The authors emphasize that the Republic of Kazakhstan is characterized by significant differences in the level of innovation capacity of regions. This article summarizes that the result of the monitoring of innovation potential of the regions are prerequisites for innovation policy adjustments, make it more dynamic, which ultimately contributes to its effectiveness. So, there are substantial differences in the level of innovation potential of the regions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, meanwhile it is noted that most regions' innovative features and potential can be assessed as average. After analysis of previously used methods, it can be concluded that the ranking of the level of innovation potential of regions takes place in the following order: High level of innovative potential: East Kazakhstan (3 matches), Almaty city (2 matches), Pavlodar (2 matches) and Zhambyl regions (2 matches); Low level of innovative potential: Almaty (2 matches), Mangistau (2 matches), West Kazakhstan (2 matches), Kyzylorda oblast (2 matches). In conclusion, it is emphasized that monitoring of innovative potential of regions creates the preconditions for innovation policy adjustments. These adjustments make the policy more dynamic and contribute to its effectiveness in the long run.

The article examines the economic essence and approaches to determining the efficiency of the enterprise. The author in the study considers the effectiveness and from the standpoint of qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of change and implementation of enterprise development goals. It is established that the tool for ensuring qualitative impacts on the efficiency of the enterprise is the innovative development of the economic space of the enterprise. The article considers the dominant innovations that have influenced the means and methods of production. An organizational and economic mechanism has been recommended to coordinate the costs of innovation activities in order to ensure the efficiency of enterprises. The object of management in the organizational and economic mechanism is the innovation process in the enterprise: from the design of strategic goals of innovation, search and commercialization of innovations, to building and implementing innovation potential. The efficiency of the enterprise under the condition of realization of innovative potential will be characterized by steady competitive advantages and strategically-oriented behavior in the market.

The article examines the formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. Based on the study of different scientific views on the nature and properties of potential-forming space through the study of approaches to understanding the concept of "space" clarified the complexity and multifaceted nature of the phenomenon and found that its characteristics are relevant to the industrial development model. It is revealed that the leading modern trends related to the spread of globalization and regionalization, rapid development of information and communication technologies, diffusion of innovations accompany the transition from industrial to post-industrial development and its development, which leads to new development: changes production, nature and relations between business entities, etc. It is proved that under such conditions, the region as a key element of the economic system, acquires a leading role in achieving sustainable and balanced development. These processes significantly affect the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants, leading to the need for its transformation and change in accordance with modern realities, which is reflected in thorough research on the formation of scientific paradigm based on the formation of its theoretical foundations and methodological basis. This study reveals the essence, role, functions, structure, process of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. It is proved that the formation of the modern scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants occurs in the context of building a post-industrial model of development, accompanied by consideration of the region as a spatial object territories from the physical plane to the spatial environment in which the development of human capital, innovation and self-development of the region. Taking into account the above, the article outlines the prerequisites and factors of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants.

This study conducted an empirical study on the application of innovative teaching methods in the tourism field in a situation where innovative teaching methods suitable for the AI era are required. It was intended to provide exploratory basic data on the application of a wide range of innovative teaching methods through actual verification of the educational effectiveness before and after the application of the innovative teaching method. To this end, the effectiveness before and after education was empirically verified with 60 students who majored in tourism at Y University in the metropolitan area. Reliability analysis, corresponding sample t-test, and map analysis using graphs were performed on the collected data to increase visibility. As a result of the study, it was found that all the competencies of the innovative teaching method had a statistically significant influence after the application of the innovative teaching method. In addition, by increasing the effect of interaction between instructors and learners acting as facilitators, exploratory results were derived for potential benefits and areas that could be improved.

본 연구의 목적은 공공기관 조직구성원의 혁신행동과 협력행동에 영향을 미치는 공무원 상사의 코칭리더십의 효과를 검증하고, 상사의 코칭리더십과 부하 직원의 혁신행동과 협력행동 사이에서 부하의 인지적 유연성, 동료의 성장 가능성에 대한 믿음의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 서울에 소재한 교육행정기관에 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 상사 155명, 부하직원 442명 총 597부의 자료를 수집하여, 상사가 답변한 부하들의혁신행동과 협력행동의 측정값을 부하 직원의 응답 결과와 짝을 맞추어 부하직원의 데이터에 합친 후, 결측치와 불성실한 응답지를 제외한 총 397부의 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 공무원 상사의 코칭리더십은 부하 직원의 혁신행동, 협력행동에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 둘째, 상사의 코칭리더십은 부하 직원의 인지적 유연성, 동료의 성장가능성에 대한 믿음에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하였고, 셋째, 인지적 유연성은 상사의 코칭리더십과 혁신행동 사이를 매개하는 것을 확인하였고, 넷째, 동료의 성장 가능성에 대한 믿음이 협력행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 효과를 나타내는 것은 확인하지 못하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 기반으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점, 제한점 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 제언 등을 논의하였다.

클러스터에 대한 기존 논의는 성숙산업지역과 첨단산업지역의 차이를 크게 부각시켰으며 성숙산업지역은 혁신과 기업가정신이 미약하고 경쟁력이 약하여 혁신지역으로 변모하기 어렵다는 평가를 한다. 하지만 지역의 사회적 자본, 국지적 네트워크형성, 신뢰의 형성 등의 클러스터형성의 주요 요소는 산업형성의 기간이 오래된 성숙지역에 풍부하다고 할 수 있다. 성숙산업지역인 부천의 조립금속산업과 전형적인 혁신지구인 대전의 생물벤처산업의 혁신여건과 혁신출동의 여건분석을 통해, 두 지역의 혁신환경을 비교하고 클러스터의 특성에 따라 차별적인 지역내, 지역간 연계방안, 기업지원체제에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

The growing demand for sustainable food production and the rising consumer preference for fresh, healthy, and safe food products have been driving the need for innovative methods for processing and preserving food. In the meat industry, this demand has led to the development of new interventions aimed at extending the shelf life of meats and its products while maintaining their quality and nutritional value. Cold plasma has recently emerged as a subject of great interest in the meat industry due to its potential to enhance the microbiological safety of meat and its products. This review discusses the latest research on the possible application of cold plasma in the meat processing industry, considering its effects on various quality attributes and its potential for meat preservation and enhancement. In this regard, many studies have reported substantial antimicrobial efficacy of cold plasma technology in beef, pork, lamb and chicken, and their products with negligible changes in their physicochemical attributes. Further, the application of cold plasma in meat processing has shown promising results as a potential novel curing agent for cured meat products. Understanding the mechanisms of action and the interactions between cold plasma and food ingredients is crucial for further exploring the potential of this technology in the meat industry, ultimately leading to the development of safe and high-quality meat products using cold plasma technology.

The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

Today, change in the information technology field is very fast, the innovative technology or product to be released for the other sectors tend more frequent. In this situation, most of potential users should think carefully about the adoption of innovative technology such as Web2.0. On the other hand, the adoption or acceptance of innovative technology has the paradox of technology. In order to verify the acceptance factors of innovative technology, we are proposed the model based on the DOI and MIR. Conceptually, we examine the four independent variables such as relative benefit, compatibility, complexity, risk that are divided into two parts as positive and negative, a moderating variable effect on independent variables that is the social influence, and their impacts on the acceptance of new technology. The questionnaire which consists of 100 questions was used to analyze the result to IT suppliers and customers in public sector. Finally, our research model was tested in an empirical study, which confirmed all of our hypotheses.
