시스템 개발방법론의 구현 프로세스에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Implementation Process of Information System Development Methodology)

  • Our study focuses on the implementation of IS development methodology as the innovation of IS organization. We have two main research objectives. We Intend to understand the critical factors affecting the implementation process of IS methodology. We also intend to deeply analyze the relationship among the implementation processes of methodology. The whole innovation process is divided into detailed four levels tilth dynamic and evolving Point of clew a cognition level, an adoption level, an acceptance level and an usage level. The results of our study are as follows. The main factors affecting initiation level of the IS methodology are the innovativeness of IS members, the existence of champion manager, training, the existence of IS performance gap, executive supports for IS organization, and the relative advantage of IS development methodology At the Implementation level, It is understood that the existence of champion manager executive supports, training and the relative advantage of innovation are the main factors. However, the complexity of Innovation is a megative factor about the quality of accepting and using the methodology In Innovation process. In performing the Innovation process, the Previous level gives very notable affection to the continuous next level. However it's also understood that positive attitude of adoption level does not directly affect the quality of using Innovation. Therefore, IS managers must pay attention to manacle each level of the Innovation Process to successfully accomplish the Implementation of IS methodology.

블록체인 기술 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Intention to Accept Blockchain Technology)

  • A bitcoin-based technology named blockchain is garnering attention in various industries as a cost-effective measure in strengthening security and a reliable technology medium. Blockchain technology will play a critical role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and IT technology is expected to bring fundamental changes. This study focuses on the characteristics of blockchain technology and the effects of the intention to accept its technology in an empirical manner. The aspects of the technology are organized by researching blockchain technology and theories of technology acceptability and previous studies were used as guidelines to create the research model and propose the hypothesis. The research model is based on UTAUT with a set-up of 5 factors for performance expectancy and effort expectancy. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted on 283 IT workers in Korea, To examine the hypothesis structural equation modeling was used performance expectancy was influenced by security, reliability, diversity, and economic efficiency while effort expectancy was influenced by reliability and economic efficiency. Performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions affect the intention to accept. Innovativeness of an organization and control effects are influenced as well. The present study aims to provide practical guidance as supplementary research in utilizing blockchain technology, and the limitations of the study and future research possibilities are discussed as well.

Impact Factors Analysis on AR Shopping Service's Immersion

  • Purpose - It is very important to examine customer's behavior about AR shopping either practically or academically. Thus, it will be worthwhile to discuss more in details about AR utility which is even in early stage of distribution industry now. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has designed in consideration of control effects of perceived complexity based on customer's flow as dependent variable, and on AR characteristics and technology readiness as independent variables. Study data has been collected from questionnaires after using AR shopping service directly by those who are 20-30 years old of male and female respondents, which has been analyzed with 167 questionnaires. Hypothesis is verified using by hierarchical regression analysis. Results - After results of hypothesis verified, positive influence has been shown in terms of sensory immersion, manipulation, and optimism, however, it is rejected in relation to navigation and innovativeness. Control effect of perceived complexity has not been appeared. Conclusions - Implications of this study are as follows. First, AR shopping service has to provide an informational value. Second, by providing AR service to customer group, marketing activities will be in effects. Third, recognized complexity is not connected with significant control effect in terms of customer's devotion of service.

개인의 특성이 정보시스템 성공에 미치는 조절효과분석 (The Moderating Effect of Individual Factors on Information Systems(IS) Success Model)

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the success factors of information systems and the moderating effect of individual factors in mandatory environment. Methods: In order to test the model, a questionnaire survey is delivered from salespersons of an insurance company in Seoul, Korea. 200 questionnaires are finally analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is adopted to analyze the data and Smart PLS 2.0 is used for examining the moderator effect. Results: The extended model proposed in this paper adopted individual factors and examined their moderator effect among constructs. An empirical test is carried out accordingly in order to test the model proposed in this paper. The results reveal that individual factors (i.e. Computer Self-Efficacy, Anxiety, Personal Innovativeness in IT) have a significant moderating effect on individual performance in the environment of mandatory information system usage. Conclusion: This paper extended the research field of information system success model to information systems in mandatory environment regarding differences of individual factors.

Stochastic Frontier Analysis를 이용한 제약회사의 효율성과 그 결정요인분석 (An Analysis on the Determinants of Efficiency of the Pharmaceutical Firms using Stochastic Frontier Analysis)

  • Background & Methods: The purpose of this research is to estimate the efficiency of the pharmaceutical firms and the determinants of their efficiency. Stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) and panel study are applied to the data of 60 domestic pharmaceutical firms from 2006 to 2012. Results & Conclusion: First, the result of the stochastic frontier analysis shows that overall efficiency of the pharmaceutical firms is increasing as time goes by. However, if firms are classified by the scale, the larger firms show more efficiency and if classified by the degree of innovativeness, the innovative firms show more efficiency compared to the non-innovative firms. This evidences show that the scale and R&D investment have significant relationships with the efficiency of the pharmaceutical firms. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the national level of investment for the fundamental researches to vitalize R&D of the new drugs. Second, the result of estimation of the determinants of efficiency shows that the firms with larger sales promotion expenses and entertainment expenses have less efficiency compared to the other firms. This can be explained by the structural characteristics of the small generic pharmaceutical firms. Therefore, the government had better make the pharmaceutical firms to reduce sales promotion and entertainment expenses and increase R&D expenses by introducing systems such as global budgeting system on medicine or reference pricing system.

