한국형 산업관광 활성화를 위한 선택속성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Determinant Attributes for Developing Korean-Style Industrial Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 자랑스러운 산업시설, 특히 한국적이며 세계적인 산업관광 자원에 대한 매력 성을 제고시켜 산업관광 활성화 기여에 있다. 이를 위하여 선행연구와 수집된 설문조사를 통하여 산업관광 속성요인을 추출 하였다. 연구 분석결과 산업관광 속성요인 중에서 신상품 정보획득, 신상품 아이디어 획득, 경영정보 수집, 교육 및 훈련 프로그램, 정보 통역서비스, 특색 있는 산업 관광체험 등이 중요도 순으로 나타났다. 이것은 새로운 지적인 정보획득 속성이 기존관광과는 중요도 속성측면에서 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 5개의 중요한 영향력을 나타내는 속성요인은 비즈니스 요인, 편의성, 관광 매력성, 환대성, 고유성의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 요인은 비즈니스 요인과 편의성 요인, 관광매력성, 고유성 요인이었다. 반면에 환대성 요인은 통계적으로 유의하지는 않고 부(-)의 관계를 보이고 있으므로 산업관광 환경의 개선, 활성화 전략의 수립 등이 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 그리고 유의한 영향을 보인 비즈니스 요인, 편의성, 관광 매력 성 요인은 정(+)의 관계를 보였으며, 고유성 요인은 부(-)의 관계로 나타났다. 이는 응답자들이 산업관광에 제공되는 비즈니스 요인 및 편의성 요인에 포함된 항목들이 국내 산업관광에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치고 있음을 나타내 준다.

강원 동해안 관광객의 외식점포 선택속성의 중요도 분석 (Analyzing the Importance of Tourists' Restaurant Choice Attributes in Tourism Provinces)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to analyze the absolute and relative importance of tourists' choice attributes of restaurants and (2) to compare tourists' choice patterns with the prediction of restaurant operators in the tourism provinces of Gangwon-do, Empirical data for this study were collected from the 77 tourists and 66 restaurants operators. The attributes and attribute levels for the hypothetical profiles were decided from a focus group interview and 15 profiles were selected from fractional factorial designs. The SPSS/WIN 12,0 conjoint procedure was used to calculate the utility scores and simulate the profiles, According to the analysis on the relative importance of tourists' choice attributes of restaurants, food taste was the most important attribute(36.9%), followed by facility cleanliness(28.5%), dishes cleanliness(24.5%), price(19.3%) and service(18.3%). The tourists' ratings of the importance of the individual attributes differed from the ranking of the relative importance of the same attributes as derived from the conjoint analysis. The operators rated dishes cleanliness(27.6%) as also important, followed by food taste(27.7%), in choosing a restaurant Tourists' preference and operators' prediction of hypothetical profiles showed significant difference in L(p < .05), O(p < .01), M(p < .05), and H(p < .01) restaurants. Operators who want to differentiate themselves from their competitors should make decisions based on an increased understanding of tourists' restaurant choice decision process and measure the latent needs of tourists in the tourism provinces.

수정된 Kano 모델을 이용한 스마트 폰의 품질특성 평가 (Analysis of Quality Characteristics of Smart Phone Using Modified Kano Model)

  • The relationship between product quality/function and customer satisfaction has been considered an important point for the new product development. The seminal paper by Kano was the first to thoroughly address the non-linear relationship between product performance/function and customer satisfaction. In the analysis framework of the original Kano model, five factors are assumed, among which indifference factor occupies 40% in the classification scheme. When we analyze survey response using Kano model, many quality attributes can be resulted in indifference factor. This implies that some attributes which are meaningful tend to be classified as indifferent attributes for the customer satisfaction. In order to tackle this problem, a modified Kano model is proposed by reducing the indifference factor. The modified Kano model can be robust for the survey response. A survey is performed for the quality attributes of the smart phone. The response is analyzed and compared based on the original and modified Kano model. The surveyed quality characteristics of the smart phone are performance related attributes, application programs, functional attributes and subjective emotional quality attributes. Many quality attributes classified as indifference factor in the original model are classified as attractive, must-be, and expected factors, respectively.

