본 연구는 대학도서관에서의 도서검색결과 제공되는 OPAC2.0 서비스에 대한 만족도 중요도를 조사하였다. 대학도서관에서 도서검색결과 제공되는 OPAC2.0 서비스, 서비스의 만족도 중요도, 만족도와 중요도 차이 그리고 학년과 만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 조사 및 분석결과, 가장 많이 제공하고 있는 OPAC2.0 서비스는 '포털사이트 연계' 서비스이다. 전반적인 OPAC2.0 서비스 만족도는 평균 2.07로 '매우 불만족'으로 나타났으며 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 서비스는 '서비스 항목'이다. 만족도와 중요도 차이는 전반적으로 중요도에 비해 불만족스러운 결과를 보여 주고 있다. 학년과 전반적 만족도 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 도서검색결과 OPAC2.0 서비스 개선을 위해서는 각 서비스에 대한 도서관 홍보 및 이용방법 소개, 다양한 서비스 제공 및 질적 개선, 도서관에서만 제공해 줄 수 있는 정보 제공을 통한 꾸준한 이용자 관리가 필요함을 제안하였다.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The present study investigated Korean and Taiwan adults on the importance of and the satisfaction with street food sanitation and street food choice factor, in order to present management and improvement measures for street foods. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The present study conducted a survey on 400 randomly chosen adults (200 Korean, 200 Taiwanese). General characteristics, eating habits, street food intake frequency, and preference by type of street food of respondents were checked. Respondents' importance and satisfaction of street food hygiene and selection attributes were also measured. In order to test for the difference between groups, ${\chi}^2-test$ and t-test were performed. ISA was also performed to analyze importance and satisfaction. RESULTS: Results showed that the importance of sanitation was significantly higher than satisfaction on all items in both Korea and Taiwan, and the satisfaction with sanitation was higher in Taiwan than in Korea. According to ISA results with street food sanitation, satisfaction was low while importance was high in both Korea and Taiwan. In terms of street food choice factor, importance scores were significantly higher than satisfaction scores on all items. In addition, satisfaction scores on all items except 'taste' were significantly higher in Taiwan than in Korea. CONCLUSIONS: A manual on sanitation management of street foods should be developed to change the knowledge and attitude toward sanitation by putting into practice a regularly conducted education. Considering the popularity of street foods and its potential as a tourism resource to easily publicize our food culture, thorough management measures should be prepared on sanitation so that safe street food culture should be created.

본 연구는 중요도-만족도 분석(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis)을 적용하여 한밭수목원 내 산책로에 대한 이용객의 기대정도와 만족정도를 조사하였다. 분석결과 서원은 평균점으로 볼 때 중요도가 3.85, 만족도가 3.67로 나타났으며 동원은 중요도가 3.99, 만족도가 3.78로 나타났다. 전반적으로 이용하기 전보다 이용 후 만족도가 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 평가항목들의 대부분이 중요도가 만족도보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 서원은 산책로의 안전시설, 산책로의 배수시설, 위험지 등에 대한 안내판 항목에서 집중적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 동원은 산책로를 이용하여 휠체어나 유모차 등 이동의 용이성과 산책로의 안전시설 항목에서 집중적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과가 앞으로 효율적인 관리 및 운영방안을 제시하고 이용객의 질적 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.

Institutional care is often necessary for the health and well-being of the elderly. Good quality foodservice provided at long-term care facilities not only includes patients satisfaction but also cares for good health, contributing to the stability of foodservice management. The purpose of this study was to assess the importance and satisfaction attributes of foodservice management by hospitalized elderly patients. The data were collected via questionnaire by a one-to-one interview with 194 hospitalized elderly patients in six different hospitals. According to the results of dependent t-tests, overall mean scores for the importance attributes (3.96) and satisfactory attributes (3.83) were significantly different (p<0.001). As indicated by the patients, the recognized importance attributes were the kindness of foodservice personnel (4.19), kind smiles by foodservice personnel (4.16), and kind speaking by foodservice personnel (4.12). The most recognized satisfaction attributes were kindness of foodservice personnel (4.36), bedside meal service by foodservice personnel (4.25), kind speaking by foodservice personnel (4.24), kind smiles by foodservice personnel (4.24), and sanitary uniforms worn by foodservice personnel (4.21). These results suggest that the above encounter attributes (importance-satisfaction) would be useful tools for hospital foodservices to adopt, in order to control foodservice quality and satisfy the nutritional needs of elderly patients.

