불법 디지털콘텐츠 공유의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 저작권인식에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Impacting Factors on Sharing Illegal Digital Contents and Copyright Cognition)

  • In order to reduce the spread of illegal digital contents, many studies have been focusing on how to stop it through laws and regulations. Only few of the studies tried to explain the illegal behaviors from individual's viewpoints. This paper aims to examine the intention of sharing illegal digital contents over the Internet and proposes a theoretical model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) along with the introduction of two outcome expectations. We also argue that the individuals' cognition of online copyright will influence individuals' illegal contents sharing on the Internet. We have collected data from online survey and offline interview. By empirical study, the results support the theoretical model except the subjective norm which has no effect on individuals' behavior. This is a different finding from the previous researches revealing that the subjective norm has no effect on individuals' unethical actions. Overall, the findings provide strong confirmation that attitude, self-efficacy and outcome expectations impact on individual's intention of sharing illegal contents. In addition, this study proposed an improved cognition of online copyright through education and standard of new media management will reduce illegal contents sharing on Internet.

Linking the Big Five Model of Personality to Knowledge Sharing Intention

  • This study aims at empirically analyzing the relation between employees' personality and their knowledge sharing intentions, on which enough light has not yet been shed in spite of its importance. By integrating the big five model of personality with social capital theory and social cognitive theory, this study develops six hypotheses concerning the relation and empirically tests them by using 724 samples collected from employees in practice. The empirical analysis results from this study reveal that employees' extroversion and agreeableness are positively associated with their social relations and that their openness to experience and conscientiousness are positively associated with their knowledge self-efficacy, which are positively related to their knowledge sharing intentions. Based on the new findings, theoretical and practical implications are provided for knowledge management researchers and managers in practice.

남성소비자의 의복소비가치가 온라인 패션 편집매장의 특성 지각과 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Male Consumer Clothing Consumption Values on the Perceived Attributes of Online Fashion Multi-brand Store and Use Intention)

  • This study sought to understand the clothing consumption values of male consumers and analyze the attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores. The study examined the effect of clothing consumption values of male consumers on the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. The study also aimed to investigate whether online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. An online survey of male consumers in their 20s and 30s was conducted, and a total of 338 responses were analyzed. The SPSS 24.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and stepwise-regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, fashionableness out of the four attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores (fashionableness, entertainment, variety, and scarcity) influenced the practical and conspicuous values of clothing consumption values. Entertainment had a significant effect on all clothing consumption values. Variety had a significant impact on practical and conspicuous values and the scarcity factor influenced epistemic and conspicuous values. Second, while entertainment, variety, and scarcity influenced sharing intention, fashion, entertainment, and variety influenced purchase intention. Third, online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and sharing intention but not purchase intention.

정보비대칭 수준에 따른 정보공유의 윤리적 딜레마와 비윤리적 행동에 관한 연구 (An Ethical Dilemma and Unethical Behavior of Information Sharing by Information Asymmetry Level)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 조직 구성원들의 정보비대칭 수준에 따른 비윤리 정보공유를 실증적으로 검정하는 것이다. 정보비대칭 상황에 따라 조직 구성원들의 정보공유 딜레마, 비윤리적 공유의도와 행동의 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법은 구조방정식을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 정보공유의 윤리적 딜레마, 비윤리적 의도, 비윤리적 행동은 서로 인과적 영향력이 있다고 나타났다. 특히, 직급별로는 윤리적 딜레마와 비윤리적 의도 간에 윤리적 딜레마의 세부 요인들이 다르다고 나타났다. 이에 연구 결과로서, 조직은 직급 수준에 따라서 윤리적 이슈를 다르게 관리해야 한다. 본 연구의 기여도는 사회과학 관점에서 깨진 유리창 이론의 해석 범위를 넓혔으며, 실무적 관점에서 직급별로 윤리적 딜레마 관리가 다르게 요구된다고 설명하였다. 향후 연구는 정보보안 시스템에 의해서 비윤리적 행동이 감소하는지 조사할 필요가 있다.

Organizational Justice and the Intent to Share: Knowledge Sharing Practices among Forensic Experts in Turkey

  • Organizational climate and organization culture can be some of the leading factors in hindering knowledge sharing within the organization. It is generally accepted that successful knowledge management practice, including knowledge sharing, comes as a result of a conducive and knowledge sharing friendly environment. Organizations that promote and reward collective work generate a trustful and a more collaborative learning culture. The perception of fairness in an organization has been considered an important indicator of employee behavior, attitude, and motivation. This study investigates organizational justice perception and its impact on knowledge sharing practices among forensic experts in the Turkish National Police. The study findings revealed that senior officers, who are experts in the field, have the strongest organizational justice perception. Meanwhile, noncommissioned officers or technicians bear positive but comparatively weaker feelings about the existence of justice within the organization. The study argues that those who satisfy their career expectations tend to have a higher organizational justice perception.

