반복전단응력에 의한 강섬유 2경간 연속보의 실험적 연구 (A Study on Experimental of Two-spans Beam with Steel Fiber According to Repetitive Shear Stress)

  • In this research, a basis test on steel fiber concrete's material property was carried out and optimum design as well as material property was examined. In corroboration of it, the compressive strength was compared with the tensile strength and this paper tried to get the initial load of flexural cracking and the ultimate load in the positive-negative moment section through the static test of beam. The addition rate of the steel fiber, 0.75 SFRC specimen was failed at $65{\sim}75%$ of the static ultimate strength and it could be concluded that fatigue strength to two million cycle was around 75.2%.

강섬유 보강 철근콘크리트보의 신뢰성 해석 (Reliability Analysis of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Beams)

  • The purpose of this study is to practical use with increase safety, usablility and economical. In this study, the property of fatigue behavior was tested by comparing reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete. The basic test, the static test and fatigue test were used as the research methods. Basic on the test, the material compressive strength test and split tensile strength test ware conducted 7 days and 28 days after the concrete was poured. In the static test, there ware four types of experimental variables of the steel fiber mixing ratio : 0.00%, 0.75%, 1.00%, and 1.25%. The ultimate load initial diagonal tension crack, and initial load of flexural cracking were all observed by static test. A methodology for the probabilistic assement of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) which takes into account material variability, confinement model uncertainty and the uncertainty in local and globa failure criteria is applied for the derivation of vulnerability curves for the serviceability and ultimate limit states, the reliability of SFRC using the proposed practical linear limit state model is evaluated by using the AFOSM(Advanced First Order Second Moment) method and MCS(monte-Calrosimulation) method.

Retrofitting of RC girders using pre-stressed CFRP sheets

  • Pre-stressing of existing structures using steel cables, FRP cables or FRP laminates has been successfully tried in the past. Retrofitting of beams using pre-stressed laminates does not utilize the full strength of the FRP due to de-bonding of the laminates before the fibre fracture. In the present study attempt has been made to overcome this problem by replacing the FRP laminates by the FRP sheets. In the present paper the effect of initial damage level and pre-stress level on strength, stiffness, cracking behaviour and failure mode of girders retrofitted using pre-stressed CFRP sheets has been studied. The results indicate that rehabilitation of initially damaged girders by bonding pre-stressed CFRP sheets improves the flexural behaviour of beams appreciably. However, it has been observed that with increase in pre-stressing force the load carrying capacity of the girders increases up to a particular level up to which the mode of failure is fibre fracture. Thereafter, the mode of failure shifts from fibre fracture to de-bonding and there is no appreciable increase in load carrying capacity with further increase in pre-stressing force.

Structural Performance Evaluation of a Precast PSC Curved Girder Bridge Constructed Using Multi-Tasking Formwork

  • Recently, advanced transit systems are being constructed to reduce traffic congestions in metropolitan areas. For these projects, curved bridges with various curvatures are required. Many curved bridges in the past were constructed using aesthetically unpleasant straight beams with curved slabs or expensive curved steel box girders with curved slabs. Therefore, many recent studies have been performed to develop less expensive and very safe precast prestressed concrete (PSC) curved girder. One method of reducing the construction cost of a PSC curved girder is to use a reusable formwork that can easily be adjusted to change the curvature and length of a girder. A reusable and curvature/dimension adjustable formwork called Multi-tasking formwork is developed for constructing efficient precast PSC curved girders. With the Multi-tasking formwork, two 40 m precast PSC box girders with different curvatures were constructed to build a two-girder curved bridge for a static flexural test to evaluate its safety and serviceability performance. The static flexural test results showed that the initial cracking load was 1400 kN, exceeding the design cracking load of 450 kN. Also, the code allowed deflection of 50 mm occurred at a load of 1800 kN, verifying the safety and serviceability of the precast PSC curved bridge constructed using the multi-tasking formwork.

콘크리트 디스크를 이용한 혼합모드 파괴 (The Mixed Mode Fracture Using Concrete Disk)

  • This study investigates a new method of using a concrete disk to calculate stress intensity factor (SIF) for mixed mode cases. The results indicate that the disk method is more accurate than three point bending test (TPB) in obtaining correct SIF values for mixed mode fracture propagation. Stress intensity factors $K_{I}$ and $K_{II}$ are calculated using a center notched disk subjected to splitting load. The notch angle is calculated by finite element (FEM). Fracture toughness $K_\textsc{k}$ of the concrete is obtained from the load intensities at the initiation of crack propagation. According to the finite element analysis(FEA) and disk test, the results show that mode I and mixed mode cracks propagate toward the directions of crack face and loading point, respectively. The results from FEA with maximum stress theory compare well with the experimental date. Unlike TPB method where an accurate fracture toughness value is difficult to obtain due to the irregular shape of load deflection curve and delayed final crack propagation (following slow stable cracking). fracture toughness value is easily measured in the disk test from the crack initial load. Therefore, it is safe to conclude that disk method is more advantageous than TPB method in analyzing combined mode fracture problems.

