We try to study the plan to deliver the message of the hope and common peoples are diligent and we can buy the real estate in work if we make efforts hard that relieve an real estate price and analyze a timex situation. If prepared the countermeasure in the government with many real estate policy with due to a short though countermeasure which is seen at one's face. The error to the people of the policy which does not do the staring gaze to tie. This paper to pursue the stability of an real estate price and analyze the price according to an real estate policy and lead an real estate policy for a residing stability of the common people. There are we even though we grope the method to actualize and protect a lease security according to a house lease law of protection.

In this paper, we propose in this paper present a novel locality data allocation policy as COLD(Correlated Locality Data) allocation policy. COLD is defined as a set of data that will be updated together later. By distributing a COLD into a NAND block separately, it can preserve th locality. In addition, by handling multiple COLD simultaneously, it can obtain the parallelism among NAND chips. We perform two experiment to demonstrate the effectiveness of the COLD data allocation policy. First, we implement COLD detector, and then, analyze a well-known workload. And we confirm the amount of COLD found depending on the size of data constituting the COLD. Secondly, we compared the traditional page-level mapping policy and COLD for garbage collection overhead in actual development board Cosmos OpenSSD. Experimental results have shown that COLD data allocation policy is significantly reduces the garbage collection overhead. Also, we confirmed that garbage collection overhead vary depending on the COLD size.

국립디지털도서관(NDL)의 정보서비스 정책이 개발되기 위해서는 문헌연구 및 해외 디지털도서관 정보서비스 사례 분석, 관련 분야 전문가를 통한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 도서관 이용자 및 사서를 대상으로 하는 설문조사 등 다각적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 국립디지털도서관 정보서비스 정책 개발 방법 중의 하나로서 NDL 건립과 운영에 관한 도서관 이용자 및 사서들의 인식과 기대사항을 다양한 측면에서 조사하였다.

국내 현행법상 개인정보 국외이전은 정보통신망법과 개인정보보호법에서 정보주체의 동의하에 국외이전을 허용하여 왔다. 하지만 최근 IT기술의 발달과 더불어 다국적 기업들의 국내 진출, 클라우드 활성화, FTA 협정 등을 통해 국가간 개인정보이전이 증가하는 가운데 현행 규제는 개인정보 국외이전에 뚜렷한 방향성을 제시하지 못한다. 개인정보의 국외 이전 활성화는 국제협력 강화와 개인정보의 유통을 기반으로 하는 금융, 인터넷, 전자상거래 등 다양한 산업의 발전에 기여하는 바가 크며, 변화하는 정보통신기술 환경에 필수적인 요건이다. 따라서 개인정보의 보호의 원칙을 고수하며 개인정보의 해외 이전에 유연하게 대처하기 위해서는 새로운 개인정보이전 체계 마련에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 현행 개인정보 국외이전 법규의 한계와 새로운 제도의 필요성을 검토하고, 유럽의 개인정보 국외이전 사례 분석을 통해 정책 대안을 제시한다.

지식기반 경제에서 가치 생산의 중추는 지식과 정보이다. 이에 따라 국내에는 공적 지식정보 지원 정책이 잘 마련되어 있으나, 이에 대한 평가는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 방송 영상 분야에 종사하는 현업인을 대상으로 지식정보 서비스 이용 및 만족도를 분석하고, 제도적 개선점을 모색해 보았다. 분석 결과, 현업인들의 공적 지식정보 지원 서비스의 이용은 높지 않았으며, 만족도 역시 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 정보 신뢰도는 높은 반면, 시의성이나 유용성에 대한 평가는 부정적이었다. 그러나 응답자들이 개별 노력을 통해 지식정보를 수집, 분석하고 있는 점에 근거할 때, 지식정보 수요는 높은 것으로 분석된다. 완성된 형태의 지식정보를 제공하기 보다는 이차적 가공이 가능한 원형의 지식정보 제공이나, 지식정보 획득 수단의 제공, 시장친화적 지식정보의 제공 등을 통해 공적 지식정보 지원 서비스의 효용을 높일 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.

