제어용 계전기의 원격감시시스템 구현 (An Implementation of Remote Monitoring System for Control Relay)

  • 자동화시스템은 PLC를 사용하여 생산제품의 제조 공정상태를 감시하고 센서에서 전달되는 센서정보를 처리한다. 본 연구에서는 자동화시스템에 사용되고 있는 제어용 계전기의 상태를 감시하는 원격감시시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 제어 릴레이모듈, 원칩프로세서 모듈, 컴퓨터 모니터링시스템과 제어용 계전기의 내역을 입력하고 관리하는 데이터베이스시스템으로 구성한다. 컴퓨터 모니터링시스템은 제어용 계전기의 작동상태와 수명을 모터링할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 데이터베이스는 제어용 계전기의 투입 일자를 입력하고 수정이 가능하게 구성하였으며, 제어용 계전기의 작동상태의 정보를 자동으로 프린트할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 원격감시시스템에서 제어용 계전기의 고장상태를 실시간으로 파악하고, 고장부품을 신속하게 교체하여 정상가동에 소요되는 시간을 최소화할 수 있도록 하였다.

회계정보시스템 품질과 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Research about Accounting Information System Quality and Educational Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 회계정보시스템 품질이 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사용자의 컴퓨터 사용시간과 컴퓨터 사용경력이 회계정보시스템 품질과 사용자 만족과의 관계를 조절하는 조절변수로서의 효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 회계정보시스템 품질인 시스템 품질, 정보품질, 서비스 품질은 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 조절변수인 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용 경력을 이용하여 회계정보시스템 품질요인들을 독립변수로, 만족도를 종속변수로 하는 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용경력인 조절효과는 시스템 품질, 정보 품질에 한해 만족도와의 관계에 유의한 조절효과를 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • Research for Tilting Vehicle is in progress as a plan follows in speed improvement of the existing railroad. According to this, Onboard Signal Control System is considered for introduction of new technology on Onboard equipment of railroad signal system and control system. Onboard Signal Control System operates the train by using of information that received from the ground. Examine the connection algorithm between kind of equipment and each equipment which will be installed for the On board Signal Control System.   • 산업현장에서 자동화시스템은 PLC(Program Logic Control)를 사용하여 시스템을 제어하고, 감지기에서 전달되는 정보로 시스템의 상태를 계측하고 생산성 향상을 위해 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 진단 모니터링시스템은 릴레이모듈, 원칩프로세서모듈 그리고 컴퓨터 모니터링시스템으로 구성된다. 보조계전기의 고장을 실시간으로 파악하여 고장 난 시스템을 수리하고, 정상 가동에 소요되는 시간을 최소화하여 생산성을 향상시키고자 한다.

  • There have been several papers to illustrate how an information system is used in an automated warehouse system. These papers, however. do not carefully address the role of warehouse planning/control systems nor do they recognize how to integrate the management planning/control systems, and automated warehouse system. This article addresses such issues and shows how a business computer system can be used to integrate and unify the warehouse planning/control systems and the automated warehouse system into it single and highly productive operating system.

Implementation of Smart Control System based on Intelligent Dimming with LEDs

  • In this paper, an intelligent dimming control system is designed and implemented with the human visual response function using CDS sensor, PIR sensor and temperature sensor, etc. The proposed system is designed to detect a moving object by PIR sensor and to control the LED dimming considering the human visual response. Also, the dimming of LED light can modulate on the app, and simultaneously control dimming in real-world environments with smart phone app. A high-temperature warning or a fire hazard information is transmitted to user's smart phone according to sensor values and Data graph are provided as part of data visualization. Connecting the hardware controller, the proposed intelligent smart dimming control system is expected to contribute to the power reduction interior LED, smart grid building and saving home combining with internet of things.

