Critical issues in the development targets for the future fast reactor(FR) cycle system, including sodium-cooled FR were to ensure safety assurance, efficient utilization of resources, reduction of environmental burden, assurance of nuclear non-proliferation, and economic competitiveness. A promising design concept of sodium-cooled fast reactor JSFR is proposed aiming at fully satisfaction of the development targets for the next generation nuclear energy system. A roadmap toward JSFR commercialization is described, to be followed up in a new framework of the Fast reactor Cycle Technology development(FaCT) Project launched in 2006.

The theoretical and methodological provisions that allow to systematically and comprehensively study the postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers; the essence and features of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of diverse training institutions, providing professional and pedagogical training of this category of pedagogical personnel, have been determined; regularities, principles and conditions for the implementation of promising directions of development of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of diverse training have been developed; developed technological support for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training; identified and substantiated promising directions for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training in vocational education, due to the modernization.

In these days, innovative functions are required to unmanned parcel delivery lockers. As non-face-to-face transactions become the center due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, many problem occurs in society such as theft crimes and lack of loading space. Therefore, New concept storage device is developed in korea. It has the functions that minimizes empty spaces by using the internal transport device to enable efficient space loading and refrigerate goods such as foods. In order to systematically approach the system design of the unmanned parcel delivery lockers which is the new function is applied, We applied model-based system engineering to improve the development efficiency and use a system modeling language to express the system. We conducted interworking research of CAD data including system modeling and design data. it is expected that this method will increase the effective development efficiency such as maintenance traceability and reduction of development period and cost.

As competition among companies has intensified and the life cycle of products has been shortened, strong innovation is needed to meet consumers' needs. In addition, it is necessary to shorten the life cycle of the product and reduce the time required for technology development for the competitive advantage of the product. In particular, venture companies where new technologies and ideas are important require more innovative capabilities than others companies. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of technology innovation capabilities (product development process capability, human resource capability and financial capability) on sales by technology development for small and medium venture companies and analyzed moderating effect of technology development period on the relationship between technology innovation capabilities and sales by technology development. The data of 'Small and Medium Business Technology Statistics' collected by the government every year were used for analysis. Technology-intensive ventures were extracted from this data. In addition, the moderating effect was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis. This study shows that product planning capability, test capability, and R&D expenditure have a positive impact on sales by technology development. In this study, the product development period showed a positive moderating effect on product development capability and sales performance. On the other hand, the product development period showed a negative moderating effect on R&D expenditure and sales by technology development.

본 연구에서는 최근 산업 고도화에 따른 기술의 발달과 조직이 처한 불확실한 환경 속에서 기업이 경쟁우위를 점하고, 혁신을 도모하기 위해 강조되고 있는 기업가정신의 함양 및 발현의 중요성과 이에 따른 혁신성과 발휘 그리고 성과 도출 과정에서의 메커니즘에 대해 심도 있게 살펴보았다. 기업가정신은 다양한 글로벌 기업에서 조직 내 다양한 수준에서 창의적 업무수행과 새로운 아이디어의 생성 및 적용 그리고 혁신성과 등을 유발하기 위한 주요 요인으로 강조되고 있다. 특히 본 연구에서는 조직의 리더로서 CEO의 기업가정신 함양 및 발현이 조직의 혁신성과의 선행요인인 조직 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향력과 그 메커니즘으로써 창의적 효능감의 역할을 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 조직 내 혁신성과 발휘를 위한 창의성과 이에 대한 효능감 함양의 중요성을 검증하고자 하였으며, 추가로, 상황 요인으로써 조직구성원의 조직몰입의 역할을 함께 확인하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 국내 대전지역 산업단지 내 제조업에 종사하는 10개의 벤처기업을 표본으로, 이곳에 종사하는 직장인 총 247명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 실증분석 결과, CEO의 기업가정신의 각 하위요인은 조직 구성원의 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 그 과정에서 창의적 효능감의 매개효과 역시 모두 긍정적으로 유의함을 확인함으로써 혁신성과 발휘를 위한 조직 구성원의 창의적 효능감에 대한 중요성을 검증하였다. 나아가 조직몰입의 경우, CEO의 혁신성 및 진취성이 조직 구성원의 창의적 효능감에 미치는 긍정적 영향력을 강화하는 것으로 나타났으나, 위험감수성과의 시너지 효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 조직 내 혁신을 발휘하기 위한 CEO의 기업가정신 함양 및 발현의 중요성과 그 과정에서 조직 구성원의 창의적 효능감 그리고 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위한 이론적·실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.

