The 21th century is rapidly turning to the era of supernational competition aimed at global customers. Under these circumstances, applying the value innovation to space which will be in charge of value creation is recognized as being essential to life. This study aims to newly define the conception, the viewpoint, and types on applying the value innovation to space, which has not been established logically yet. The purpose of analyzing cases where the innovation was applied at home and abroad is to provide basic logic to establish these concepts in real space design. This study is prospected to be the core strategy of growth cause for maintaining our industrial development, so it is suggested that accepting, widening, and developing it may enable us to prepare for the continued innovation to space.

본 연구의 목적은 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 한국의 주요 언론 매체를 통해 드러난 학교 공간 혁신 정책의 실행과 관련 이슈를 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 언론에서 발행한 학교 공간 혁신 관련 기사 총 519개를 수집하여 빈도 분석과 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 학교 공간 혁신의 특징을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 학교 공간 혁신은 미래교육에 대한 대응으로 추진되고 있다. 둘째, 사용자가 학교 공간 혁신의 주체로 참여한다. 셋째, 전문가는 협력 체제를 갖추어 학교 공간 혁신을 지원하고 있다. 넷째, 학교 공간 혁신에 지역사회를 적극적으로 참여시키고 있다. 다섯째, 교육부와 교육청의 주요 사업으로, 상향식과 하향식이 조화를 이루어 진행되고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 학교 공간 혁신 정책의 주요 이슈를 이해하고, 차후 연구와 실천에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 최근 국가 수준에서 대규모로 추진되고 있는 학교공간혁신 사업의 교육적 효과를 조사·분석하기 위한 도구를 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 학교공간혁신의 교육효과를 분석하기 위해서는 학교공간혁신으로 변화되는 공간의 구조에 대한 분석이 우선 가능해야 하며, 공간의 변화에 따라 수반되는 교육의 변화 즉, 학교교육 및 학교생활, 교육적 성과 등에 대한 조사·분석이 가능해야 하며 이를 위한 사용자 설문조사 도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통한 설문조사 도구는 학교공간혁신 사업에서 사전기획 단계에서의 사전조사 그리고 공간혁신의 교육적 효과 조사·분석을 위한 사후평가 도구로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect impact of innovation space factors on the growth of semiconductor enterprises. Design/methodology - This empirical study uses the financial statements of 83 semiconductor listed companies in 23 provinces from 2004 to 2019 approved by CSRC (2019). A stepwise regression and backward regression are employed in order to examine the role of innovation space to expand technology investment in promoting business growth and uses South Korean Samsung's investment in China as a test case. Findings - Results indicate that innovation space, technology input, geographical area, owner's background, operating years and financing liabilities all contribute to a boost in business growth. Factors such as carbon emission, financial liberalization, government efficiency, technology input, and financing liabilities further influence management growth. Innovation space follows a nonlinear pattern, and this plays a positive role in magnifying the influence of technology on management growth. Additionally, operations of the state-owned companies and expansionary financing enterprises are influenced by the external economy. Regarding the spatial distribution, the Samsung investment in 24 companies in China shows that Samsung focuses on the acquisition of scarce resources for semiconductor production as a component of its investment and innovation strategy. Originality/value - Even though prior research has considered the concepts studied here, this study contributes to empirically evaluate the direct impact of innovation space on business growth, and the indirect impact of innovation space on business growth through technology investment. This study includes an in-depth discussion of the practical effects that innovation space has on China's economy, using a case of South Korean Samsung's investment in China as a test the empirical findings.

본 연구는 산업별 혁신체제의 관점에서, 한국의 우주개발에서의 산업부문 혁신체제 모델을 창출하고자 하는 것이다. 주요 내용은, 우주개발 혁신체제의 3가지 하위 구성요소들을 도출하여, 그것들의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 3가지 하위 구성요소들이란, 개발 체제 (정부출연연구소를 중심으로 한 주체 및 협력관계), 자원 (재원 및 인력) 및 연구 성과의 확산을 말한다. 산업부문의 기술혁신을 낳게 한 요인들을 파악하는 것은 기술혁신정책에서 중요하다. 기술혁신정책이 전 산업수준에서가 아니라 좀 더 구체적인 개별 산업차원에서 형성되어야 한다는 것이다.