최근 정보보안사고의 가장 큰 문제 중 하나가 조직 내 내부인임에도 불구하고 아직까지 보안사고의 원인을 기술적 문제에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도덕적 해방이론을 기반으로 조직 내부인의 보안정책 이탈의도가 무엇인지 탐색해보고자 한다. 정보보안 분야에서 조직내부인의 보안정책 이탈을 설명하기 위해 사용되는 일반화된 이론은 전무하다. 따라서 본 도덕적 이탈 이론을 기반으로 정보보안을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 보안정책인지와 인지된 처벌은 도덕적 이탈에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보보안에 대한 부정적 정서는 도덕적 해방에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 도덕적 해방은 보안정책 위반 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Cybersecurity has emerged as a serious problem in Korea and there have been relevant movements to improve domestic cybersecurity policy and system. However, discussions have yet to result in actual progress and the legislation for improvement of cybersecurity policy and system have been stagnant until now. As evidenced by the introduction of primary government legislation bill for national cybersecurity in 2017, the preparations for improvements to the policy and system are still in progress. However, we cannot be positive about the possibility of implementing these improvements during the process. Recognition of the importance of cybersecutiry has gradually risen and is more prevalent than in years past, however, in-depth discussions are not being made. In principle, misunderstandings about cybersecurity itself and insufficient understandings of the relevant legislation seem to cause such problems. Therefore, it is necessary to review key issues related to the improvement of cybersecurity policy and system and reconsider tasks for the future. Such issues include the relationship between cybersecurity and fundamental rights, establishing responsibility and capability of each of entities for cybersecurity, and the role of the military in cybersecurity. This type of in-depth discussion will be helpful for finding ways to improve upon cybersecurity policy and system. Moreover, this study aims to key issues with questionnaire survey and political and normative inquiry.

이 연구는 $\ulcorner$도서관법$\lrcorner$ 개정에 따른 정책 환경의 변화를 공공도서관의 현주소와 연계 분석한 다음에 공통의 현안과 과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 도서관발전종합계획의 수정 보완, 도서관 행정체계의 정비, 지방 도서관 정보정책시스템의 제도화, 직무분석과 사서직제의 개선, 인프라 확충과 각종 기준의 개정, 경영평가 및 통계시스템의 표준화, 도서관 유관기관과의 연계성 강화를 정책적 과제로 설정하고 추진방향과 개선안을 제시하였다.

Organizations rely on Secure ID resources today to handle vast amounts of information. Because the data can vary widely in type and in degree of sensitivity, employees need to be able to exercise flexibility in handling and protecting it. It would not be practical or cost-effective to require that all data be handled in the same manner or be subject to the same protection requirements. Without some degree of standardization, however inconsistencies can develop at introduce risks. Policy formulation is an important step toward standardization of security activities for ID resources. ID security policy is generally formulated from the input of many members of an organization, including security officials, line managers, and ID resource specialists. However, policy is ultimately approved and issued by the organization's senior management. In environments where employees feel inundated with policies, directives, guidelines and procedures, an ID security policy should be introduced in a manner that ensures that management's unqualified support is clear. The organization's policy is management's vehicle for emphasizing the commitment to ID security and making clear the expectations for employee involvement and accountability. This paper will discuss ID security Policy in terms of the different types (program-level and issue-specific), components, and Implementation of Expert System Simulation based on 4GL, PowerBuilder.

It is necessary for retailers to determine the optimal ordering policy of products considering supply disruptions due to a natural disaster and a production process failure as quality and machine breakdowns. Under the situation, a dualsourcing supply chain (DSSC) is one of effective SC for retailers to order products reliably. This paper proposes the optimal ordering policy of a product in a DSSC with a retailer and two manufacturers. Two manufacturers may face supply disruptions due to a natural disater and a production process failure after they received the retailer's order of products. Here, two scenarios of demand information of products are assumed: (i) the demand distribution is known (ii) mean and variance of the demand are known. Under above situations, two types of DSSC are discussed. Under a decentralized DSSC (DSC), a retailer determines the optimal ordering policy to maximize his/her total expected profit. Under the integrated DSSC (ISC), the optimal ordering policy is determined to maximize the whole system's total expected profit. Numerical analysis investigates how demand information and supply disruptions affect the optimal decisions under DSC and ISC. Besides, profitability of supply chain coordination adjusting the wholesale price is evaluated to encourage the optimal decision under ISC.
