The rise in popularity of cloud services has brought about a heightened concern for security in the field of cloud computing. As a response, governments have implemented CSAP(Cloud Security Assurance Program) to ensure the security of these services. However, despite such measures, the emergence of various security vulnerabilities persists, resulting in incidents related to cloud security breaches. To address this, the utilization of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) has been proposed as a means to facilitate the sharing of vulnerability information across different domains. Nevertheless, the unique characteristics of cloud services present challenges in assigning CVE IDs to the diverse range of vulnerabilities within the cloud environment. In this study, we analyzed how CVE can be effectively employed to enhance cloud security. The assignment of a CVE ID is contingent upon the fulfillment of three rules in the Counting Decision and five rules in the Inclusion Decision. Notably, the third rule in the Inclusion Decision, INC3, clashes with the nature of cloud services, resulting in obstacles in assigning CVE IDs to various cloud vulnerabilities. To tackle this issue, we suggest the appointment of designated individuals who would be responsible for overseeing specific areas of cloud services, thereby enabling the issuance of CVE IDs. This proposed approach aims to overcome the challenges associated with the unique characteristics of cloud services and ensure the seamless sharing of vulnerability information. Information sharing regarding vulnerabilities is crucial in the field of security, and by incorporating cloud vulnerabilities into the CVE system, this method can contribute to enhancing the security of cloud services.

Although existing studies on e-health have usually focused on e-health services adoption intention, there is a dearth of studies on the barriers that affect e-health services retention intention especially in India. Additionally, although studies have mostly focused on utilizing expectation-confirmation model to understand innovation related barriers, innovation resistance theory (IRT) has been overlooked. As Indian e-health service providers face stiff challenges due to customer's unwillingness to continue using the service, there is a need to bridge the research gap that exists in this context. This mixed-method study, based on responses received from 289 participants and 1154 online negative reviews from e-Health providers in India, examines the barriers from the IRT stance. Results of this study reveal a notable negative association between tradition, value and financial barrier and intention to continue using e-health services. Additionally, continuance intention affects recommendation. The study concludes with various implications and scope for future research.

As Information Technology has developed, digital library has an opportunity to change the paradigm of role of library to adjust in digital environment. Digital library has promote information services with digitization of materials. In library fare use is allowed to the public for information services. However, digital copy and transmission is simple in digital environment, to balance between owner and user is not easy but important things. Therefor, current copyright act is revised to adjust these environment but the act restrict the users'accessing digital library through interned, not complied with the motive of revision. Moreover, proposed act which is proposed to facilitate digital library services also extremely limits information services. In this monograph, I will review the copyright act related library and seek for the improved means.

When physical distribution cost can be correctly measured, its management can also be efficient. Thus the primary objective of the study is to develop systems for measuring correctly physical distribution cost. The systems have two aspects : the One is the consumption of the resourses(materials, labor service, the other services), the other is the creation of physical distribution services(transportation, storage, cargo, packing, distribution conversion, management). By measuring the cost through the systems, the commoditization of the physical distribution services is possible and measurement of the cost and revenue can also be reasonable ,which makes its management efficient.

The purpose of this study is to seek new u-business services in restaurant management. Using the concept of business model methodology in family restaurant management domain, this study identifies customers' needs in services at the stage of management of purchase of materials, the production management, and the sales management. In addition, this study suggests two killer applications of a family restaurant management linking with the latest ubiquitous computing technologies: the service of the customer-oriented menu recommendation and the service of the inventory-oriented menu recommendation. These findings may offer practical insights in the context of ubiquitous service model of restaurant management.

Today's information services in most archival institutions implement the same administrative procedures for general users and academic researchers, leading to issues hindering the latter's research activities. As such, this study presents a direction for the effective provision of information services by investigating and analyzing information sources mainly used by academic researchers, who are one of the major user groups; researchers' use behaviors in archival institutions; and experiences and perceptions on the such institutions' information services. In particular, surveys and interviews were conducted, and 75 questionnaire responses and 8 interview results were analyzed. The results of the analysis were summarized into the researcher's background information, information sources used, behaviors in using archival institutions' services, information service utilization, improvement requirements, and desired services. Through the results' implications, plans for the provision of information services by archival institutions were proposed based on the researchers' needs and preferences.

This paper proposes a resource management and allocation algorithm to guarantee QoS continuity of realtime multimedia services and to maximize the resource utilization in heterogeneous wireless networks simultaneously. This scheme reserves the appropriate resources to be used by real-time multimedia services and allocates those resources left unused due to decreased transmission rate of realtime services to non-realtime services. Those resources can be preempted by the need of realtime services later. Performances are analyzed by simulation.

To support business services interoperation, the BSD (Business Service Document), which is an extension of the Web Service Description Language (WSDL) the web service specification of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was designed. The WSDL presents comprehensive standards for the interoperability of software components and W3C delegates extensions of WSDL to the users for their own purposes and objectives. In this article, BSD Creator, which can generate well-formed and valid BSDs, was designed and implemented. Also, the BSD Operation Pilot System where service providers can publish BSD specification documents and service users can search for services, was implemented and presented. BSD Creator and the BSD Operation Pilot System, which are the outcomes of this study, were assessed for their quality and usefulness using ISO/IEC 9126. The outcomes of this paper will be the basis on which industry groups can construct a Business Services Interoperation System, and are expected to contribute to the revitalization of business service interoperation.

This study analyzed an operational concept for the D Information Resource Management Information System (DIRMIS) to manage any IT resources effectively in defense area. We first deduced the concept of the information resource management (IRM) for defense area from the literature review, and we suggested a guideline, which has used in defense area, of the documentation for the operational concept description (OCD). Moreover, we developed the operational concept for the DIRMIS following the guideline. Especially, this study is a practical approach for suggesting of a case, and the share of accumulated cases will contribute to advance in System Integration (SI) industry as well as academic research.

This study examines and compares public library services for immigrants in the U.S. in the early 1900s and nowadays. U.S. public libraries in the early 1900s supported the Americanizing movement by opening English language classes and providing information that is essential for U.S. citizenship. Public librarians also recognized the importance of foreign language materials; by providing foreign language materials and developing diverse services to reach immigrants, public libraries eventually hastened assimilation processes. Despite a gap of one hundred years, the situation today is not very different. Public libraries still try hard to serve their ethnic patrons with extensive foreignlanguage collections and culturally diverse library programs, while still emphasizing English language education.
