다층 유전체위의 다중 결합선로에 대한 유한차분법(FDTD)을 이용한 해석

  • A general characterization procedure based on the extraction of a 2n-port admittance matrix corresponding to n uniform coupled lines on the multi-layered substrate using the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) technique is presented. The frequency-dependent normal mode parameters are obtained from the 2n-port admittance matrix, which in turn provides the frequency-dependent distributed inductance and capacitance matrices. To illustrate the technique, several practical coupled line structures on multi-layered substrate, including a three-line structure, have been simulated. It is shown that the FDTD based time domain characterization procedure is an excellent broadband simulation tool for the design of multiconductor coupled lines on multilayered PCBs as well as thick or thin hybrid structures.

Simulation Tool of Rectangular Deflection Yoke for CRT

  • We have developed the three-dimensional simulation tool for the design of deflection yoke. This tool consists of a modeler, a solver and a post-processor. The modeler easily makes models of Deflection Yoke (DY) and ferrite core (Circle, RAC and RTC) by the parameters and supports several element types (line, surface and quadrilateral). The solver calculates charge density and magnetic field of DY by boundary element method (BEM). We can simply evaluate misconvergence, distortion and inductance of DY in the post-processor, so we apply this simulation tool to 32" rectangular deflection yoke. We can conveniently implement the efficient development of DY in the future.

  • RF에서 동작하는 초미세 공정 MOS 트랜지스터의 기판 효과에 따른 기판회로망과 물리적 의미를 가지는 파라미터 추출법이 고려되었다. 제안된 기판 회로망에는 단일의 저항과 링 -형태의 기판 콘택에 의해 생성된 인덕터가 포함되었다 모델 파라미터는 최적화 과정없이 단절된 게이트와 공통-벌크 구성 을 갖는 MOS 트랜지스터에서 측정 된 S-파라미터로부터 추출된다. 제안된 기술은 다양한 크기 의 MOS 트랜지스터에 적용되어 졌다. 추출된 기 판 회 로망을 이 용한 가상실험 결과와 측정치는 약 30GHz까지 일치함을 검증하였다.

소형 도체면 구조 개루우프 안테나의 임피던스 특성 (Impedance Characteristics of Small Type Conductor Surface Open-loop Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서는 수분센서용으로 적합한 구조의 안테나로 소형 도체면 구조의 개루우프 안테나를 모델로 제시하고, 그 동작특성을 모멘트법을 이용하여 수치해석하였다. 수치해석 결과 동작주파수 $300{\sim}500[MHz]$ 대역에서 안테나의 파라미터 값들의 변화에 따라 입력임피던스는 $50[{\Omega}]$으로 정합시킬 수 있었으며, 또한 개루우프 반경, 높이, 폭은 안테나의 공진주파수를 변화시키는 파라미터로 작용하였으며, 부하로 사용되는 인덕턴스 값은 안테나의 입력임피던스를 조절할 수 있는 파라미터로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents an electromagnetic analysis of a tubular linear machine with axially magnetized permanent magnets using improved analytical techniques. Based on the magnetic vector potential and a two-dimensional polar-coordinate system, the magnetic field and armature reaction field can be derived. Using these, equivalent circuit parameters, such as the electromotive force and inductance, can be obtained analytically. Finally, the generating characteristics are derived with the equivalent circuit method. In this study, the finite element method was employed to provide a comparative evaluation, and experiments were conducted to validate the results of the analytical analysis.

  • 유도전동기의 고성능 속도 제어를 위해서는 전동기 정수의 정확한 측정이 필요하다. 특히 전동기의 토크 제어를 위해 사용되는 벡터 제어의 경우 회전자 저항과 인덕턴스의 항으로 주어지는 시정수는 제어기의 성능에 큰 영향을 준다. 또한 고정자 저항과 누설 인덕턴스는 전류제어기와 속도 제어기의 이득을 구하고 설계하는 중요한 변수가 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 정수 측정 방법을 수정 보완한 새로운 유도 전동기 정수 측정방법을 제시한다.

  • Analytical compact form models for the signal transients and crosstalk noise of inductive-effect-prominent multi-coupled RLC lines are developed. Capacitive and inductive coupling effects are investigated and formulated in terms of the equivalent transmission line model and transmission line parameters for fundamental modes. The signal transients and crosstalk noise expressions of two coupled lines are derived by using a waveform approximation technique. It is shown that the models have excellent agreement with SPICE simulation.

Comparative Study of Current Limiting Characteristics for Hybrid Type and Flux-Lock Type SFCLs

  • In this paper, we compared the current limiting characteristics of both the hybrid type and the flux-lock type superconducting fault current limiters(SFCLs), which have a magnetic coupling structure between a primary winding and several secondary windings. The limiting impedances of two SFCLs were derived from each equivalent circuit considering the design parameters of SFCL such as the self-inductance of secondary winding and the resistance of $high-T_C$ superconducting(HTSC) element. Through the comparison for the limiting impedances of two SFCLs considering the dependence of the HTSC element's resistance on the applying voltage into the SFCL, the hybrid type SFCL was confirmed to have larger limiting impedance with smaller resistance of HTSC element than the flux-lock type SFCL. It was expected from the analysis that the hybrid type SFCL was more advantageous than the flux-lock type SFCL from the viewpoint of the fault current limiting level.

  • Since Interior Permanent Magnet syncronous Motor has a structure whose magnet is inserted in the rotor, d, q inductance is differ and the motor products hybrid torque combined allignment term and reluctance term. Air gap flux density and d, q axis inductances of the Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor obtained by analytical method are compensated using Finite Element Method. For optimal design, the efficiency of the motor is taken as the objective function, and Genetic Algorithm finds the value of design parameters which maximize the objective function.

  • We propose a nonlinear feedback controller that can control the induction motors with high dynamic performance by means of decoupling of motor speed and rotor flux. The nonlinear feedback controller needs the information on some motor parameters. Among them, rotor resistance varies greatly with machine temperature. A new recursive adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance which can be applied to our nonlinear feedback controller is also presented in this paper. The recursive adaptation algorithm makes the estimated value of rotor resistance track its real value. Some simulation results show that the adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance is robust against the variation of stator resistance and mutual inductance. In addition, it is computationally simple and has small estimation errors. To demonstrate the practical significance of our results, we present some experimental results.
