This study is to clarify the actual conditions of school facilities in the rural area. The purpose of this paper is to present the direction for reorganization of school facilities. Surbey area was Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, the number of students decreased rapidly. And elementary, middle and high school facilities were surveyed. The results are as the follows; 1)After consider living zone, commuting distance, opinions of residents, it is advisable that the small size school(the number of students under 60) will be combined stronghold school. 2)Reorganization of school facilities should be considered that the characteristics of living zone, exchanging educational program between elementary and middle schools and an integrated use of the facility.

Rail network authority have to do the safety ensuring activities including the maintenance of railway facility, integrated performance verification between the facilities and related rolling stock and safety inspections, etc. When constructing the new lines or revising the conventional lines, full system commissioning should be done before the revenue service with railway operator. To develop the optimal full system commissioning model, the status of domestic and foreign railway facility and railway accidents are analysed and the problems of the safety management are derived. As one of countermeasures for the problems, the procedures and criteria for the full system commissioning are developed.

최근 신도시를 중심으로 추진 중인 U-City 사업과 함께 도시시설물 관리분야에 정보기술의 활용이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 복잡, 다양해지고 있는 도시시설물의 효율적이며 지능적인 관리를 위하여 다수의 도시시설물들을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합관리 플랫폼에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 개별적인 도시시설물 관리가 가지는 주요 문제점들을 살펴보고 이를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 도시시설물 통합관리 방안을 제시하였으며, 아울러 통합관리 플랫폼의 개념을 구조와 핵심 기능을 중심으로 설명하였다. 최신 공간정보기술과 상황인지기술을 기반으로 한 통합관리 플랫폼은 도시공간정보와 센서정보를 통합적으로 관리하고 다양한 도시 상황을 지능적으로 처리함으로써 관리 비용절감과 함께 관리자의 신속한 의사결정을 가능케 한다.

For economic evaluation of integrated operation to sewage facilities, benefit-cost analysis was performed to watershed sewage works project in 7 watershed areas, 156 facilities. In this study, the cost before and after integrated operation was compared and benefits are calculated from the reduction of operators, increasement treated pollution loads, reduction cost through operation convenience, reduction water consumption through effluent reuse, and improvement of life benefit. The result showed that cost was 8,500million won and benefit was 16,747million won, so benefit was 49% higher than cost. B/C analysis result showed that B/C ratio was 1.97 and it is similar to other researches. The benefits of integrated operation included convenience of data management, increase of emergency response, decrease of complains with sewage which was not reflected numerically, so the benefits of integrated operation were expected much greater than this result

지하공간통합지도는 2014년도에 전국적으로 발생했던 싱크홀을 계기로 15종의 지하정보를 통합한 국가공간정보로서, 2015년부터 지속적으로 구축되고 있다. 그러나 최근까지도 온수관 파열, 통신구 화재, 지반 침하 등과 같은 지하공간에서의 재난·재해가 지속적으로 발생함에 따라 지하정보의 품질 향상에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지하공간통합지도 데이터의 품질 향상을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 특히 지하공간통합지도를 통해 관리되는 15종의 지하정보 중 신규 구축 비중이 가장 높은 지하시설물(구조물형) 데이터의 품질검증 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 대부분 육안검수로 진행되고 있는 현재의 검수 방식을 개선하기 위해 품질검사 기준을 좀 더 구체화·세분화하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 품질요소, 세부요소, 세세부요소, 품질검사 기준으로 구성된 검사항목에 품질검사 방법, 품질검사 규칙, Flow Diagram, 해결 가능 오류 유형 항목을 추가하여 속성정보 뿐 아니라 도형정보까지 소프트웨어로 자동검수하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

One of the essential issues in model systems is how to represent and manipulate mathematical modeling knowledge. As the bases of integrated modeling environments, current modeling frameworks have limitations: lack of facility to coordinate different users perpectives and lack of mechanism to reuse modeling knowledge. In this paper, multi-facetted modeling approach is proposed as a basis for the development of integrated modeling environment which provides facilities for (1) independent management of modeling knowledge from individual models； (2) object-oriented conceptual blackboard concept； (3) multi-facetted modeling； and (4) declarative representation of mathematical knowledge. The proposed multi-facetted approach is illustrated using multicommodity transportation models.

The stratification effect was investigated with four different types of diffuser shape in a thermal storage tank. For this study, experimental facility was constructed, which was composed of experimental thermal storage tank, hot and cold water storage tanks, boiler, chiller, data acquisition system, etc.. Visualization and lab scale experimental result showed that radial curved type diffuser was the highest degree of stratification among the four diffuser shapes.

추진시스템 종합성능시험을 위한 시험시설이 구축되었으며, 최소계측을 통하여 최대한의 안전을 확보하기 위한 비상정지시스템이 검토되었다. 이에 연소실압력과 가속도신호를 이용한 비상정지시스템이 구축되었고, 이 측정변수를 통하여 점화지연 및 실패, 소화, 추진제공급상태, 불안정연소, 과도 구조진동 등을 감시할 수 있었으며, 시험 중 빠른 판단 및 조치에 의하여 시험의 안전을 확보할 수 있었고, 목적한 종합성능시험을 안전하게 완료할 수 있었다.

An integrated sewer management system was developed for the analysis of sewer flow and for optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue in order to construct user-friendly management system. The developed system was applied to a residential area in Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of developed system, and the modeling of sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF, EXTRAN, TRANSPORT in SWMM. This system is now in the process of connection to the management system of watershed and surface environment in order to develope an integrated environmental management system. Futhermore, this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer line and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles, it could serve as a tool not only for optimal management, but also for decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.

This study explores a model that examines how multidimensional risk factors explain mental health problems of young offenders. One hundred and ninety six students aged 13 to 15 in correctional facilities were assessed for mental health symptoms that examined the effects of multifaceted risk factors on mental health conditions. Consistent with the hypothesis of this study, secure unit students appear to have experienced various forms of risk factors and those factors have influenced mental health conditions. Results show that correctional facilities should reframe therapeutic and preventive approaches to disadvantaged students and develop integrated services and programs for rehabilitation and reintegration into society. It is recommended that those involved in treatment plans in correctional facilities consider that different treatment plans are necessary for each young offender.
