RI-Biomics is a new concept that combines radioisotopes (RI) and Biomics. For efficient collection of information, establishment of database for technical information system and its application to the system, there is an increasing need for constructing the standard classification system of technical information by its systematical classification. In this paper, we have summarized the development process of the standard classification system of technical information in the field of RI-Biomics and its application to the system. Constructing the draft version for the standard classification system of technical information was based on that standard classification one in national science and technology in Korea. The final classification system was then derived through the reconstruction and the feedback process based on the consultation from the 7 experts. These results were applied to the database of technical information system after transforming as standard code. Thus, the standard classification system were composed of 5 large classifications and 20 small classifications, and those classification are expected to establish the foundation of information system by achieving the circular structure of collection-analysis-application of information.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

From th Study on A Study on the Thesaurus of Korean medical information for developing search engine, the conclusion is as follow. Knowledge based information system consists of concepts, facts and relation. The final goal of developing the Knowledge based information system is to select, store and control the knowledge and information of Oriental Medicine. Considering limitation of organizing the knowledge system, it is difficult to realize complete basic system and application method. In order to work, it is necessary to combine experts in each part, for example Domain experts, Information and Knowledge engineer. Through the development of knowledge based information system, we can construct EMR(Electronic Medical Record) system in the near future, and it is possible to make semi-expert system. To make Knowledge based information system, we need to establish standards of information that make the distribution of Knowledge and information easily.

In general, Rough Set theory is used for classification, inference, and decision analysis of incomplete data by using approximation space concepts in information system. Information system can include quantitative attribute values which have interval characteristics, or incomplete data such as multiple or unknown(missing) data. These incomplete data cause tole inconsistency in information system and decrease the classification ability in system using Rough Sets. In this paper, we present various types of incomplete data which may occur in information system and propose INcomplete information Processing System(INiPS) which converts incomplete information system into complete information system in using Rough Sets.

Academic societies in the field of science and technology are major producers of domestic research information. These information are very important sources to researchers, students and so on. KORDIC built an integrated information system which facilitates the progress of building databases and promotes users easy access to databases. In order to build efficient society research information system, we investigated former cases and analyzed requirement of each society. We identified principal information sources and built an integrated information service system using internet homepage and information retrieval system(KRISTAL-II). In the future we will expand participating societies and focus on text-based information.

In the accounting information system implementation, the users should consider the benefits and advantages of the system. This paper examines the effect of the Enterprise Resources Planning based (ERP-based) accounting information system implementation on user impact and organizational impact. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially companies based in Riau, Indonesia. These companies currently use the ERP-based accounting information system. Research samples are employees who use the ERP-based accounting information system. For data analysis, we use structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on data analysis, high-quality information system implementation generate high-quality information that can give satisfaction to the user. Moreover, the information system is related to user skill, satisfaction, and knowledge sharing which improve personal skills; enhanced personal skill contributes to organizational performance. On the other hand, there is no effect of training on personal skills and there is no effect of information quality on perceived usefulness. This research gives implication to the organization for implementing a high-quality ERP-based accounting information system that positively impacts organizational performance. Future research is expected to examine information system implementation in different research objects and conditions.

The paper describes the application areas of the hypertext and the relevance of hypertext principles to the information retrieval system. As to the techniques of the hypertext information retrieval the various navigation method including a guided tour, a history list, a browser, a book-mark, etc. are discussed. The query system is considered as the other technique to be integrated into the hypertext system for the enhancement of the interactive function of the information retrieval. Based on the theoretical background, a conceptual model of hypertext information retrieval system was constructed using GUIDE which was developed by P.J. Brown of Kent University. 16 bibliographic records from LISA of 1991(June) were used for the illustration of the basic operation of the system. Though the study could not reach the implementation level due to the absolute constraints of the time and experimental environments, further efforts will continue to develop a prototype system of a hypertext information retrieval. A few conclusions can be derived from the study : (1) The integration of the hypertext into the information retrieval system can be justified by permitting the end-users to have much stronger and more flexible interaction with the system. (2) The more the degree of the sofistication of the existing information retrieval system is the more the possibility of the development of an effective and user-oriented information retrieval system will be greater by integrating guide as a front end system to the underlying software. (3) The deep knowledge about the functions of information retrieval which can be enhanced by the hypertext could be acquired by the information retrieval specialists.

Recently, as the geographic information system (GIS) which searches, manages geographic information is used more widely, there is more requests for some systems which can search and display more actual and realistic information. As a response to these requests, the video geographic information system which connects video data obtained by using cameras and geographic information as it is by displaying the obtained video data is being more popular. However, because most existing video geographic information systems consider video data as an attribute of geographic information or use simple one-way links from geographic information to video data to connect video data with geographic information, they support only displaying video data through searching geographic information. In this paper, we design and implement a video geographic information system which connects video data with geographic information and supports hi-directional search; searching geographic information through searching video data and searching video data through searching geographic information. To do this, we 1) propose an ER data model to represent connection information related to video data, geographic information, 2) propose a process to extract and to construct connection information from video data and geographic information, 3) show a component based system architecture to organize the video geographic information system.

본 연구는 정부의 원자력 분야 정보 인프라 구축사업의 지원으로 이루어진 연구로서 한국원자력연구소가 국가 원자력 정보센터로서의 기능을 적극 수행하기 위하여 원자력분야 학술정보통합정보관리시스템인 NUCLIS21(Nuclear Information System21)을 구축한 프로젝트이다. 본 시스템은 웹기반의 이용자 중심 단일 인터페이스를 제공하여 국가 원자력 분야 정보기반구축은 물론 기존 정보센터의 정보관리시스템을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 구축된 시스템은 원자력 분야 학술정보 통합정보관리시스템으로서 크게 두 가지로 먼저 경영정보시스템(MIS)과의 연계모듈과 6개의 하위시스템으로 즉, OPAC과 연동되는 통합검색 시스템, My Library 시스템, 정보수집 시스템, 편목 시스템, 정보제공 시스템, 연속간행물 시스템으로 구성된다. 그 특징은 경영정보시스템(MIS)과 연계하여 연구 프로젝트 등 연구관련 정보를 반입하여 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 이용자의 연구 주제별 맞춤정보, 상호작용, 후속 서비스 등이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 구축결과 시스템의 평가는 만족도를 조사하였는데 이용자 만족도는 정보제공의 충실성은 75.7% (200명), 신속성은 62.1% (164명), 편리성은 78.4% (207명)가 대부분 만족한다고 응답하여 전체적인 시스템 만족도는 비교적 높게 나타났다.

An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage. But we have a problem with process of passenger and this paper with the object of finding the solution in case study. This paper focus on information system, especially Intelligent Airport Information System to streamline process of passenger. There are a few of countries adopted this system in process. Therefore, IIAC(Incheon International Airport Corporation) establishing u-Information HUB System. It is unique and differential characteristics to Facilitation and increase passenger's satisfaction. u-Information HUB system unified stakeholder's process of Facilitation in Air Traffic Sides. u-Information HUB system gets the highest state of efficiency to Facilitation.