The purpose of the present research is to determine, for a sample of female college students, the effects of body-cathexis and importance of ideal body image on satisfaction with ready-to-wear. The sample included 177 female college students aged from 18 to 25. To measure the variables, an instrument was developed based on previous studies. Body-cathexis and importance of meeting the ideal body image were measured for five areas of body parts; head/upper body, lower body, height, weight, and torso. Satisfaction with ready-to-wear includes satisfaction with the fit at pant length, thighs, hips, waist, bust, and neckline, and with the variety in ready-to-wear. Research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive impact of body-cathexis for a specific body area on ready-to-wear satisfaction which is related to the body area. The effect of importance of meeting the ideal body image on ready-to-wear clothing was different in regard to different areas of body parts.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance of nurses' caring behaviors and to identify influencing factors on nurses' caring behaviors for elders with dementia. Methods: Data were collected through questionnaires from 156 nurses in several demented elderly setting and analyzed by applying descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 16.0. Results: The average score for importance of nurses' caring behaviors was 3.55 and the 'attentive to other's experience' factor was the highest level. The mean score of nursing professional value was 8.46 and job satisfaction, 3.86. Importance of nurses' caring behaviors had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional value, job satisfaction and nurse's age. Four significant variables influencing importance of nurses' caring behaviors were job satisfaction, nursing professional value, working area of nurses and cognition dysfunction of elderly. Conclusion: With the results of this study, importance of nurses' caring behaviors can be improved by intervening the factors affecting this importance. Based on the findings of this study, further nursing practice and research for nurses' caring the elders with dementia should be focused on job satisfaction, nursing professional value, working area of nurses and cognitive dysfunction of elderly.

This study was conducted to estimate the drift of change for in Kimchi purchases, and to contribute to the efforts to improve the quality improvement of Kimchi sold at markets. Questionnaires were distributed to 450 adults, and 396 samples were statistically analyzed. There were significant differences in the average values of importance and satisfaction. Based on analyses of the 14 factors, the level of satisfaction was significantly lower than the level of importance. Importance-factors such as 'taste' ($4.56{\pm}0.81$) and consistency of 'quality' ($4.37{\pm}0.79$) are very important to consumers, whereas 'package volume' ($3.79{\pm}0.91$) and 'price cutting' ($3.84{\pm}1.01$) are rarely considered by consumers. Fourteen significance factors were three factors. Overall significance for selection attributes when purchasing Kimchi differed according to gender, age and marital status. Fourteen satisfaction factors were extracted to four factors. Overall satisfaction for selection attributes when purchasing Kimchi differed according to martrial status. Total satisfaction with selection attributes when purchasing the food was greatly affected by its quality and packaging. These findings confirmed that Kimchi products should be diversified and active marketing should be carried out if Kimchi is to become a global product.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify level of recognition of the importance, satisfaction and contribution of APNs' role by physicians, nurses, and advanced practice nurses. Method: Perceived importance and satisfaction were measured with a 23-item questionnaire on APN role with 5 subcategories. APNs' contribution was investigated using a 13-item outcome questionnaire developed by the researchers. Between August 15 and October 31, 2009, the researchers collected data from 68 physicians, 265 nurses, and 23 APNs all working in a single tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis Test with Bonferroni's Correction and scatter plot. Result: The importance (3.24~3.39, 4 point scale), satisfaction (3.02~3.13, 4 point scale), and contribution of APNs' role (3.39~4.12, 5 point scale) were well recognized by the health care professionals. All the three health care professional groups rated APNs' contribution high in medical service management, continuity of care, patient accessibility, improvement in patient satisfaction, and patient and family education. 'Importance-Satisfaction Analysis' showed that patient data management by APNs needed greater effort. Conclusions: The findings show that the importance, satisfaction, contribution of APNs' role are recognized, and indicate a need for further development of APNs' role through efforts to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

The purpose of this study is to provide the conservation management direction about cultural landscape of the traditional villages in the area of Huizhou through the importance-performance analysis. The results of the survey on the importance - performance of 261 people who had many visits to various cultural landscapes of Huizhou villages such as Hongchun, Sidichun etc. are as follows. It was appeared that the item of 'good air' is the highest level of importance and satisfaction and is best condition. The item of 'historical conservation' is the high level of importance, but the level of satisfaction is low, so continuous improvement is necessary. The item of 'Old garden conservation' has high satisfaction but low importance, so it needs to improve its importance through subsequent improvement. The item of 'Keeping of old cemetary and old tower' has low importance and satisfaction but it is above average, so continuous maintenance is needed. The items of 'Preservation of stone gate' and 'Preservation of famous man's birth house' all have slightly higher satisfaction and lower importance. Both items are highly satisfied with their importance, so they should avoid excessive efforts and maintain the present status. Satisfaction with the item of 'water environment and water quality' was the lowest, and the problem of the present condition is the most serious, and a major improvement is needed. The importance and satisfaction of 'Commercial development of old villages' was the lowest among all items. This item is causing serious problems and should provide an overall improvement way to drastically improve the importance and satisfaction. Concentration is necessary to improve the environment of the whole villages, to protect the ecological plants and animals in old villages, to transfer and improve the culture of old villages, to maintain sustainability of the villages, and to protect old temple and old rock in old villages. As the level of satisfaction with sustainability is the lowest in the part of 'Concentrate here', there is a great concern about sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on sustainability and concentrate on sustainable development.