본 연구는 사용자 교육적 가치의 중요성을 목표로하는 학교공간혁신의 개념 연구를 통하여 학교공간이 학생들의 교육활동을 중심으로 하는 국가수준의 교육자치 목표 및 기본가치와 상호관계성 연계 정도에 대하여 사용자를 중심으로 조사·분석을 하고자 하였다. 이는 교육자치 혁신 교육과정과 학교 자치적 다양한 교육활동과 연계된 학생, 교사 즉 수요자의 요구도 분석을 통해 수요자 중심 즉 수요자의 요구가 최대한 반영되는 학교공간혁신 연계 방안 등을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교육자치 혁신과 학교공간 혁신의 기본개념 고찰과 국가수준의 2015개정 교육과정과 교육자치 혁신과정에 대한 문헌조사 및 교육목표, 교육과정의 기본가치 인식 조사를 실시하였으며, 원도심지역 학생, 교사를 대상으로 교육의 기본가치, 학교교육의 기능, 학교환경 및 공간 구성 방향, 학교공간에 대한 조사분석으로 학생과 교사의 인식도를 파악하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to think about the educational effect of school space innovation project through user participation, to investigate and analyze the actual situation of user participation school space innovation project of elementary, middle and high schools of Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, The educational effect was analyzed. After the students and teachers participated in the improvement of the school space, the students' skills were improved. Overall, emotional abilities were most cultivated, and elementary school students were most physically cultivated. The intimacy created by participation and activities and play-oriented projects may have helped to develop students' abilities. In addition, the school became fun after user participation, and there was a positive effect of increasing a sense of apathy and belonging. The expansion of user participation has resulted in not only the satisfaction of space but also the friendship and emotional part of students. As a result of this study, the school space constructed through the user participation process brought about significant educational changes in school life and individual quality of life in the learning activities and school life of teachers and students, the main users of the school space.

본 연구에서 우리는 혁신시스템 국제화의 측정을 위한 프레임워크를 수립하고 한국원자력산업과 우주산업에 적용을 통해서 혁신시스템 국제화와 리더십의 연관관계에 대한 사례연구를 수행하였다. 이 프레임워크를 통해 혁신시스템의 국제화 정도와 기술수준과의 연관관계를 살펴본 결과, 한국 원자력산업은 기술수준의 선도그룹으로서 추격그룹인 우주산업 대비 혁신시스템 국제화의 주요기능에서 국제적 적법성의 생성을 제외하고 높은 수준을 보여주었다. 이를 통해 혁신시스템 국제화의 정도는 리더십과 높은 연관관계를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 한 국가 내에서 산업간 혁신시스템의 국제화 정도는 차이를 보이며 리더십을 획득하기 위해서는 혁신시스템 국제화의 흐름의 대응이 필요함을 제시하고 이에 대한 정책적인 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 프레임워크의 적용을 통해서 한국 산업의 국제적인 리더십에 대한 사례를 심층 분석할 수 있게 하며, 또한 전략적 딜레마에 빠진 산업에서의 기술경영을 위한 시사점들을 제공한다.

The AHP method was used in 30 provinces of China to construct the index system of creative space efficiency evaluation and determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further used to score the indexes at all levels, and then the total efficiency score was sorted. The purpose of this study is to adjust the regional layout of creative space reasonably and implement financial policies accurately through the evaluation of the efficiency of creative space. The results is ranking top in weight of several indicators, which include the number of incubated Startups, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, the survival rate of incubator, the innovative training activities, etc. It was also found that Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang ranked first in the score of creative space efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it was In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of the creative space efficiency in China's province, by coordinating the regional pattern, establishing a sound service system and improving the efficiency evaluation system.