  • 최근 국내의 시설재배 면적과 시설규모가 증가하는 추세에 있으며 농업에서 차지하는 비중이 점차 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 복합 환경제어기의 설치 및 사용도 늘어나고 있다. 시설 및 장비의 현대화에도 불구하고 시설을 이용한 재배 기술은 아직 유럽 농업국가나 일본에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ICT (Information & Communication Technology)기술을 활용하여 복합 환경제어기의 효과적인 운영을 지원할 수 있는 지능정보시스템의 설계를 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 복합 환경제어기의 데이터를 활용하여 시설 내 환경이 작물 생육에 최적 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 지원하며, 재배자에게 생육단계에 맞추어 영농정보를 능동적으로 제공한다. 또한 생육 모델을 활용하여 미래의 생육 상태를 예측하고, 영농목표 달성을 위한 환경제어 방향을 제시한다.

Improvement of Control Performance by Data Fusion of Sensors

  • In this paper, we propose a general framework for sensor data fusion applied to control systems. Since many kinds of disturbances are introduced to a control system, it is necessary to rely on multisensor data fusion to improve control performance in spite of the disturbances. Multisensor data fusion for a control system is considered a sequence of making decisions for a combination of sensor data to make a proper control input in uncertain conditions of disturbance effects on sensors. The proposed method is applied to a typical control system of a flexible link system in which reduction of oscillation is obtained using a photo sensor at the tip of the link. But the control performance depends heavily on the environmental light conditions. To overcome the light disturbance difficulties, an accelerometer is used in addition to the existing photo sensor. Improvement of control performance is possible by utilizing multisensor data fusion for various output responses to show the feasibility of the proposed method in this paper.

Design of Real-Time Monitoring System for Recycling Agricultural Resourcing Based on USN

  • In this paper, we propose a integrated real-time monitoring system for recycling agriculture resourcing based on USN. We design and implement the monitoring system so that we can integrate the quality control of farmyard and liquid manures, barn environment monitoring, and positioning information control into a total management system performing recycling of excrement and manure. Selection of sensors and sensor-node construction and requirements, structure of wire/wireless communication networks, and design of monitoring program are also presented. As a result of operating our system, we can get over various drawbacks of conventional separated system and promote the proper circulation of excrement up to the farmyard. We confirm that these advanced effects arise from the effective management of the total system integrating quality control of farmyard/liquid manure, barn/farmhouse information, and vehicle moving monitoring information etc. Moreover, this monitoring system is able to exchange real-time information throughout communication networks so that we can construct a convenient information environment for agricultural community by converging IT technology with farm and stockbreeding industries. Finally we present some results of processing using our monitoring system. Sensing data and their graphs are processed in real-time, positioning information on the v-world map offers various moving paths of vehicles, and statistical analysis shows all the procedure from excrement occurrence to recycling and resourcing.

Stability Analysis and Design of a Nonlinear Neuromuscular Control System of a Myoelectric Prosthetic Hand

  • A neuromuscular control system of a myoelectric prosthetic hand (PH) constitutes a nonlinear system with a dead zone whose magnitude is equal to its joint angle when the PH just grasps an object. This is because the neuromuscular control system remains an open-loop system until the PH grasps the object but it constitutes a feedback control system after the PH griped the object in which a torque induced in the fingers of the PH is fed back. To improve the transient performance of the control system, it is desirable to make the feed-forward gain as large as possible, so long as the stability of the system is not impaired. It is also desired that the control system remains stable even when the PH lifts a heavy or rigid object, because this makes the closed loop gain large and leads to the closed system unstable. According to the theory of stability analysis of nonlinear systems, we can only know the sufficient conditions that the system should be stable. Thus the nonlinear theory on stability is insufficient to be used to design the neuromuscular control system for improving its transient responses. This paper shows that the nonlinear system with a dead zone can be approximated to a linear feedback system and that well-known methods of analysis and design on linear control systems can be applicable. It is also shown through various simulation results that errors induced by approximation are practically negligible and thus the design methods are quite accurate.