반복하중하에서 강섬유보강 철근콘크리트 연속보의 피로거동 (Fatigue Behavior of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Continuous Beams under Cyclic Loading)

  • As concrete structures are getting larger, higher, longer and more specialized, it is more required to develop steel fiber concrete and apply to the real world. In this research, it is aimed to have fatigue strength examined, varying the steel fiber content of 0%, 0.75%, 1.00%, 1.25% by experimental study of fatigue behavior of the steel fiber reinforced concrete continuous beams under cyclic loading. The ultimate load and initial load of flexural cracking were measured by static test. In addition, the load versus strain relation, load versus deflection relation, crack pattern and fracture mode by increasing weight were observed. On the other hand, the crack propagation and the modes of fracture according to cycle number and the relation of cyclic loading to deflection relation and strain relation were investigated by fatigue test. As the result of fatigue test, continuous beam without steel fiber was failed at 60 ~ 70% of The static ultimate strength and it could be concluded that fatigue strength to two million cyclic loading was arround 67.2% by S-N curve. On the other hand, that with steel fiber was failed at 65 ~ 85% of the static ultimate strength and it could be concluded fatigue strength to two million cyclic loading around 71.7%.

  • 정변위 인장시험기를 사용하여 SUS 304강 용접열 영향부의 여러 가지 염화 마그네슘용액 중에서의 SCC 발생 특성을 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) SCC 발생 잠복기간은 초기 응력강도계수 K 하(Ii) 값은 낮게 함으로써 크게 지연된다. 2) 비등 염화 마그네슘 용액 중에서의 SCC 발생은 부하와 Cl 이온의 농도에 의한 부동태 피막의 파손에 기인된다. 3) SUS 304 강 용접열 영향부의 SCC 발생 감수성은 높은 농도의 염화 마그네슘 용액일수록 온도를 낮게 함으로써 둔화된다.

고인성 내화보수모르터(FR-ECC)를 활용한 RC 구조물 보수공법의 내구성능 및 내하력에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Durability and Load Carrying Capacity of RC Structure Repair System Using FR-ECC)

  • 본 논문에서는 FR-ECC의 수축특성과 균열도입 전후의 내동해성을 평가하였으며, FR-ECC를 활용한 다층복공구조의 지수성능과 박리박락저항성, 또한 FR-ECC로 단면복구 된 보부재의 휨성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, FR-ECC는 소성수축에 의한 균열 및 건조수축에 의한 길이변화율이 기존의 보수모르터에 비해 크게 저감되었으며, 구속상태에서의 건조수축에 대한 균열저항성이 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, FR-ECC는 내동해성이 매우 우수하였으며, 균열도입 후에도 동결융해작용에 의한 인장성능의 저하는 확인되지 않았다. 한편, FR-ECC로 보수된 휨부재는 초기균열모멘트, 항복모멘트 및 극한모멘트 등의 휨성능이 증대되었으며, 멀티플크랙 특성에 의해 휨파괴시까지 균열폭을 안정적으로 제어할 수 있었다.

  • 최근에 널리 사용되고 있는 PSC 교량은 콘크리트의 처짐과 균열 등의 취약점을 긴장재와 강봉을 사용하여 보완하고 성능을 향상시킨 구조물이다. 따라서 PSC 교량에서 긴장재에 작용하는 하중을 적절하게 산정하는 것은 구조물의 안전하고 효율적인 유지, 보수를 위하여 중요하다. 이 논문은 텐던에 작용하는 하중과 앵커헤드 변형과의 관계를 확인하기 위하여 멀티 텐던 앵커헤드의 변형률에 대한 수치해석을 수행하고 분석한 것이다. 정확한 해석을 위하여 재료의 물성, 접촉 문제의 비선형성 등을 모두 고려하였으며 해석은 범용 유한요소 프로그램인 Abaqus를 사용하여 수행되었다. 수치해석 결과로부터 텐던에 작용하는 하중을 추정하는 데에는 hoop 방향 변형률이 가장 유용하며, 마찰 계수, 경계조건, 그리고 배치 등에 따라 영향을 받는 것을 확인하였다.

CSA 팽창재를 혼입한 철근보강 모르타르의 인장 경화-연화 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Tension-Hardening and Softening Characteristics in Reinforced Mortar with CSA Expansion Agent)

  • 팽창재는 콘크리트의 건조/자기수축으로 인한 균열에 매우 효과적인 혼화재료이며 콘크리트 내부 철근에 화학적 프리스트레스를 인가할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CSA 팽창재에 의해 화학적 프리스트레스가 도입된 모르타르의 인장경화성능을 평가하였다. 철근으로 내부구속이 이루어진 철근 모르타르 시편에 대하여 일축인장시험을 수행하였으며, 균열거동 특성과 인장경화 특성을 분석하였다. CSA 모르타르에서는 압축강도 및 탄성계수는 약간 감소하였으나, 화학적 압축응력이 철근에 도입되었으며, 일반 모르타르 부재에 비해 167.5% 초기균열하중이 증가하였다. 높은 인장경화특성을 평가하였으며, 기존의 인장연화모델과 실험값을 비교하여 기존 제안식의 보완점을 제시하였다.