공유경제 환경에서 차량 공유서비스 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 중국의 디디추싱(滴滴出行) 사례 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Utilization of Vehicle Sharing Service in the Sharing Economy Environment : Focusing on the Analysis of Didi Chuxing Case in China)

  • As vehicle sharing service is being widely used in China. The sharing economy appeared to be a way to make people's lives more convenient and to utilize limited resources efficiently. Sharing economy companies have created an app to satisfy users' needs with providing more benefits. Although research on vehicle sharing services has been continuously conducted at the level of the sharing economy, there are not many empirical studies related to the perception of the sharing economy from the consumer's point of view. In this sense, this study considered the perceived relationship benefits (social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits) of Didi chuxing service as the key independent variables influencing users' confirmation and satisfaction, And suggests that users' confirmation and satisfaction are the key determinants of Didi continuance intention . To test the proposed research model, this study conducted structural equation model using 268 data collected on the users who have experience of Didi service. According to the empirical analysis results, This study verifies that: First, social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits are determinants of user's satisfaction. Second, expectation confirmation depends on economic benefits, psychological benefits, functional benefits and social influence, meanwhile, social benefit has no effect on expectation confirmation. Third, expectation confirmation is proved to be a positive predictor of users' satisfaction. Finally, this results indicate that continuous use intention is determined by users' satisfaction.

전자의무기록 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Share Electronic Medical Records)

  • 전자의무기록 공유를 추진하기 위해서는 사람들의 인식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론과 프라이버시 계산 모형에 기반하여 전자의무기록 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 또한 직업과 개인 병력 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 공유 의도가 달라지는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 145명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 이타적 즐거움과 개인정보 보호 인식, 법·제도적 역할 인식 및 건강에 관한 관심 정도가 전자의무기록 공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며 의료기관에 대한 신뢰가 법·제도적 역할 인식과 공유 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하였다. 이에 사람들이 공유 과정에 의료기관뿐만 아니라 정부의 역할도 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자의무기록 공유에 대한 사람들의 참여와 수용을 촉진하기 위해서는 공유로 인한 공익적 혜택을 강조해야 할 것이며 법적으로 개인정보의 보안과 올바른 활용을 보장하는 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

The Role of Creativity, Altruism, and Social Relationship in Sharing Travel Information Using Social Networking Services

  • Social networking services (SNSs) have become important and popular tools for not only presenting self-image but also sharing travel information. This study adopted self-image expressions to understand tourists' intentions to share travel information and behavioral changes in SNSs. To enhance understanding tourists' intention and behavior, the current study suggests a research model based on motivations for self-image expression (i.e., creativity, altruism and social relationship). This current study empirically resulted in the importance of users' creativity, altruism and social relationship in SNS, which leads to the intention and behavioral changes to share travel information. In addition, altruism moderated the negative effect of creativity on self-image expression as well as the positive effect of the social relationship on self-image expression. Based on the result of this study, the current study bears some implications in a theoretical and practical context.

뉴 미디어 시대 패션소비자의 정보 탐색과 공유 (Fashion consumers' information search and sharing in new media age)

  • As mobile shopping has increased in the new media age, fashion consumers' decision making and product consumption processes have changed. The volume of consumer-driven information has expanded since media and social networking sites have enabled consumers to share information they obtain. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting information searching strategies and information sharing about fashion products. An online survey collected data from 466 respondents, relating to the influence of product price level and consumer SNS commitment level on information search and information sharing. Experimental design of three product price level and two consumer SNS commitment level was used. Analysis of the data identified factors in fashion information searching as ongoing searching, prepurchase web portal information search, and prepurchase marketing information search. For low-price fashion products, prepurchase product-detail influenced intention to share information. For mid-priced products, ongoing search significantly affected intention to share information. Both ongoing search and prepurchase marketing information search showed significant effects for high-price products. Consumers who are more committed to SNS engaged in significantly more searching in all aspects of information search factors. Significant interaction effect was detected for consumer SNS commitment level and product price level. When consumers with low consumer SNS commitment search for information on lower-priced fashion products, they are less likely do a prepurchase web portal information search.

기업의 감염 예방 서비스품질 개선을 위한 정보공유가 방문업체의 질병관리에 대한 만족에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Analysis of The Analysis of The Effect of Information Sharing for Improving the Quality of Infection Prevention and Service Quality on The Satisfaction of Visiting Companies on Disease Management)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 감염 예방 서비스품질 개선을 위한 정보공유가 방문업체의 질병관리에 대한 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하여, 실무적인 관점에서 기업의 경쟁력 확보방안에 대한 기초정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 부산, 경남에 위치한 오프라인 매장에 방문한 만 19세 이상의 341명의 방문객을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 본 연구결과, 소비자가 지각된 건강신념, 지각된 질병 감염 가능성과 지각된 질병 감염 심각성이 방문업체의 질병관리에 대한 만족에 유의미한 영향 관계가 나타났다. 아울러 기업의 감염 예방 정보공유에 대한 인식과 감염 예방 고객관리에 대한 인식은 지각된 건강신념과 방문업체의 질병관리에 대한 만족과의 관계에서 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 살펴본, 결론은 기업이 감염 예방 정보공유에 대한 인식과 고객관리 차원에서 조직 구성원 간 이와 관련한 정보공유와 경영성과 달성에 기여할 수 있는 일련의 경영 활동이 필요함을 제기하였다.