  • This study analyzes the business performance of research and development(R&D) and especially studies the effect of technology management activity and technology innovation competency on commercialization performance. According to previous studies, the technology management activity can be composed of technological innovativeness, analysis of market, R&D method, and appropriateness for commercialization plan. Also, the technology innovation can be divided into patent, R&D manpower, R&D investment ratio, production capability, and marketing capability. On the result of the analysis, all the components of technology management activity are positively related with commercialization performance. In case of technology innovation competency, however, only production and marketing capabilities have influence on the business performance. Especially, marketing capability controls the effect of technology management activities on the commercialization performance. Consequently, technology management is very important activity for SMEs to succeed commercialization and SMEs should collaborate with production and marketing departments from the early stage of R&D.

상업적 매체로서의 UCC에 대한 소비자의 태도와 효과에 대한 국가간 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study m the Consumer's Attitude and Effect of the UCC as a Commercial Media among Countries)

  • UCC paradigm based on Web 2.0 has made new business models and came to the forefront as a commercial media. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer attitudes toward UCC and it effects as a commercial media. Based on prior studies of Internet and Web advertising, informativeness, entertainment, irritation, trust, usefulness, ease of use, incentives, innovativeness, and flow were identified as affecting factors of the attitude of UCC advertising. Results show that all factors except ease of use and incentives significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising in Korea. In China, all factors except informativeness, entertainment, and usefulness were found to be significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising. Customer attitude toward UCC advertising was also found to be significantly related to the such effects as brand attitude, word of mouth and intention to buy in both countries. This study contributes to improve the understanding of UCC as a commercial media and provide the base of activation strategies for it according to the cultural differences.

Why Do Employees Behave Entrepreneurially? A Case of Thailand

  • The objective of this study is twofold: first, to investigate how organizations encourage factors that have an impact on employees' entrepreneurial behavior from employee's perspectives and experiences; and second, to discover how and why employees behave entrepreneurially within the organization. A case study method is considered as an appropriate approach to scrutinize intrapreneurial behavior because it principally concentrates on an investigation into a contemporary organizational phenomenon and context concerning entrepreneurial activities in-depth within its real situation. In data collection, an Asian multinational retail company was selected. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 24 executive-level employees who had been working in various departments for more than 5 years. Each in-depth interview lasts for a duration of 40 to 60 minutes. The results reveal several understandings into the combination of individual-level and organizational-level factors that promote the intrapreneurial behavior and activities of the established firm in the context of Thailand. In this regard, six factors have been found as the key determinants that make an impact on innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking behaviour of the employees. Those factors are personal preference, organizational stability, management support, compensation, reward system, teamwork, quality of relationship with colleagues, work autonomy and the quality of relationship with the superiors.

Study on the Characteristics of Fashion Leaders in College Clubs' Fashion Networks

  • Fashion leadership is divided into visual influence, linguistic influence, and dual leadership. We refer to people exercising such influential power as fashion innovators, fashion opinion leaders, and fashion double leaders, respectively. Scholars and marketers have raised continuous questions on this issue: who are these fashion leaders and what characteristics do they have? In this study, social network analysis is applied to grasp the existence of three types of fashion leaders in college clubs, examine their positions in fashion process networks and investigate their individual and social characteristics. For this study, three college clubs were recruited through convenience sampling and surveyed online. Peer nomination questions for structuring fashion process networks and self-evaluation questions for measuring personal characteristics are included. Two fashion networks, an opinion leadership network and an innovativeness network, embrace four to six leaders and illustrate similar structure patterns in the three groups, which indicates that dual leaders enjoyed the lion's share in college clubs. The number of fashion innovators tends to be fewer compared to that of fashion opinion leaders, and we infer that peer relationship appears to intervene with fashion opinion leadership. Other personal characteristics supporting results from previous studies are also confirmed in this study.

해외직구 이용자의 만족도와 재구매에 관한 실증연구 (An empirical study on satisfaction and repurchase intention at the overseas direct purchase website users)

  • 본 연구는 소비자 특성과 웹사이트 특성이 해외직구사이트의 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 2015년 10월 해외직구를 이용하는 이용자 230명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다중회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 관련된 선행연구를 분석하여 소비자 특성을 혁신성, 지각된 위험, 이익인지, 구매성향으로, 웹사이트 특성을 제품구색, 편의성, 신뢰성, 고객 서비스로 도출하였다. 연구결과, 소비자 특성에서 지각된 위험과 이익인지가 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 웹사이트 특성에서는 제품구색, 신뢰성, 고객 서비스가 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 시사점으로 해외직구는 소비자의 불안감을 해소하는 방법으로 다양한 언어를 지원하며 소비자의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하고 처리해야 할 것이며, 제품과 관련된 반품 및 환불을 신속하게 처리될 수 있도록 시스템을 구축해야 할 것이다.
