The objective of this study is to find out the construct of intellectual capital in a fashion company. To this end, the mixed research methods that combined qualitative and quantitative approaches were conducted. Qualitative research was first conducted by in-depth interviews with 16 experts working in the fashion industry, and a questionnaire was then given to 121 fashion companies in order to fulfill the quantitative research portion of this study. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the conceptual structure of intellectual capital in a fashion company was revealed. A fashion company's intellectual capital is composed of 'human capital', 'structural capital', and 'relational capital'. Human capital has three components: a chief executive officer (CEO), members, and a human resource management capability. Structural capital has four components: organizational culture, information management capability, merchandising capability, and product innovation capability. Relational capital has three components: customer equity, marketing capability, and relationship management capability. Second, the conceptual structure of intellectual capital was confirmed via quantitative research analysis. All of the components of intellectual capital have internal consistency, convergent validity, construct validity, and discriminant validity.
Many studies have been conducted to analyze factors that affect customer satisfaction, and service quality improvement in the parcel delivery industry. Most of these studies have a limited number of respondents using methods such as surveys and interviews. Therefore, this study aims to supplement the shortcomings of previous studies, by searching and analyzing the common major topics related to the complaints pointed out by consumers and suppliers in the parcel delivery service with cases of consumer counseling, and articles that reflect the complaints of workers in the industry. In addition, by analyzing the trend of these topics, we attempted to discover new topics and suggest implications. In conclusion, topics such as delay/lost/wrong deliveries as well as the fierce competition in the parcel delivery industry, turned out to be central aspects. As a result of the topic trend analysis, talks with international couriers have recently increased, and many conflicts related to apartment parcel delivery have been dealt with. The topics presented in this study are mainly focused on the contents of previous studies, but we expect that new and valuable topics can be derived by adding other data and analysis methods, such as internal counseling and academic literature.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between internal corporate, supplier, and customer integrations for domestic SMEs on non-financial and financial performance through SCM performance such as flexibility and reduction of uncertainties. To this end, data was collected on 286 SMEs in Korea, and the structural relationships between SCM integration level, SCM performances, and management performance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the SCM integration level had a significant positive effect on the flexibility and reduction of uncertainties, which are SCM performances. Second, the flexibility and reduction of uncertainties showed significantly positive effects on the non-financial performance of the companies, but did not directly affect the financial performance positively. Third, the non-financial performance was found to have a positive effect on the financial performance. In addition, the SCM integration level did not have a direct effect on the financial and non-financial performance, but it was found that it affected management performance by mediating the flexibility and reduction of uncertainties, which are SCM performances. That is, although the SCM integration level did not directly affect financial and non-financial performance, it was confirmed that it affects management performance by mediating SCM performances, flexibility and uncertainty reduction. In other words, it was confirmed that the SCM integration level directly or indirectly affects SCM performances and overall management performance. These results imply the necessity to focus on competency in the supply chain management area according to the SCM performance expected by SMEs, and the step by step approaches to the expected effects. In a situation where prior SCM related studies have not been able to present SCM performances and management performance of SMEs that are relatively lacking in their capital and SCM construction capabilities, the findings of this study could suggest the importance of SCM integration from the perspective of SMEs. In addition, from the viewpoint of SMEs, this study suggested that a sequential approach for performance measurement is required (SCM performance → management performance) in relation to the performance factors to be established through SCM.
The service that has been recognized as both a non-productive activity and auxiliary activity of manufacturing have become the driving force of the customers' demand with the 'service' itself. The service base is expanding and evolving rapidly. It is important to look at changes in service concepts to understand service systems. Because the service system itself has a cyclic nature based on the concept of service, it can help in the study and the "how" of service by looking at changing the system according to the evolution of the service concept. The ability to organize and utilize relationships is considered to be an important factor for managers in the service economy era. However, the attention of corporate is focused on their internal capabilities and they are familiar with external resources (knowledge and competence of customers). In this case study for each type of service, we analyzed the activities of interacting service providers-consumers in service relationship, and constructed a new service system model emphasizing intangible value and long-term outcome. This study is worth re-examining the role of customers in today's service economy era and actively utilizing a new service model for business performance.

Practice of organization learning not only needs firm structure and be in coordination with both hardware and software, but also needs an affect measurement model to offer enterprise to estimate learning performance. It's a good instrument of financial performance measure mold in the past years, But it's for measuring the past, couldn't formulate enterprise trend to future, hard to estimate investment for future, such as development of products, organization learning, knowledge management etc, as which intangible assets and knowledge ability just the key factors of being win around competition environment in the future. In 1992, Kaplan and Norton brought up Balance Scorecard (BSC) on Harvard Business Review, as an instrument helping enterprise to measure performance, which is being considered to be a most influence management instrument. It added non-financial index such as customer, internal process and learning growth besides traditional financial index, as offering enterprise an index to measure and manage intangible assets and intellectual property. As being aware of organization learning is hard to be ignored in the new economic age, this research is based on learning and growth of BSC, and citing one national material company try to let the most difficult measurement performance of organization learning, to be estimate through BSC, analyze of factor and individual case, to discuss the company how to make the related strategy and vision of organization learning to develop learning and growth of the structure of BSC, subject the matter of out put factors to be discussed, and measure the outcomes as a result of research. The research affect offers (1) the base implement procedure of carrying out BSC; (2) the reference of formulating measurement index while enterprise using BSC to estimate performance of organization learning; (3) the possibility bottleneck maybe forcing while carrying out BSC, to be an improvement or preventive for enterprise.
