the increase in the number of times of battery use was prominent in the impedance change trend.

  • A liver is responsible for drug metabolism in a body. 10% of all medicine side effects lead to liver injury. Herb medicine is not an exception to this rule but all Herb medicines do not lead to liver injury absolutely. As for two times of occurrence of the drug induced liver injury during treatment of a CVA patient, we gave him Herb medicines in conjunction with Western medicines and Western medicines alone for each case. We meet with the result that giving the patient Herb medicines in conjunction with Western medicines reduces the duration of decreasing AST, ALT level as compared with giving him Western medicines alone. So we are now reporting the result.

Management of Feline Idiopathic Hypertension with Target Organ Damage: A Case Report

  • An 11-years old spayed female Persian chinchilla cat presented with acute onset of blindness from bilateral retinal detachment and systemic hypertension. On physical examination, the cat was tachycardic (240 beats/min) with a systolic blood pressure of around 250 mmHg. Clinical findings, blood works, urinalysis, thyroid function test, radiography, echocardiogram, and ultrasonography were performed to rule out underlying diseases. Organ injury induced by systemic hypertension including bilateral retinal detachment and left ventricular hypertrophy were confirmed by ultrasound. Based on these results, it was diagnosed as feline idiopathic hypertension with target organ damage (TOD). The cat was treated with a combination therapy using high doses of amlodipine, telmisartan, and atenolol. After the treatment, its hypertension and TOD were improved. This case showed that appropriate therapeutic management can help prevent TOD associated with feline hypertension.

네트워크 분석을 통한 동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 내상(內傷)문과 허로(虛勞)문의 처방 구성 본초 비교 (Comparison of Herbs in Prescription Composition of Consumptive Disease and Internal Injury in Donguibogam Through Network Analysis)

  • Objective: Internal injuries and consumptive disease have different causes, yet they can affect each other. The relationship and combination of prescription drugs in the clinical practice of internal injuries and consumptive disease were analyzed for various diseases of "Donguibogam" through network analysis. Methods: The prescriptions used in consumptive disease and internal injury were established by conducting a full survey on the papers extracted from Donguibogam. The R version 4.0.3 (2020-10-10) and the igraph and arules package were used to perform network analysis and association rule relationship mining analysis in the first and second prescription compositions. Results: The herb frequently used for internal injury was Glycyrrhizae Radix, while the herb combination frequently used was Citri Pericarpium-Glycyrrhizae Radix. For centrality, the main factor was generally Glycyrrhizae Radix. In the case of consumptive disease, the herb most frequently used was Angelicae Gigantis Radix, and the combination most frequently used was Rehmanniae Radix Preparata-Angelicae Gigantis Radix. In terms of centrality, it was Angelicae Gigantis Radix. As a result of the network analysis of herbal prescription frequency, each group was divided into three. Conclusion: The interrelationship between internal injury and consumptive disease prescription drugs may reveal the differences and similarities between internal injury and consumptive disease and may serve as a basis for the development of new drugs or materials that can enhance mutual effectiveness in the treatment of internal injury and consumptive diseases.

  • The digital current differential relaying scheme is widely used for primary protection of 765(kV) power transformer. The current differential relay pickup the internal fault at the threshold which is set at 30% of rating current. Margin of 30% include current transformer error 5%, relay error 5%, on load tap changer error 7% and margin factor 140% obtained from the field experience. In this paper transformer protection relay and relay setting rule of high voltage power system are discussed. And we verify the correctness of relay setting rule with current differential relay using Matlab simulation.
