  • In this paper, the integral operator is used. We give a new Hilbert-type integral inequality, whose kernel is the homogeneous form with degree - $\lambda$ and with three pairs of conjugate exponents and the best constant factor and its reverse form are also derived. It is shown that the results of this paper represent an extension as well as some improvements of the earlier results.

  • By introducing some parameters and using the way of weight function and the technic of real analysis and complex analysis, a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with a best constant factor and a combination kernel involving two mean values is given, which is an extension of Hilbert's integral inequality. As applications, the equivalent form and the reverse forms are considered.

  • In this paper, by introducing parameters ${\lambda}$, ${\alpha}$and two pairs of conjugate exponents (p, q), (r, s) and applying the improved Euler-Maclaurin's summation formula, we establish a reverse of the slightly sharper Hilbert-type inequality. As applications, the strengthened version and the equivalent form are given.

  • Recently, Carlsson, Full\acute{e}$r and Majlender [1] presented the concept of possibilitic correlation representing an average degree of interaction between marginal distribution of a joint possibility distribution as compared to their respective dispersions. They also formulated the weak and strong forms of the possibilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. In this paper, we define a new probability measure. Then the weak and strong forms of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality are immediate consequence of probabilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality with respect to the new probability measure.

  • In this paper, the author defines a new generalized ${\eta}$, ${\delta}$, ${\alpha}$)-pseudomonotone mapping and considers the equivalence of Stampacchia-type vector variational-like inequality problems and Minty-type vector variational-like inequality problems for generalized (${\eta}$, ${\delta}$, ${\alpha}$)-pseudomonotone mappings in Banach spaces, called the generalized vector Minty's lemma.

  • Income inequality in Korea has increased after the economic crisis, and the main reason for the widening of income distribution is due to the increase of the unemployed when analyzed using the Urban Household Report(UHR). However, income inequality has not decreased although the rate of unemployment decreased after 2000. Further data bases for income-related statistics are necessary to examine the exact causes of changing income inequality as a whole since the UHR covers only statistics on urban employees' wage and salary in Korea.

  • In this paper we study some nonlinear Pachpatte type integral inequalities on time scales by using a Bihari type inequality. Our results unify some continuous inequalities and their corresponding discrete analogues, and extend these inequalities to dynamic inequalities on time scales. Furthermore, we give some examples concerning our results.

  • A logarithmic composition inequality in Besov spaces is derived which generalizes Vishik's inequality: ${\parallel}f{\circ}g{\parallel}_{B^s_{p,1}}{\leq}(1+{\log}({\parallel}{\nabla}g{\parallel}_{L^{\infty}}{\parallel}{\nabla}g^{-1}{\parallel}_{L^{\infty}})){\parallel}f{\parallel}_{B^s_{p,1}}$, where $g$ is a volume-preserving diffeomorphism on ${\mathbb{R}}^n$.

  • A new counterpart of Bessel's inequality for orthonormal families in real or complex 2-inner product spaces is obtained. Applications for some Gr$\"{u}$ss inequality for determinantal integral inequalities are also provided.
