코비드-19는 사무실 등 특정 공간 내에 사람들의 모임을 최소화할 것을 요구하고 있다. 조직들은 네트워크를 지원하는 온라인 플랫폼 기술을 활용하여, 조직원 간의 정보공유 활동을 장려하고 있다. 최근, 메타버스 플랫폼이 보유한 공간, 경험 등의 실재감 요소가 교환 행동에 도움이 될 수 있다는 관점이 제시되면서, 조직들은 메타버스를 활용한 업무 지원 수준을 높이고 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스 실재감이 조직원의 내적 동기 형성을 통해 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향과 개인의 디지털 기술 역량의 차이에 의해 지식공유 의도 차이가 존재할 수 있음을 확인하고자 한다. 연구는 가상 현실 등 선행연구를 통해 연구가설을 제시하였으며, 서베이를 통해 확보한 309개 표본을 활용하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 결과는 메타버스의 사회적, 원격, 자기 실재감이 조직 관련 내적 동기(조직 동일시, 가치 일치)를 높여 지식공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 디지털 기술 역량이 가치 일치와 지식공유 의도 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 본 연구는 메타버스를 활용하여 업무 생산성을 높이고자 하는 조직에 있어 메타버스 실재감 강화의 중요성과 개인의 디지털 역량 강화 지원의 필요성을 제언한다.

This study examined how the motivational language of instructors in senior fashion model classes affects learners' achievement goal orientation and interpersonal competence, as well as their intention to continue participating. The participants in this study were active seniors aged 50 and above, and the analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM and bootstrapping for mediation effects. It was found that autonomous motivation had a significant impact on task achievement goals and interpersonal competence, but not on ego achievement goals. On the other hand, controlled motivation only had a significant impact on ego achievement goals. Additionally, interpersonal competence had a significant impact on the intention to continue participating, and task achievement goals were found to mediate the relationship between autonomous motivation and interpersonal competence. This study aimed to promote understanding of the importance of instructors' motivational language in senior fashion model education and learners' psychology and to provide information that can help develop a fashion-related leisure activity curriculum. It also suggests efficient instructional directions for instructors in senior education, and it is expected to be utilized in the development of fashion-related leisure activity program curricula in the future.

This study aimed to analyze the class effect of subjects to which Problem-Based Learning is applied to college students majoring in aviation service at university in Chungcheong. And we derive implications for continuously operating Problem-Based Learning classes. For the study, <Service Manners and Practice>, <Theory of Air Reservation Operation & Practice>, and <Introduction to In-flight Food & Beverage> were selected among the courses opened in the first semester of 2022. This study analyzes changes in communication competence, interpersonal skills, self-directed learning skills, higher-order thinking skills, information technology application skills, and problem-solving skills reflecting the core competencies of the universities to which the study students belonged. First, we analyzed the changes in communication competence, interpersonal skills, self-directed learning skills, higher-order thinking skills, information technology application skills, and problem-solving skills before and after classes by reflecting on the core competencies of the universities to which the study students belonged. As a result, all item except for interpersonal skills were improved. In addition, a qualitative analysis was conducted on the degree of learning improvement based on the contents of the reflection journal written during learning precess. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that it is effective for learning abilities such as communication, interpersonal relationships, self-directed learning skills, utilization of information, and problem-solving.

Whereas conveniences deriving from the development of information and telecommunication technology increase, information outflow and illegal data use are also rapidly on the rise. Consequently, many studies to prevent illegal information outflow are currently under way, and the use of Smart Card is in steep jump. Recently, Java Card is diffused fast as an alternative to complement the technical problems of the Smart Card. This paper designed and materialized the system for multi-users authentication and file access control by user through designing a Java Card applet that is used for information protection and in various application fields. For allowing a file access competence, each user's file access competence is processed via drawing up the access condition table in the applet. Therefore, illegal correction, exposure and destruction of information, which become the concerns when multi-users have an access, can be prevented. In addition, its application becomes possible in the system requiring multi-users certifications.

최근 조직의 정보유출사고가 연이어 발생하면서 조직차원에서 정보보안 관리와 정보보안대책 수립이 시급하다. 특히 조직구성원들의 정보보안 관리 강화 방안을 마련하고 조직구성원들의 정보보안 인식의 제고를 위해 노력을 기울여야 한다. 조직의 정보보안이행 정도가 정보보안성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 표본 집단으로 해운 항만조직과 금융 보험 조직의 구성원들을 선정하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 결과요인을 도출하였으며 설문지를 통해 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 해운 항만조직 구성원을 대상으로 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보보안인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보안태도, 정보보안관심도로 확인되었으며, 둘째, 조직의 정보보안정책에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 정보보안규범인 것으로 확인되었다. 반면에 정보보안처벌과 정보보안교육은 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 정보보안인식은 정보보안정책준수, 정보보안능력, 정보보안행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 정보보안정책준수는 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동은 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다.