This study ascertained convergent influence on state anxiety and its association with subjective happiness, job burnout and psychosocial stress among Hospital Women Administrative Staff(HWAS). The survey period was from July 4, 2018 to July 25, 2018. The subjects were 226 HWAS randomly extracted from 24 hospitals in J area. The data were collected using a structured self-administered questionaries. State anxiety was negatively correlated with subjective happiness, and it was positively correlated with job burnout and psychosocial stress. The covariance structure analysis showed that the lower subjective happiness, and the higher job burnout and psychosocial stress tend to increase state anxiety. In conclusion, in order to reduce the state anxiety of HWAS, it is necessary to increase subjective happiness, to reduce job burnout and psychosocial stress. These results are expected to be used for industrial health education and hospital internal customer management to reduce the state anxiety of HWAS. In the future study, it is necessary to investigate the convergent additional factors that affect the state anxiety of HWAS.
This study is due to global competition, the wall between regions is disappearing, customer needs are diversified, and market and technology are rapidly changing. Future growth engines, the importance of convergence capabilities for industrial competitiveness is being emphasized more. Therefore, companies should seek innovative means to increase the efficiency of the company by establishing optimized global management environment and establishing direction and strategy for utilization of convergence technology by improving industrial competitiveness. Firms must adopt and utilize related new technologies by strengthening their convergence capabilities through dynamic capabilities that are internal resource bases for new product development and process innovation. Globalize markets and technologies can expect higher innovation performance when aligning strategic direction with formalized technology competencies held by the firm and incorporating the convergence capabilities needed for technological innovation into processes. The study focuses on the effects of market and technology orientation on technological innovation performance, whether dynamic and convergence capabilities affect technological innovation performance, and dynamic and convergence capabilities to mediate between market and technology orientation. For the study, we surveyed 51.4% of global and multinational corporations that are internationally active or headquartered overseas. Based on the previous studies, hypotheses were established and the collected data were analyzed through utilization path analysis and Sobel test.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate a satisfaction survey of untact education and platforms that can be used for untact education to provide recommendations on future development of Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. Methods: Online survey was distributed among students who have taken Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. The result was separated according to topic and descriptive statistics was used for analysis. The satisfaction survey used 10-point scale. Results: Of the 1,720 students who received the survey, 1,347 (78.3%) responded to the lecture satisfaction survey. The satisfaction level for broadcasting program (Kakao TV), an untact educational platform for the education of clinical trial workers at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, was relatively high with 8.09±1.99 points. Average score respondents recommending Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials was 8.03±1.83 and customer recommendation score (Net Promotor Score) was 27.1%. Satisfaction level of the preferred training time was divided into weekday-morning (8-11 AM) (8.16±1.75), weekday-afternoon (12-4 PM) (7.73±2.07), weekday-evening (5-9 PM) (7.78±2.22), and weekend-morning (9-11 AM) real-time untact education (8.48±1.76) and analyzed. There was a noticeable difference between weekend-morning and weekday-afternoon (p<0.0001) and weekend-morning and weekday-evening (p=0.0001) real-time untact education. When asked about conducting education after COVID-19 pandemic ends, 79.2% (1,012 of 1,279) of the respondents answered that they prefer real-time untact education while 20.8 % (266 of 1,279) preferred face-to-face education. Conclusion: Online education, without time and space constraint, is expected to be the mainstream market in Korea for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical. Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical has achieved above average satisfaction using Kakao TV. Kyung Hee University Real-time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Net Promotor Score is 27.1%, which is above industry average, communication with trainees should be considered to improve Net Promotor Score.
As the automobile market has grown steadily in recent years, consumer expectations have also risen. Therefore, it is necessary for automobile sales offices to create innovative customer value that is different from the past. Auto sales offices are making efforts to select salespeople who fit their management strategies, but they are having difficulties in evaluating their actual internal capabilities. Therefore, in this paper, based on the study of Spencer & Spencer (2008), we reconstruct the core competencies required for salesperson selection, and analyze the core competencies required for today's automobile salespersons by deriving the hierarchical importance between those competencies using AHP analysis. As a result, it was possible to derive the importance of core competencies different from previous studies. This is believed to be mainly due to the modern social market, the characteristics of existing car salespeople, and the tendency of recent customers. This study showed that it is possible to set selection criteria according to the ease and importance of calculating the required competency through AHP analysis. In addition, if the existing research is based on job specifications, this study is different in that it analyzed the actual group of experts.