  • 250 winning products from 1985 to 1997 in the Korean market were examined in order to find that what kind of product attributes have been major determinants of commercial success in the market. The major determinants are different with product categories. For example, function has been the most important determinant in electric home appliances, while portability has been the most important in telecommunication products. The results will be a cue to the future direction of new product development.

제품속성별 정보탐색유형과 탐색성과에 관한연구 (A Study on Product Attributes Information Search Patterns and Search Outcomes)

  • The major purpose of this study was to find the influencing factors in explaining search patterns of product attributes in formation and to find if significant differences exist in search outcomes by search patterns. The data for this study were collected in a survey and the final sample consisted of 327 respondents purchased refrigerator 340 purchased bed. The important findings of this study are as follows: First the variables related to search cost-benefit play an important role in identifying search patterns for each of product attributers. The findings of this study provide some implications regarding consumer education programs and consumer information providing policies.

한국인과 몽골인의 원두 커피, 인스턴트 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of the Quality Attributes of Bean Coffee and Instant Coffee for the Koreans and the Mongolians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 IPA를 활용하여 한국인과 몽골인이 원두 커피 및 인스턴트 커피 품질 중에 중요하게 생각하는 품질 속성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2012년 4월 16일부터 5월 12일까지 한국의 서울, 경기 지역과 몽골의 울란바타르시의 20-30대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 각각 253부, 250부를 통계 분석에 사용하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0으로 빈도 분석, 독립표본 t검증, 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였고, IPA를 실시하였다. 한국인과 몽골인의 원두 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 비교한 결과, 커피의 맛, 향기, 양, 가격, 위생, 신선도, 유통기한 등은 한국인이 몽골인보다 중요하게 생각한 반면, 커피의 영양, 성분표시에 대해서는 몽골인이 더 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 수행도는 몽골인이 한국인보다 커피의 가격, 영양, 온도, 성분표시 등에 대해 더 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 한국인과 몽골인의 인스턴트 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 비교한 결과, 한국인은 몽골인보다 커피의 양, 가격 등을 중요하게 생각한 반면, 몽골인은 커피의 영양, 온도 등을 중요하게 생각하였다. 몽골인이 한국인보다 커피의 영양, 온도, 다양성, 신선도 등의 수행도에 대하여 더 높게 평가하였다. 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석 결과, 원두 커피 품질 속성에 대하여 한국인은 '커피의 가격', '유통기한', 몽골인은 '커피의 영양', '커피의 위생', '성분표시'를 중점적으로 관리해야 한다고 하였다. 인스턴트 커피 품질 속성 중에서 한국인은 '커피의 위생', '커피의 농도', 몽골인은 '커피의 농도', '성분표시'를 중요 관리점이라 하였다.

  • The subjects of this study were middle-aged women in their 40s$\sim$50s and older women aged 60 and over who were living in Seoul and Kyonggi-do, Korea. Through studying the participants' responses to the questions regarding the attributes of apparel quality in terms of the levels of satisfaction and importance, the target consumers' demand has been studied. And, they are applied to a QFD Matrix, to find out the relationship between the attributes of product quality and the guidelines of clothing design. For this study, apparel product quality is composed of five parameters: practicality, aesthetics, brand image, ease of care and fit. For the parameters of apparel product quality, the result of this study show that product improvements are needed in fit, aesthetics and practicality(in order of importance). The level of satisfaction(how satisfied consumer feels) was marked higher in brand image than that of importance(how important it is). To review demands for the apparel product attributes of formal suits for middle-aged and older women, the priority of these attributes through QFD Matrix that shows the relationship between the attributes and dress elements emphasized by designers has been examined. Material was the most important design element in designing formal suits. The shape of the pants was the second because the harmony between the jacket and the pants is important in formal suits. These were followed by trim and color tone of the jacket.

