  • The purpose of this study was to research the brain development program of childrens. Information gained from this study may be useful to school teachers who seek educational psychologist who are willing to guide students with potential minds. This study aimed to answer the research question as follows; What educational brain development program and strategegies did the children thinking as having influenced their potential minds. What educational brain development program and strategegies did the teachers thinking as having influenced their potential minds. To investigate the elementary students in kang seo gu bang hwa dong were selected. And the writing mind maps were examined for reports of mind maps. Some of the more salient findings are presented: Most of the elementary school 30 students came from very well mind maps where mind potential mind toward thinking. this study of the elementary school teacher came form well mind maps where mind potential mind toward thinking. The mind maps seemed to have been influenced positively in children brain development. Educational condition and events such as recommendation from mind maps had more effect on thinking than learning experiences had.

  • Because antique Korean Peninsula maps have many historical signification, we can estimate historical evidences by analyzing them. However, it is very difficult to compare antique maps with modern maps because the antique maps were made by arranging local regions. To resolve this difficulty, we transform antique maps by rotating, scaling and translating to compare with a reference map. Each antique map is rotated in the difference of principal axis angles of the target and the reference maps, and its width and height are scaled asymmetrically using width and height ratios of bounding boxes. Finally, the two regions are overlaid by adjusting their centroids, and then the antique map is evaluated by two similarity equations. Experimental results show that the similarities of region ratio and different angle are properly computed according to era. Therefore, the proposed method can be widely used to analyze the antique Korean Peninsula maps.

  • Old maps of Dokdo are records with the physical specificities of a map while also holding historical meanings and evidencial values as ancient writings. Therefore more detail and meaningful descriptions are needed than other general records. However, in comparison to the high interest in these maps, there is a lack of systematic and integrative descriptions. Hence, this study aimed to propose the description elements of the old maps of Dokdo holding evidential values. For this purpose, first, literature reviews and the characteristics of the old maps of Dokdo were analyzed. Next, for determining description elements using institutions that possess old maps of Dokdo, case studies were conducted in 12 domestic and foreign institutions and compared the rules of ISAD(G). The final description elements were suggested by reflecting on the evaluation of five experts in old maps. Fifty description elements in a total of 8 areas - identity areas, context areas, content and structure areas, conditions of access and use areas, allied materials areas, note areas, description control areas, and other areas were proposed.

  • There were a lot of attempts in the army to use various domestic thematic maps, but attribute data types of military topographic analysis maps use the FACC of DIGEST, so there is a limit in employing domestic thematic maps with different types of attribute codes. Therefore, this study analyzed the FACC as a data attribute based on the MIL-PRF-89040 of the US Army. Then, VITD was created by changing the attribute codes of domestic thematic maps produced in Korea to fit the FACC. Lastly, it was applied to the analysis of cross-country movement for maneuver defined in FM 5-33 in order to verify if it is applicable in practice. As a result, it was found that the suggested method was helpful in securing the cross-country movement for maneuver. This means that this method can be used not only in producing military topographic analysis maps using domestic thematic maps but in constructing emergency transport routes roads to transport by-products of forest in future.

  • The Government confirmed the action planning of digital mapping project for major thematic maps based on‘Revised Plan for The Development of the National Geographic Information System’(NGIS). Mapping for major thematic maps will selectively have produced the essential digital thematic maps according to the frequency of usage by the year of 2000. The models of topographic-cadastral maps around Suwon were produced in accordance with the presented draft. We presented specification for production of the most appropriate topographic-cadastral maps through the analysis of the process of production, discussion and error check, and correction of the produced topographic-cadastral maps. And we could make it easier to develop digital mapping project of topographic-cadastral maps effectively by presenting the strategy for data input and maintenance, the cost model for carrying out the digital thematic map production, digital topographic maps, and the supplement of data model and data format.

  • Building and researching high definition maps that support autonomous vehicles, one of Korea's key challenges for the future, are being actively propelled in both private and government sectors with the goal of fast commercialization. Under this perspective, update methods that secure up-to-date information are emerging as key tasks. To provide a plan for establishing efficient renewal systems for high definition maps, we analyzed the present condition of road types, causes of road changes and its annual change rates, and examined where and how such road change information is managed. Furthermore, the method of collection and detection of road change information and the renewal system of high definition maps are defined based on the current study. At the end of the paper, a step-by-step renewal system is proposed through the examination of renewal cycles, contents, and region of high definition maps.

  • This paper presents a new saliency map which is constructed by providing dynamic weights on individual features in an input image to search ROI(Region Of Interest) or FOA(Focus Of Attention). To construct a saliency map on there is no a priori information, three feature-maps are constructed first which emphasize orientation, color, and intensity of individual pixels, respectively. From feature-maps, conspicuity maps are generated by using the It's algorithm and their information quantities are measured in terms of entropy. Final saliency map is constructed by summing the conspicuity maps weighted with their individual entropies. The prominency of the proposed algorithm has been proved by showing that the ROIs detected by the proposed algorithm in ten different images are similar with those selected by one-hundred person's naked eyes.

  • Over the years, more password-based authentication key agreement schemes using chaotic maps were susceptible to attack by off-line password guess attack. This work approaches this problem by a new method--new theorem of chaotic maps: $T_{a+b}(X)+T_{a-b}(X)=2T_a(X)T_b(X)$,(a>b). In fact, this method can be used to design two-party, three-party, even in N-party intelligently. For the sake of brevity and readability, only a two-party instance: a novel Two-party Password-Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol is proposed for resisting password guess attack in this work. Compared with the related literatures recently, our proposed scheme can be not only own high efficiency and unique functionality, but is also robust to various attacks and achieves perfect forward secrecy. For capturing improved ratio of security and efficiency intuitively, the paper firstly proposes a new parameter called security/efficiency ratio(S/E Ratio). The higher the value of the S/E Ratio, the better it is. Finally, we give the security proof and the efficiency analysis of our proposed scheme.

  • To day, the number of small game developer has increased, developers who lacked financial resources have difficulty in creating various and quality maps. However, if applied in game that randomly generated maps, development time and human costs will be significantly reduce. In this paper, we describe a method for generating 3D maps with smooth noise maps, can be used in games.
