The standardization of information communication is doing a Internal each other connection and each other characteristic stability operation security in objective. Function improvement of enclosure communication base equipment, against an improvement and standardization plan it described trom the prosecution which it sees.

This study analyzed effective capacity building education plans for public institution management supervisors. A survey was conducted on 635 management supervisors of public institutions (99 institutions) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the characteristics of educational participants and the impact of educational satisfaction on professionalism improvement after capacity building education. As a result of statistical analysis, the professional improvement according to the affiliation of educational participants was higher in the workplace and construction site divisions than in the research facility division, and the professional improvement according to the working period was higher for more than 15 years than for less than 5 years and less than 15 years. In addition, the quality of education had a significant positive (+) effect on the degree of professional improvement. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to capacity building education for public institution management supervisors

노동인력 중심의 건설생산방식이 기술집약방식으로 전환하기 시작되면서 건설기계에 대한 중요성이 인식되었으며 기계, 전기, 전자분야의 기술진보에 따른 건설기계의 기능 및 성능 또한 눈부신 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 2005년 건설기계의 등록대수가 32만대를 넘어서고 있으며, 기계화시공이 촉진되면서 건설생산의 안전성뿐 아니라, 생산성 및 품질의 향상을 도모하고 있다. 국내의 건설기계 관련 관리 및 산업육성을 위한 제도적 장치로서 건설기계관리법이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설기계 산업의 선진화를 도모하기 위하여 건설기계의 범위, 등록, 형식승인 및 신고, 대여사업, 조종사면허 등 제도상의 각 항목별 현황, 문제점 및 개선방안을 도출하여 제시하고 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 국내 유사관련 제도의 검토 및 선진외국의 유사사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 20여 가지의 개선방안은 단기적 적용, 중장기적 추진 내용으로 구분될 수 있으며, 향후 지속적이고 심도 있는 연구 및 검토를 통하여 정책적 반영을 할 수 있는 매우 중요한 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 건축공사에서 사용되는 중국산 화강석의 명칭 혼란 문제를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 개선 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 석재공사 전문가의 인터뷰 및 문헌조사, 실제 시공된 현장의 공사계약서류 23건을 분석하여 명칭혼란의 유형을 정리하였다. 실태유형분석 결과 4가지 유형의 문제점으로 분류되었다. 추가적으로 34인의 현장 석공사 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 명칭혼란 문제에 대한 개선방안을 조사하였다. 연구 결과 향후 문제점의 개선을 위해서는 정확하고 상세한 명칭의 계약서류 작성 및 표기가 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 보다 근본적인 해결을 위해 지속적인 연구를 통한 수입산 석재의 명칭 표준화가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개선방안을 제안하고자 문헌연구를 통해 인문사회 연구데이터의 의의와 데이터 아카이브의 개념 및 요건에 대한 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 기초학문자료센터(KRM)에 대한 분석과 국내외 총 9개 아카이브에 대한 사례조사를 실시하였으며, 인문사회분야 연구자 총 10명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 국내 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 한국연구재단(NRF)과 인문사회분야의 사업 영역별 데이터 아카이브의 협력체계 구축을 제안하였다. 둘째, 데이터 큐레이션을 바탕으로 연구데이터의 생애주기에 따라 협력체계에서 역할을 수행하는 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개념적 모형을 설계하였다.

This study started with drawing problems of early implementation and suggesting improvement plans in order to lead a rural convergence industrialization district system to early settlement and management for its policy goals. The study aimed at 13 districts that were designated from 2014 to 2016 for analyzing an actual condition of promoting early implementation, and went ahead with it combining literature research, interview survey and specialist opinion investigation. The study examined and organized an outline, policy goal, and actual condition of rural convergence industrialization district. Furthermore, it analyzed an actual condition of promoting at each stage such as designating processes of rural convergence industrialization districts, operating body and system, regulation improvement, district supporting projects and relating projects, drew problems and finally suggested improvement plans. This study could be meaningful because it is the first study to grasp an actual condition of promoting early implementation and to remedy problems in order to manage rural convergence industrialization district system which was newly promoted since 2014 for its policy goal. In addition, it suggests that the further study of the result after managing district system for a certain period of time should be needed.

