A new method for local control of arbitrary scattered data interpolation in the hyperbolic plane is developed in this paper. The issue associated with local control is very critical in the interactive in the interactive design field. Especially the suggested method in this paper could be effectively applied to the interactive shape modeling of genus-N objects, which are constructed on the hyperbolic plane. Since the effects of the changed data affects only the limited area around itself, it is more convenient for end-users to design a genus-N object interactively. Therefore, by improving the global interpolation on the hyperbolic plane where the genus-N object is constructed, this research is aiming at the development and implementation of the local interpolation on the hyperbolic plane. It is implemented using the following process. First, for localizing the interpolating functions, the hyperbolic domain is tessellated into arbitrary triangle patches and the group of adjacent triangle patches of each data point is defined as a sub-domain. On each sub-domain, a weight function is defined. Last, by blending of three weight functions on the overlapped triangles, local MQ interpolation is completed. Consequently, it is compared with the global MQ interpolation using several sample data and functions.

In this paper, we present a novel approach to efficiently control the location of NPC(Non-playable characters) in the interactive virtual world such as game, virtual reality. To control the NPC's movement path, we first calculate the main trajectory based on the user's path, and then move the NPC based on the weight map. Our method constructs automatically a navigation mesh that provides new paths for NPC by referencing the user trajectories. Our method enables adaptive changes to the virtual world over time and provides user-preferred path weights for smartagent path planning. We have tested the usefulness of our algorithm with several example scenarios from interactive worlds such as video games, virtual reality. In practice, our framework can be applied easily to any type of navigation in an interactive world.
In the N-Screen environment, HTML5 standard-based content development is inevitable. However, it is still passive the development of HTML5 manipulation type contents due to high development cost and insufficient infrastructure. Therefor we propose an efficient contents development model by convergence multimedia contents (such as video and audio) with HTML5 documents that can implement dynamic manipulation for user interaction. The proposed model is designed to divide the multimedia and iframe areas in the HTML5 layout page included the player for integrated contents control. Interactive HTML5 documents are divided into screen units and provided through iframe. The integrated control player composed based on the HTML5
As the world has implemented social distancing and telecommuting due to the spread of COVID-19, real-time streaming sessions based on routing protocols have increased dependence on the Internet due to the activation of video and voice-related content services and cloud computing. BGP is the most widely used routing protocol, and although many studies continue to improve security, there is a lack of visual analysis to determine the real-time nature of analysis and the mis-detection of algorithms. In this paper, we analyze BGP data, which are powdered as normal and abnormal, on a real-world basis, using an anomaly detection algorithm that combines statistical and post-processing statistical techniques with Rule-based techniques. In addition, we present an interactive spatio-temporal analysis plan as an intuitive visualization plan and analysis result of the algorithm with a map and Sankey Chart-based visualization technique.
In the current Internet, the QoS of interactive applications is hardly guaranteed because of variable bandwidth, packet loss and delay. Moreover, VoIP which is becoming an important part of the information infra-structure in these days, is susceptible to network packet loss and end-to-end delay. Therefore, it needs error control mechanisms in network level or application level. The FEC-based error control mechanisms are used for interactive audio application such as VoIP. The FEC sends a main information along with redundant information to recover the lost packets and adjusts redundant information depending on network conditions to reduce the bandwidth overhead. However, because most of the error control mechanisms do not consider end-to-end delay but packet loss rate, their performances are poor. In this paper, we propose a new error control algorithm, SCCRP, considering packet loss rate as well as end-to-end delay. Through experiments, we confirm that the SCCRP has a lower packet loss rate and a lower end-to-end delay after reconstruction.
This study aims to investigate that today's Mixed Reality Technology did not appear suddenly but has its beginnings in 20th century Visual and Interactive Art. First, Photographic Art expressed three-D on the two-dimensional plane and mixed images of reality and virtuality. Photogram made people experience both two-dimensional images and three-dimensional effects concurrently, and Photomontage combined various photos and mixed reality and virtuality. Next, Cinema tried to combine virtuality and reality using objets and CG. Early Cinema composed films and real objets. As computer technology developed, Cinema composed objet CG on real images and then tried background CG compositing. Finally, Telepresence Art tried a new possibility of Mixed Reality breaking the boundary between reality and virtuality, subject and object. It oscillates between virtual space in reality and real space in virtuality, or represents Mixed Reality by remote control of long distance participants. In the future, for the development and direction of Mixed Reality, there will be more need of referring to Visual and Interactive Art.

In this paper we introduce a commercial interactive whiteboard (IWB) system named ImSensorTouch by ImSensor Inc. Using this interface system, we can control our computer through the interactive whiteboard screen just by touching it with your finger or a pen. The interface interacts with Windows operating system (OS) and is adaptable to changes of surroundings especially temperature, and illumination condition. The proposed system calculates the difference between a reference image and a current image captured by a camera in the optical receptive field. And the position making the difference is used to generate the position on Windows screen. Then, we send a mouse event on the position to Windows OS. We have implemented the system using a critical section(CS) with two threads for the reference frame update process in which an adaptive thresholding technique is periodically exploited to get reliable result. We expect the system is competitive and promises a bright future in the IWB market.
In this study, we investigated the effect on digital signage, a new outdoor advertising medium. Specifically, this research examined the differential effects of interactive digital signage and simple touch digital signage through control variables such as involvement and self-efficacy. As a result, interactive digital signage showed positive advertising effect compared to simple touch digital signage. In addition, interactive digital signage has a more positive effect than simple touch digital signage when involvement is self-efficacy is high. However, the effect of the digital signage types was not significant when the self-efficacy was low. Lastly, involvement did not affect the effects of digital signage types. In this study, we can help to establish a customized customer strategy that can maximize digital signage effect.

Recently, the Open-Development-Tool-Environment becomes a basic requirement of RTOS (Real Time Operating System) for embedded systems with restricted memory and CPU power in order to develop applications effectively. A remote interactive shell is one of the basic software components which makes users develop, test and control softwares without burdening target systems. In this paper, we have implemented the remote interactive shell with the following functions : loading object modules, spawning and manipulating tasks facilities thru a remote host. Comparing information reference methods with nonredundant overhead, we have achieved the system with easy maintenance. The shell has been developed with Q-PLUS RTOS under ARM EBSA285 target board and NT host.

In this paper we have studied about the interconnection technology between tablet device and interactive white board(IWB) system. For this study we have implemented the board writing software for both tablet device and interactive white board system which has contents management, page turning and basic writing functions. Then we defined the data format to communicate the control information and board writing information between two devices, and implemented the communication module for the real-time bidirectional communication by using the Socket programming. The page turning or writing information on tablet device were transferred to the IWB system in real-time and vice versa. From the result of performance test based on the error rate, latency time and communication coverage we derived that our implementation software has good performance between tablet device and IWB system. Also from the result of field test we proved that our solution is well suitable to use in real education environment.