In this paper, we have looked at through core competences and contents of Informatics curriculum in middle school by expert questionnaire and Focus Group Interview(FGI). Among nine core competences of Informatics subject in curriculum, abstraction and automation were easily found, but creative harmony and cooperation were indirectly confirmed in the statements of teaching and assessment sections of Informatics curriculum in middle school. It was also identified that some core competency elements are redundant or hardly to found in the contents of Informatics curriculum. In addition, various opinions about Informatics curriculum have been put forward over the FGI. The results of this study will be the case that can be consulted on new revised Informatics curriculum to be developed further.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to introduce U-CAAM(University-Competence Assessment & Accreditation Management) system which is designed to effectively manage extracurricular education programs in a university. Extracurricular education is known to be very important to increase core competences of students who have different levels of knowledge and skills as well as career plans. Design/methodology/approach In this study, U-CAAM system which is designed and developed to tackle the problems related to university extracurricular education is introduced. The case will give meaningful insights to those universities which consider to have similar environment. The survey is conducted to show the need to a systematic management environment to effectively manage the problems with operating extracurricular education programs. Findings The survey result shows that universities understand the need to manage extracurricular education programs effectively. Implementation of U-CAAM provides the practical insights related to this issue.

국내 제약 산업은 상위 30대 기업이 전체 생산 매출의 55.1%를 차지하는 불균형적인 구조를 가지고 있으며, 중소업체들은 공급자 과잉의 힘든 상황 속에 처해 있다. 이러한 가운데 중소제약업체를 중심으로 기존 설비를 활용하여 외국 제약회사의 Original 의약품을 복제한 Generic 의약품을 생산하여 납품하는 OEM/ODM 방식의 위탁생산이 증가하고 있다. 또한 글로벌 바이오의약품을 중심으로 CMO(Contract Manufacturing Organization) 생산에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의약품 위 수탁 사업에 있어서 영업사원의 핵심역량인 정보제공, 전문성, 판매기술, 태도 및 관계형성, 업무유연성이 고객 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 CMO업체의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Many organizations have spent huge investments on information systems (IS) but are unable to achieve the maximum benefits expected. The problem of system underutilization of implemented IS is a major factor that causes the lackluster returns on organizational investments in IS. In light of the need for solutions to underutilization, researchers are beginning to explore IS infusion to enhance task performance. IS infusion is the extent to which an individual fully uses the system to enhance his or her task performance. So far, there has yet to be any significant finding or theory to explain the phenomenon. Therefore this study offers a conceptual framework on IS infusion based on the socio-technical system perspective. Particularly, this study investigates the influence of job fit, task competence, technology competence, self-determination with technology and self-determination with task on IS infusion. The analysis following the collection of empirical data found that job fit and self-determination with technology are positively related to IS infusion. This study serves as a basis for future research and suggests important implication to managers and system designers in promoting IS infusion.

정보통신기술의 빠른 변화 속에서 디지털 교육 환경의 구축이 가속화됨에 따라 교육대학교에서의 올바른 정보교육의 방향을 제시하기 위해서는 교육대학교 신입생의 정보교육에 대한 수준을 실질적으로 측정 및 평가할 수 있는 도구가 필요하다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 실생활의 다양한 문제를 해결하는 능력, 창의력, 비판적 사고능력, 분석적 추론능력, 의사소통능력 등의 역량을 구체적인 수준에서 평가할 수 있는 도구가 바로 ICT 리터러시이다. 본 연구에서는 ICT 리터러시 능력을 측정하기 위해서 검사 문항을 기존 연구에서 정의한 개념을 바탕으로 검사도구를 개발하였다. 개발된 검사 도구로 교육대학교 신입생 360명을 대상으로 ICT 리터러시 능력을 측정한 후 교육대학교 신입생의 전체적인 ICT 리터러시 능력 수준과 성별, 내용영역, 능력요소별, 고등학교에서 정보교육을 이수했는지의 여부에 따라 ICT 리터러시 능력에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석한 연구 결과를 토대로 교육대학교에서 신입생의 정보교육의 현재 위치를 확인하고 다가오는 미래사회에 대비하여 필수적으로 지녀야 할 능력을 지니기 위해 교육되어야 할 정보교육 방향의 기초적인 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