본 연구는 4차산업 혁명을 뒷받침하고 국가 경제의 중추적 역할을 하는 중소기업들이 해킹이나 기술유출 등으로 경제 활동을 할 수 없다면, 이는 국가 사회적, 경제적으로 엄청난 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 이러한 국내 중소기업에 대한 정부의 정보보호 지원 정책에 대해 형황 및 문제점 분석과 개선 방안을 도출하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토 분석, 중소기업의 정보보호 실태 현황과 주요국의 중소기업 정보보호 지원 정책에 현황과 문제점을 분석해보고 분석결과를 토대로 실수요자인 중소기업들의 정보보호 지원 정책의 우선순위 등을 실태조사를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과 향상된 지원 정책으로 정보보호 인식제고 강화, 법적 근거 마련, 자발적 역량강화, 공동 대응체계 구축, 전문인력 및 예산 지원 강화, 지역 안전망 구축, 언택트 시대 지원 강화, 지역 전략산업 보안 내재화 등이 도출되었다. 이는 향후 포스트 코로나19 대비 중소기업의 정보보호 수준 제고를 위한 정부의 중소기업에 대한 정보보호 지원 정책으로 활용이 가능하다.

항만산업의 발전은 저렴하고 효율적인 서비스 제공을 가능하게 함으로써 자국 경제발전을 지원하는 기능을 하는 동시에 독립된 산업으로 부가가치 및 고용창출을 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 국내 주요 항만들은 대내의적인 여건의 변화로 항만교역량 증가세가 둔화되고 있으며 국내 항만의 여건악화는 일시적인 현상이라기보다는 구조적인 현상이라는 점에 문제의 심각성이 있다. 즉, 향후 주요 항만들의 교역량 증가세가 회복될 가능성이 크지 않다는 것이 일반적인 견해이며, 역내 물류중심 기능을 수행할 수 있을 것인지에 대한 회의론 마저 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 항만개발에 소요되는 시간과 재원은 막대하다. 특히 신항개발의 경우 최소 10년 이상의 장기수요 전망 하에 개발계획의 수립이 이루어진다. 따라서 개발계획의 기본이 되는 교역량의 예측의 중요성은 최근 교역량과 관련한 대외적인 환경 변화에 따라 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이처럼 산업이 고도화되고 구조도 급격히 변화되고 있는 시대 흐름에 비추어 정확한 물동량예측은 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 승법계절 ARIMA모형을 이용하여 국내항만과 중국항만간의 교역량 변화를 예측해보고, 이러한 예측을 통하여 우리나라 항만의 역할과 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 필요성이 제기됨에 따라 항만의 교역량 중대를 위한 항만활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Since 1971 when the nation wide 'New Community' movement was launched to improve rural standards of living, dol and thatched-roof houses have been reshaped or removed, thereby making it hard to find time-honored people's living structures in the countryside. Since 1977, the improvement work of rural houses has started throughout the country, so many new rural residences have been constructing along the highway, main roads, railways and around the sightseeing area, New rural houses do not show, for the most part, the traditional architectural style and the nation's unique conventional ways of living. The writer tried to find solutions to the problems derived from improvement work of rural residence, in a comparative method of traditional rural houses and newly constructed rural ones. The greater part of new rural houses' types, painting colors, and fence types had been recommended by provincial administrative trative officials. Officials recommended them to the farmer with their standards, which did not consider farmer's convenience of traditional way of life, but a fine sight from the highways or railways. Korea's three basic roof types are the HAPKAK roof (gabled and hipped), the UCHINKAK roof(hipped), and the BAKKOONG roof(gabled). However, the gabled roof houses, having their entrance on the gabled side, are found more ofter in new rural village. As mentioned above, architectural style is not harmonious with the topography and climate i Korea, because it is not Korean traditional type, but one of the western styles. And new rural house plans are inconvenient in the conservation rural family system, because of the same category with urban houses plans. Other problems derived from ton-traditional architecture style are roof painting in 4-5 colors in a new village, types of wall and fence, and attached building in the site.

This study aims to determine problems of the damage investigation system of aquaculture products resulting from natural disaster and to deduce improvement plans for such problems. The main problems revealed from this study were as follows: 1) detailed damage investigation is carried out only by one particular organization, 2) for aquaculture insurance subscribers another detailed damage investigation is conducted to reveal the causes of natural disaster by a joint investigator team formed according to a different legislation with a different purpose, 3) damage investigation is usually suffered from lack of labor, budget and time due to the restriction of natural damage to a certain period of season leading to the absence of quick reaction capability for irresistible natural disasters, and 4) there are no specified procedures and protocols for deciphering causes of a natural demage. The improvement plans to find solutions for such problems are as follows: 1) for the investigation, the object, method and role of the investigation organization should be clarified by improving the present legislation, 2) investigation methods for determining the demage causes should be systematized by making a manual to minimize disputes, and 3) supports for the investigation organization should be institutionalized to guarantee sufficient budget and manpower. Under the present circumstance with continuous natural damages, smooth procedures of damage compensation would lead to the management stability of aquaculture farms.
