Strarting with Buyeong Apartment in Dongtan-2 disrict in 2017, collective complaints of residents are frequently occurring due to low quality problem such as improper construction and defects of apartment houses. Because of this, the Ministry of Land and Transport is preparing a comprehensive improvement scheme to improve the quality of Apartment Housing(AH), taking into account the continuing complaints from the residents of AH and the problem raised by the National Assembly. The basic profile of the improvement scheme is induce the tenants and experts to discover and point out defects that are repaired until the date of use inspection or due date. For this purpose, we suggested this defects management system linkaged by the preliminary inspection and quality inspection system for prospective occupants. In this context, this paper aims to suggest an effective likage method between the preliminary inspection of prospective residents and the quality inspection system implemented by local governments as an ordinance.

Drainage system in railroad has a very important role to operate the system. Drainage system should be carefully considered in design and construction due to a difficult access to the system during operation. In this paper, recent case histories were presented, which showed how an improper drainage system affects the railroad operation.

With the help of information and technology development since 2000, there have been increasing number of community forums for communications among future residents through on-line webs after the contracts for purchases have been signed. However, more complaints are being filed since the construction companies take less care of them in the nation. Therefore, a mutual communication system is to be proposed in this paper in order to reduce the complaints in advance due to improper communications, to improve the customer satisfaction, to analyze the troubles for communication, and to provide solutions for better mutual communications

Construction delay is one of the basic constrains to achieve the project objectives in developing countries. This study aims to find the causes and effects of construction delays in developing countries. A thorough literature review has been done following the content analysis method. The relevant literature of 28 developing countries was collected from the scholarly journals published in the period of 2006 to 2016. The different developing countries are grouped into three geographic regions, i.e. South and Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa. In these regions, total 53 potential causes of delay under 8 major groups are identified. Frequency and ranking of these factors have been done. The factors, delay in progress payment by owner, contractors' cash flow problem, improper planning and scheduling, poor site management, and change order by owner during construction, are acknowledged as critical causes of delay in developing countries. This study will assist both academic and professional experts providing more insight about the construction delays and project management in developing countries.

The numbers of geogrid-reinforced walls are widely used in Korea. This papers present the results of two failure case histories of geogrid-reinforced segmental retaining walls. The geological background of the construction sites, detailed construction sequences, and the amount of rainfall were examined. The failure of these reinforced walls are caused by the improper drainage system and foundation treatment, too sharpened curvature of corner work, and too high height of wall.

The AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry is facing a competitive world after it entered into the 21^st century. Due to improper planning and scheduling, the construction projects face severe delays in completion. Most of the present day construction organisations operate in multiple project environments where more than one projects are to be managed simultaneously. But the advantages of planning and scheduling as multiple projects have not been utilized by these organisations. Change in multi-project planning and scheduling is inevitable and often frequent, therefore the traditional planning and scheduling approaches are no more feasible in scheduling multiple construction projects. The traditional scheduling tools like CPM and PERT do not offer any help in scheduling in a resource-constrained environment. This necessitated a detailed study to model the environment realistically and to make the allocation of limited resources flexible and efficient. This paper delineates about the proactive model which will help the project managers for scheduling the multiple construction projects.

The aim of this study is to get the basic data to design the clothing for the female teachers. In this study, we survey the practice of the wear in the spring and the fall of the 422 female teachers in primary, middle and high school, and their wearing sensation according to clothing construction factors. The results are as follows: first, the female teachers frequently wear blouse and skirt, jacket and blouse, jacket and T-shirts, cardigan and T-shirts in upper wear. Second, most female teachers had troubles in their clothing at work. They had serious troubles in writing on the blackboard, due to the improper form and. length of the sleeves, and the inconvenience of their skirt is due to the improper length, while they go up the strains. Third, the comfortable factors of the female teachers' blouse are as follows; round neck line, soutien and peter pan collar, sleeve attatched bodice with a little loose armhole, $10{\sim}20cm$ under from waist in length, front slit, and fastening bottons. In case of skirt, they perceive A-lined, flared, pleats skirt more convieniently than tight one, which are 10cm under from kneeline in length, side fastening system, back slit.

현재의 교과서는 소수의 나눗셈에서의 몫과 나머지와 관련하여 학생들과 교사들에게 다음의 세 가지 부적절한 관념을 심어줄 수 있다. 첫째, (자연수)${\div}$(자연수)의 계산 결과만이 몫이다. 둘째, 소수 나눗셈에서 몫과 나머지를 구할 때의 몫은 자연수이고, 나머지는 유일하다. 셋째, 소수 나눗셈에서의 몫이 소수로 나누어떨어지지 않을 때만 몫을 반올림한다. 학생들과 교사들이 이와 같은 부적절한 관념을 가지지 않도록 소수 나눗셈에서의 몫과 나머지 취급과 관련하여 다음과 같은 개선이 요구된다. 첫째, ${\ll}$교육과정 해설서${\gg}$에서 소수 나눗셈에서의 몫과 나머지의 의미를 명확히 제시해야 한다. 둘째, 교과서에서 이와 같은 부적절한 관념의 생성을 막을 수 있는 충분한 예나 문제 등을 제시해야 한다. 셋째, 지도서에서 소수 나눗셈에서의 몫과 나머지와 관련한 교과서의 교수학적 의도를 명확히 제시해야 한다.

Although landfill has been heavily relied upon as a final hazardous waste disposal method in Korea, the legal and technical problems associated with the landfill severely hinder proper disposal of hazardous wastes. The single largest legal problem is simply that, in spite of the recent amendments, the law regulating the hazardous waste landfill is yet in its primitive stage that even the lawful landfill sites cannot be regarded safe. The technical problems include improper selection of landfill sites, poor design and construction of landfill facilities, and lack of QA/AC and post-closure cares. These technical problems stem from inexperience and lack of resources. For the reduction of the potential danger from the improper landfills of hazardous wastes, it is an immediate need to further refine the law and to resolve the technical problems.

Recently, a series of massive earthquakes have been occurred northeast Asia and there has also been constant sensible earthquakes in South Korea. Particularly, after diagnosing educational facilities with Sichuan earthquake momentum, remodeling construction of old educational facilities and buildings which were not designed not to resist earthquake are actively underway. Remodeling construction sites, however, are mostly small construction sites which consist of less than 30 full-time laborers, where a number of deaths from a fall occur by improper uses of protective gear. Therefore, to reduce the disaster from a fall caused by inadequate uses of protective gear in domestic small construction sites such as those for remodeling, this study conducts research into ways of decreasing accident rates by suggesting providing and administering protective gear as a national project so that donning protective gear is activated.
