Franchising is one of the most interesting areas of management research, attracting researchers and practitioners from all over the world. Many factors that drive franchising intention have been identified by previous researchers. They also demonstrated that there are numerous research gaps in this subject that must be filled. The primary goal of this study is to identify and test new factors of franchising intent. Finally, to clarify the role of these components, this study used the Motivation - Opportunity - Ability paradigm. To test the hypothesis, SmartPLS software was used to evaluate a total of 252 valid questionnaires collected from small and medium businesses in Hanoi, Vietnam. The findings revealed that franchisee motivation, franchisor support, and asset specificity have a positive impact on franchising intention. In whatever case, the opportunity has the greatest impact on participation intentions. In terms of the impact level on SMEs' intentions in the franchise system, ability comes in second. Furthermore, the moderating influence of franchisee asset specialization in the relationship between opportunity and franchising intention is confirmed by this study. This study examines the theoretical and practical contributions, as well as their limitations, and suggests some future research on the subject.

It is important to identify new apartment buyers with the object of investment and owner-occupation because it may determine the scope of marketing and marketing strategies. Establishing an more effective marketing scope and strategies should result in maximizing profits and reducing expenses. In this study, we split the participants in the new apartment market depending on the buyers' intent - investment and owner-occupation - and then examine their characteristics. We employ condominium buyers' information from 2011 to 2016, which is provided by the one of the largest construction companies in South Korea. The sites of the condominium samples locate in Gyeongnam and Busan areas and the number of household sample is 5,549. The results show that investors are approaching at a greater distance than actual buyers. The higher the age and the lower the price, the higher the probability of participation of investors. We also find that the samples of Busan have different results from the others, which may imply that the area has more demand due to its attractiveness.

Method: The subjects of this study were 167 elderly over the age of 60, living in a rural city in Korea. The data was collected by interview and self report questionnaire in 1999. The Cronbach 's alpha of scales used this study were .66 ~.97. Result: 1. There were significant differences in doing regular exercise between the perceived importance of the health(p=021), the perceived health status(p=.050), the perceived need of the exercise(p=000), the perceived importance of the exercise(p=.000), the intent of participation in the exercise program(p=.000), IADL score(p=.022), the perceived benefits of exercise (p=.000), the emotion of exercise(p=.000), HPLP(p=.000), the self efficacy(p=.001), the perceived benefits of health promoting behaviors(p= .011), the perceived barriers of the health promoting behaviors(p=.002), and the Internal locus of control(p=.021) of the elderly. 2. Variables which showed significance for discriminating regular exercise of the elderly in this study were the perceived need of the exercise(p=.000) and the perceived benefits of the exercise(p=.000). By using the combination of these variables, the possibility of proper prediction for predicting regular exercise group was 84.8 %, non - regular exercise group was 93.9%, and total Hit ratio was 89.4%. Conclusion: To improve exercise behavior in older adults, health care providers should focus of developing interventions to strengthen the perceived benefits, the perceived needs of the exercise.
Background and objective: This study was conducted to obtain empirical data for deriving necessary items for the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks while maintaining the publicness of the place by examining the difference in perception among park visitors about the gardens in the public parks. Methods: A survey was conducted on users of urban agricultural parks in 6 locations and 113 copies of the questionnaire were collected. After understanding the demographic characteristics and the current use of the garden, we identified the importance of the necessary items for the public gardens. Results: 108 subjects(95.6%) responded that gardens are needed in urban parks, for psychological and emotional health (26.2%) and for interaction and friendship with family and neighbors(23.2%). For use of garden crops, most were private sales(96 subjects, 64.4%), and both sales preferred to partially donate their crops. Most used communal gardens operated by public institutions(30.1%). It was found that 96.4% of the respondents were satisfied with gardening activities, and 107(94.7%) of them showed their intention to participate in the gardening in the future. The Kaiser Meyer Olkin value was .848 and the significance level was .001, proving the validity of factor analysis. The factors were named composition elements(Factor 1), management items(Factor 2), convenience elements(Factor 3), and operational facilities(Factor 4). In the survey on the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks, there were no statistically significant differences, but all items had correlations. Conclusion: The results have reflected the needs of actual users in establishing the plans to operate urban gardens, thereby having great utility value as the basic data for continuous garden management. Further research can be conducted to derive detailed elements that can guarantee sustainability of urban gardens and suggest high-quality data for management of gardens in urban agricultural parks.
