  • Adsorption isotherms of hydrogen by step-by-step method are widely used. However, the relations between the equations of state and the accumulated errors produced by step-by-step method and the mechanical errors of pressure or temperature controller were not analyzed. Considering the influence of various errors on the equations of state, we could find out the factors and compare the performance of the equations of state.

  • We use a path analysis to identify influential latent variables on employees' anticipated commitment to a merged bank. Survey samples are taken from Hanvit bank which is a merged form of Hanil and Sangup. Latent variables used in the path analysis are perceptions of organizational support, contact conditions, organizational unity, employee threat and organizational commitment. We find an interesting pre-merger group membership effect as well as merger pattern perceived by employees on the path for the anticipated commitment to the merged bank.

Therefore more and more t-commerce-related industries are also recognizing that t-commerce is a critical business model. It is needed to understand the concept of t-commerce and develop the t-commerce marketing strategy. CEO analyses consumer's behaviors according to the data about buyers and applies the advantage of t-commerce to the communication with customers. This t-commerce system plays an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction and affecting their intention to reuse it. Therefore this paper attempts to identify T-commerce critical success factors and divide between use-intention group and unuse-intention group by taking out a discriminant function by the discriminant analysis. This lays a foundation in developing T-commerce strategy. According to the discriminant function extracted, convenience factor, amusement factor, system quality factor, product perception factor are significant in the sequence of influential degree. However, usefulness factor and speedy connection factor are not significant. In result, the target hitting rate is 77.9% in the first unuse-intention group and it is 95.2% in the second use-intention group. The total discriminant target hitting rate is computed to higher value, 86.55%. The statistic package, SPSS 12.0, is used to survey and analyse data and test the hypothesis. The validity and reliability of variables are verified by both reliability analysis and factor analysis. The discriminant analysis is used to tell the difference between use-intention group and unuse-intention group.

  • The purpose of this study was to make clear the differences of middle and high school students‘ clothing attitude, clothing regulation attitude and influential groups in putting on clothing according to their demographic variables and scholar score. For clothing attitude and clothing regulation attitude, I examined 5 variables of conformity, individuality, modesty, fashion, clothing importance and 2 variables of refusal against regulation from school and parent, The influential groups were divided into ‘significant others’ of teacher, father, mother, other sex friend, same sex friend, and senior and ‘model group’ of teacher, parent, friend and mass media star. My subject was 1050 middle and high school students who are resident in Seoul; sample groups were selected, considered their resident area, gender and the kind of school. As for the analysing method, I adopted SPSS/PC+Program to practice t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan’s Multi-Range Test. The results are as follows: There was difference in clothing attitude according to the sex and school except nonconformity. Conformity and clothing importance were higher for than boys in both middle and high schools, In particular, middle school boys' clothing importance were lowest. Compared with middle and high school boys, middle school girls considered fashion most seriously and modesty least, For both sexes, the lower the scholar score, the worst the modesty, While the lower the scholar score, the higher the fashion, the refusals against clothing regulation from school and parent for boys, but the fashion and the refusals against regulation from school for girls, As for boy, the lower his father’s educational career was, the higher the clothing importance was, and the lower his mother‘s educational career, the fiercer he refused against clothing regulation from school. As for the influence on significant other/model groups when wearing clothing, girls were more influenced than boys.

  • This study is to find out the correlation among the predisposing, enabling, and need factors in Anderson Behavioral Model using the data from Korea Medical Panel Survey conducted in the early part (April 1 - October 31) of 2008. The findings are as follows. It was found that the utilization rate of western medical service was far higher. the influential factor to choose western or oriental medical service taking western medical institutions as the reference group, the influential factor to choose oriental medical institution has significantly increased when the patient who have covered by medical insurance has one accompanied disease and their age was between 45 - 74, compared to the people less than 45 years old. It also increased when the age of the patient was between 45-54 years old, and in the event those who are not covered by medical insurance have accompanied disease and that the disease mobility period is 2-4 years. reviewing the several characteristics of the utilization of western and oriental medical services by the patient with musculoskeletal system disorders, the number of accompanied disease is an influential factor for the utilization of oriental medical services. And, disease mobility period is a significant factor for the utilization of both western and oriental medical services together, though it is not identified in this study. Therefore, it is expected that mutual cooperation between western and oriental medical services is more required for the patient with musculoskeletal system disorders as the aging society rapidly develops. In order to foster oriental medicine, it is required to specialize in competitive disease such as musculoskeletal system disorders.

To identify influential factors for satisfaction of military food services, we considered various factors: tasty, nutrition, quantity, hygienic conditions, environment, ambient factors, waiting time, presence of desert, menu, and kindness of a cook. Satisfaction analysis shows that main significant factors are tasty and quantity of the food. Thus, tasty and quantity of the food are need to be consistently monitored and improved to increase the satisfaction of military food services.
