  • 임베디스 소프트웨어의 품질시험을 통해 임베디드 시스템 구매자들의 요구에 부합되는 고품질의 시스템을 구현할 수 있다. 임베디드 시스템의 경우 아직까지 국내에서 품질에 대한 시험 인증서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 한국정보통신기술협회(TIA) SW시험인증센터에서 GS시험 인증서비스를 통해 임베디드 소프트웨어에 대한 품질을 높이는 작업을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어 품질 향상을 위해 중소기업청에서 의뢰한 임베디드 스프트웨어에 대한 GS인증 및 성능시험 적용사례를 기술하였다.

  • 인터넷을 사용하는 인구가 증가함에 따라 그들을 공략하기 위한 여러 형태의 비즈니스 모델이 구현되어 웹 상에서 유무형의 상품 및 서비스에 대한 거래가 활성화 되었다. 또한 통신 기술의 발달로 웹 성능에 대한 신뢰도가 높아져 기존에는 클라이언트/서버 아키텍쳐로 구축하던 기업의 전산 업무 환경을 웹 기반의 분산 환경으로 구축하거나 전환하고 있는 것이 현 소프트웨어 산업계의 추세이다. 이에 따라 웹 어플리케이션의 기능 및 성능을 테스트하고 나아가 품질을 평가하기 위한 제반 기법이 요구되는 상황이다. 국외에서는 이미 산업계를 주축으로 웹 테스팅에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 국내에서는 그러한 노력들이 이제 막 착수단계에 있으며, 본 고에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 품질평가 기법 고안을 위해 기반 연구 활동으로서 선행된 웹-어플리케이션의 정의 및 분류체계를 제안하고 있다. 나아가 분류별로 보다 중시되는 품질 속성에 집중하는 방식으로 접근한 품질평가 지침을 제안하고 있다.

  • This study intends to evaluate the quality of the KERIS UNICAT DB, and to suggest both theoretical and practical methods for the quality improvement of the DB. To the end. this study developed a quality evaluation model and verified the quality of the UNICAT DB in a comprehensive way, Emphasis was on analyzing the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the UNICAT DB. Also suggested are the management strategies and substantial guidelines to improve the quality of the UNICAT DB.

  • Recently, as application fields of software is extended, relative importance of software make a gradual increase and importance of development cost is being increased. However, as former evaluation model of development cost evaluate at the functional point of view for the most part, at this paper, I intend to propose evaluation model of software development cost COSMOS-Q(COSt MOdel for Subcontract-Quality) which one evaluate also in quality as well as function. The model proposed in this paper set the goal at software orderer evaluate software cost exactly with only order specification information. At this paper, I proposed cost evaluation model and evaluated it's validity refering to review result in ISO/SC7 about a software quality feature with extraction of quality feature factor which produce change of cost and set up the evaluation measure adoptable as order condition.

  • Recently, many IT organizations develop software system with reusable component. Effective reusing of components increases software development productivity and quality. And, development of high quality component documents decrease maintenance problems, which are issues in component-based software development. In this paper, we propose a quality evaluation model of component development documents by empirical research. It consists of component quality reference model (CQRM) and quality evaluation model (CQEM). CQRM contains quality guidelines for component developers. CQEM contains evaluation guidelines for component consumers and distributors. We performed case study to verify this paper. Also, we presented quality improvement methods and improvement effects of component development documents. The quality evaluation model of component development documents proposed in this paper leads component development documents with high quality, and provides a rational quality evaluation model.

  • Viewpoint about the quality of software is various. But, from the end-user point of view, user interface of software may be all to express the quality of software. But the detailed evaluation criteria were not established about usability evaluation method based on user interface so far, though user interface of software is the main object of usability quality characteristics. In this paper, we established a system about the method extracting and evaluating some quality characteristics elements measurable form user interface of software by analyzing the relationship between the elements constructing quality characteristics and user interface related to quality evaluation of software. We expect that this result of study will be a fundamental study adapting and evaluating to various types of user interface.

  • Today, the use of the open source software is rapidly increasing. But, it is also true that the quality aspect of the open source software is not being considered seriously enough. As we see, the future prospect of the open source software seems to demand the development of a set of quality assessment technology for the open source software due to the current status of quality problems and sustained growth in its usage. Therefore, in this study a set of open source assessment models are analyzed to establish evaluation criteria, with which the open source software are to be evaluated.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a self-management program for patients suffering from coronary artery disease (CAD), based on the self-determination theory and subsequently perform a heuristic evaluation by professionals and a quality assessment by users. The program consisted of 6 main menus and 20 submenus. Heuristic evaluation was conducted using eight principles, and as a result, a score of 1 was assigned by a professional for five principles: consistency and mapping, good ergonomics and minimalist design, flexibility and efficiency, anesthetics, and error management. Two professionals gave the principles of ease of input, screen readability, and glanceability a score of 1. In the quality assessment by the users, the system quality category had the highest score of 4.6 out of 5, and information quality had the lowest score of 3.87 out of 5. The overall average score was 4.08, which indicated the general satisfaction regarding the quality of the application. We have reflected on all the recommendations provided by the professionals based on their heuristic evaluation and incorporated them in the program.

A Study on The Evaluation for Quality Factors of SNS and SNS Media by Using AHP (AHP 기법을 적용한 SNS 품질요인 및 SNS 매체 평가에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays, SNS media has become one of the most common and economic communication methods in the modern word. With the rapid development of communication technology, a variety of SNS media makes easier for us to reach other people everywhere and people are getting more and more reliant on them. The surge in SNS media users and SNS media diversity gets more important every day, but academic research on SNS media evaluation program is scanty. In order to present an evaluation program on the SNS media, this study selected some applicable measurement factors based on reference research, and then evaluate major SNS medias by using AHP analysis method. With these purposes, Kakaotalk, Twitter and Facebook, are the three major SNS medias that were chosen for the analysis. Through collections and analysis of usability evaluation factors about SNS quality from related literature, some factors were concluded: system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality, to build an AHP frame. And to achieve these purposes, this study applied comprehend mutual questionnaire survey for experts and users to gather research date. Empirical studies about the results were performed using AHP method with Microsoft Office Excel 2010. In this study, the final SNS media evaluation result is that Kakaotalk ranks first of the three SNS media, Facebook is in the second place, and Twitter as least. When SNS media are evaluated, system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality should be considered. Among all factors, service quality is the most important.

  • Recently, software quality evaluation based on ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598 has been widely accepted in various areas. However, these standards for software quality do not provide practical guidelines to apply the quality model and the evaluation process of software product=5. And the qualify management in most software projects has been conducted by managing defects without applying the standards for software qualify. Thus, we present a quantitative quality evaluation approach of artifacts in the Component Based Development (CBD). Particularly, our evaluation approach allows most of the standard evaluation process and adopts a quantitative quality model which uses the weights of quality characteristics obtained through carefully selected questionnaires for stakeholder and Analytic Hierarchical Process(AHP). Moreover, we have also examined the proposed evaluation approach with applying the checklists for the artifacts of the CBD to a small-scale software project. As a result, we believe that the proposed approach will be helpful for acquiring the high quality software.