패션 앱을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑 태도 및 사용의도 영향요인 연구 -성별과 연령집단별 차이 비교- (A Study on the Determinants of Attitude toward and Intention to Use Mobile Shopping through Fashion Apps -Comparisons of Gender and Age Group Differences-)

  • This study identifies the determinants that influence attitude toward and the intention to use mobile shopping services through fashion applications (apps) based on the technology acceptance model. In addition, gender and age group differences were examined. Data were collected from subjects who have used smartphone fashion related apps; subsequently, a total of 327 data were analyzed. About 46% of respondents were males, with a mean age of 34.4 years that ranged from 20 to 49 years old. Multiple regression models were developed based on the research model. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, perceived risks (security risk and quality risk), fashion involvement, and fashion app attributes (product attributes and service attributes) were employed as predictors of attitudes towards mobile shopping. Attitudes towards mobile shopping and subjective norms with the aforementioned variables measured the intention to use. Attitudes towards mobile shopping were predicted by perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, and service attributes. Attitudes toward mobile shopping and subjective norms were the most important predictors of the intention to use. Gender differences were found in that service attributes were significant for attitudes towards mobile shopping only in the male model. Age differences were also found and perceived usefulness was the most important predictor of attitudes toward mobile shopping among those in their 20's; however, perceived enjoyment was the most important among those in their 30's and 40's. Quality risk was only significant to explain intention to use among those in their 40's. The findings of this study are useful to understand the possibility of the adoption of mobile shopping though fashion apps and provide basic insight into market segmentation.

롤 형상 필름 생산에서 두께평활도 개선을 위한 고정굴곡부 발현 모형 및 개선 모델 (A Model for Detection and Refinement of Fixed Bending Regions for Improving the Degree of Thickness Uniformity in Rolled Film Manufacturing)

  • As film products are increasingly used in a wide range of areas, from producing traditional flexible packaging to high-tech electronic products, a higher level of quality is demanded. Most film products are made in the form of rolled finished goods, therefore, various quality issues related to their shape characteristics must be addressed. The thickness of the film products is one of the most common and important critical-to-quality attributes (CTQs). Particularly, the degree of thickness uniformity is more important than other thickness parameters, because it will be potential causes of many secondary thickness-related quality problems, such as wrinkles or faulty windings. To control the degree of thickness uniformity, the fixed bending region is oneof the most important CTQs to manage. Fixed bending regions are special points in the transverse direction of a rolled product with consistent minute variations of the thickness gap. This paper describes the measurement and analysis of thickness uniformity data, which were performed in a real manufacturing field of biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. In previous researches, quality function deployment (QFD) or fault tree analysis were used to find the most critical process attributes out to controlthe CTQ of thickness uniformity. Whereas, this paper uses traditional control charts to find the most critical process attributes out in this problem. In addition, the selection of one of the major critical process attributes (CTPs) that is expected to affect the CTQ of thickness uniformity is also described. The selected critical-to-process attributes are the controlled temperatures along the transverse direction. A dramatic improvement in thickness uniformity was observed when the selected CTPs were controlled.

커피전문점 선택 속성과 점포유형의 결합 관계가 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 퍼지셋 질적비교분석(fsQCA)을 중심으로 (Effects of Coffee Shop Choice Attributes and Type of Coffee Shop on Customer Satisfaction : Using Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA))

  • Purpose - As the domestic coffee market is rapidly growing and competition is intensifying, coffee shops need to establish a marketing strategy that grasps the needs and desires of consumers in order to secure a competitive advantage in terms of survival. From this point of view, this study suggests what choice attributes consumers consider when visiting coffee shops, and analyzes the effect of customer choice attributes on franchise and private coffee shops using fsQCA. Research design, data, and methodology - In the present study, we tried to understand the effect of the combination of choice attribute on satisfaction by the type of coffee shop based on the complex system theory, while studying the existing coffee shop choice attribute focuses on the causal relationship. FsQCA is a complementary analytical method between quantitative and qualitative research, and is a method for effectively analyzing the complex combination of causal variables. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, cleanliness was found to be the most important factor in determining coffee quality, which is the most important factor affecting customer satisfaction. Second, customers who prefer franchise coffee shops seem to be most concerned about atmosphere, menu, cleanliness and price. On the other hand, customers who prefer private coffee shops consider image the most important. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. Overall, coffee shops should manage cleanliness basically regardless of the type of store, but they should manage the choice attributes differently depending on the type of coffee shop. Franchise coffee shops will be able to increase the level of store satisfaction by systematically managing the store atmosphere, menu, cleanliness, and price according to the manual using the advantages of the franchise system. On the other hand, unlike the franchise coffee shops, private coffee shops can operate autonomous stores, so customers can use various marketing mixes to enhance their store image.