The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.

최근 빠른 기술과 시장의 변화에 대응하여, 기업의 생존과 성장을 위한 동태적 역량의 하나로 기업의 양면성 조직 특성에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 빠른 환경변화에도 불구하고 지속적으로 높은 성과를 보이고 있는 기업은 신제품 기술개발역량 측면에서 기존 제품의 점진적 혁신을 통한 활용적 역량과 함께 새로운 시장 및 기술에 대한 탐험적 역량 둘 모두를 구축하고 균형을 갖는 양면성 조직의 특성을 갖는다. 본 연구는 기술혁신 중소기업이 양면성 조직을 구축 및 운영하는 이유와 방법, 기업의 생존과 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 외부 환경변화에 따른 기업의 내부적 기술혁신전략과 기업성장단계가 양면성 조직 특성과 성과에 영향을 미친다. 양면성 조직 특성은 구조, 맥락, 리더십 관점으로 접근하였으며, 연구 분석을 위해 제품의 산업적 특성을 달리하는 3개 중소기업에 대해 다중사례분석을 수행하였다. 종단적 분석을 통해, 제품의 산업적 특성과 환경 변화에 대응하는 기업의 기술혁신전략 유형에 따라 양면성 조직의 구축 및 운영의 해법이 다르며, 구조, 맥락, 리더십 관점의 양면성 조직 특성이 상호 보완적으로 작용하였다. 또한, 양면성 조직 특성이 중소기업의 생존과 성과에 중요한 특성임을 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 정보통신(ICT) 같은 혁신을 도입함으로써 생산성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 있으며, 방법을 원인-결과 하나만의 분석이 아닌 혁신투자활동-혁신-생산성 이라는 일련의 과정에서 나타나는 효과분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 중소기업을 7개 분야 업종으로 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구체적으로 기업들이 정보통신(ICT)이라는 혁신 제고를 통해 경쟁력 확보를 할 수 있는 요인을 밝히고, 나아가 혁신투자 결정에서부터 생산에 이르는 일련의 과정을 실증분석 함으로써 중소기업 육성을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 분석모형은 CDM 모형을 사용하였고, 결과 도출을 위해 다중회귀 분석과 다항로짓 분석과 같은 계량경제학적인 방법을 적용하였다. 구체적으로 정보통신(ICT)과 생산성의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 혁신투자활동 결정요인, 혁신 결정요인, 생산성 결정요인 등의 모형을 수립하고 분석하였다.

본 연구는 항만혁신클러스터의 성공을 위한 평가요소를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 항만혁신클러스터 성공을 위한 평가항목을 정책, 자원, 운영 등 3가지로 구분하였다. 그리고 3항목은 다시 12개의 요소로 세분화하였다. 뉴럴네트웍에 의한 훈련 및 검증을 위해 전체 30개의 설문자료를 훈련용과 검증용으로 각각 15부씩 구분하고, 구분된 자료를 이용하여 훈련 및 검증하였다. 코호넨 네트웍에 의해 수행한 결과 예측의 정확성은 $73.33\%$로 나타났다. 평가항목 및 세부요소의 중요도는 코호넨 네트웍에 의해 산출되었다. 그 결과 항만혁신 클러스터의 성공을 예측한 그룹의 경우에는 자원항목이 다른 항목에 비해 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 지방문화산업지원센터의 역할모델을 중심으로 산 ${\cdot}$학 협력을 기반으로한 지역문화콘텐츠산업의 혁신 환경을 창출하기 위한 사업모델을 개발하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 경기디지털콘텐츠진흥원의 공공아카데미사업과 경기문화원형디지털콘텐츠개발 사업에 대한 사례분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이 논문에서는 지역문화산업 혁신환경 차원에서 경기디지털콘텐츠진릉원의 산학협력사업 모델을 문화콘텐츠 R&D 네트워크센터 구축사업, 인력양성사업과 지역클러스터사업의 연계 강화사업, 산 ${\cdot}$ 학과의 파트너쉽 기반 문화콘텐츠체험 및 학습 프로그램 체계 구축사업 등 세 가지 차원에서 설정하였다.
