In this paper, we propose development of new products including the proposed process of at the customer's requirements. The success of new product development depends on customer satisfaction in the marketplace. Existing product development process, including the customer's interest was weak. In this paper, we propose development of new products which include Kano's attractive quality factor method and Timko's customer satisfaction index method. Also we verified new medical treatment of incontinence-nency which is applied to the proposed process.

Since Research and Development has been expanded by government, It is very important to evaluate the outcome of Research and Development. Government have levied the penalty of researchers who misused research funding as time goes on. However, there is no protect law for the research before 2021. Government put new committee for the researchers to judge whether their action is legal or illegal based of Innovation Act 2021. Due to the various outcome index of research and development, many firms which is paticipating the research and development have been confused the outcome index. Also, It is difficult for government agencies for management to evaluate the outcome. Even if the committee is trying to solve dispute between researchers and the government agencies, it is not enough to solve it. Therefore, we need to consider Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR), because the ADR has been developved detail skills for long time.

Development of index for evaluation of environmental nature and its application for the purpose of construction of industrial complex with environmentally friendly. Industrial complex comes to be recognized as a disgusting zone according to the increasing environment consciousness of residents. And the objection about the exploitation of geographically unwanted land site is increased during development process and it is possible to cause Nimby phenomenon. Therefore, ecology and environment-oriented strategies tends to be adopted for industrial complex development. Furthermore, the maximization of profit mainly directed by enterprises as of today cannot guarantee its future and the efforts of adopting environmental constancy and harmony as a new objective are made progressively. For the development of city and region, in particular such as residence complex, farming and special city, the discussion of environmental consistency, new paradigm with environmentally friendly is briskly under progress, but the relevant discussion for the development of industrial estate is not done so much. Just only few studies are realized from the viewpoint of industrial ecology but its level remains in the understanding of the concepts and presentation of development direction. This study is to prepare for the foundation of the construction of industrial estate with environmentally friendly under the current condition of Korea against coming future environment era and to try to develop of evaluation range and index which are the basis of evaluation of environment. I applied the above evaluation index to the residents of actual industrial estate to understand their consciousness of decreased environment. And I obtained 7 evaluation ranges and 37 evaluation indexes for the relevant residents. Among them, I get the value less than the average in 19 index items. And they represent very sensible reaction about environment pollution including decrease of waste materials. This study has several limits but is meaningful in that the development of evaluation index for environmental nature in industrial complex is done, and that the basic discussion of the plan and design for environmentally friendly industrial estate is made under the above evaluation and that 37 evaluation items are applied to the reality.

This paper proposes the compliance collaboration index(CCI) which can be useful to measure the level of supply chain's compliance collaboration quantitatively. It can be shown that the proposed index is quite flexible when applied in real situations at the request of the index user. For instance, even if only one company of many companies in trade supply chain to be tested through the AEO certification test is not satisfied the required specification. the index is designed in such a way that the score can't be higher than a certain predetermined value. The proposed CCI can be used as the guidance for a trade company's collaboration process control strategy to increase the efficiency of compliance improvement activity. In this paper, we use the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP) which is one of the methods recommended by ISO/ICE as a measurement of weight to be assigned to the relevant parameters considered in the CCI.

This study is regarding development of an index table for antomation of welding process in impeller fabrication. A PLC, which is widely used for automation in industry, was also adopted as a controller for the index table because of it effectiveness, easy maintenance and repair. The index table consists of centering jig, blade jig, workbench, driving system and a controller. A touch screen was also prepaired as a man-machine interface to provide convenience for workers. Water jacket was installed inside the workbench to reduce thermal stress come from the welding. Temperature of the water jacket was kept constant to cool an impeller main plate effectively. The index table developed in this study convinces that it reduces the total welding time by 50% compared with the conventional process without the table.

Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to contribute to the elevation of producers' production at various levels by proposing the creation of producer improvement indexes that can be used for the successful 6th industrialization of Korean agribusiness based on the Kano model and has synergistic effects on the development of the 6th industry through scientific researches. Research design, data, methodology - To this end, this study derived better and worse index from the same estimation of Timko's customer satisfaction index as in the evaluation charts used in previous researches and theoretical studies on the Kano model. Results - In this paper, we suggested that the formula for producing PSCI Index be applied to yield the producer improvement index in the 6th industry, in order to draw SIPPI. Conclusions - If this suggestion is realized, then a lot of researchers will be supported to more systematically study producers, and it is expected to contribute to the development of the 1th industry, a basis for the successful 6th industry. Moreover, the central government and municipalities are expected to provide a variety of clues for applying various policies for successful agribusiness.

Recently, the relevance of the Air Quality Index considering major factors related to the air environment and the local economy and community was analyzed in abraod. In Korea, a comprehensive air-quality index has been proposed. In this study, the comprehensive air-quality index and the index that can integrate Gross Domestic Product per capita were summarized as regional attractiveness. As a result of the analysis, Ulsan, Chungnam, Seoul, Chungbuk, and Jeonnam had the highest Gross domestic product per capita, and Jeju, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk had the best Comprehensive air-quality index, and Ulsan had the highest attractiveness. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there was no correlation between the two variables, Gross domestic product per capita and Comprehensive air-quality index, because various factors such as topographical characteristics, hazardous substances, and local government's efforts were not taken into account. As a result of sensitivity analysis, Ulsan had the highest sensitivity and variance for Gross domestic product per capita and Comprehensive air-quality index. As for the relative ratio of attractiveness between regions, Ulsan's attractiveness was 2.95 times that of Daegu's, indicating a large difference between regions.

There are various sounds in the car as much as cars have many mechanical parts. These sounds make various psychological development. The international competition in car markets has continuously required the research about the sound quality of a car. The domestic car makers have also invested a lot of money for the research and development of sound quality. Car axle plays an important role in a vehicle and its NVH development is also important. By this time, NVH development of car axle is mainly based on the reduction of sound pressure level (dBA), which cannot gives, the satisfaction to the customers in view of the sound quality of a vehicle. Therefore, in this paper, a sound quality index evaluating the sound quality of axle noise based on human sensibility is developed.
