중요도-실행도 분석은 성취도나 만족도에 관련된 의사결정이 필요한 다양한 분야에서 사용되는 간단하면서 함축적인 분석방법이다. 그 효과와 활용성이 많은 연구에 의하여 증거 되고 있으며, 통계학적인 면에서 연구할 여지가 많이 있다고도 사려 된다. 본 연구는 중요도-실행도 분석에 대한 몇 가지 부가적인 분석 방법을 소개하고 보다 정교한 정보들을 얻어낼 수 있음을 예를 통해 보였다. 중요도-실행도 분석은 산술평균을 기본 통계량으로 사용하고 있으나 중간값, 빈도, 군집 분석을 통한 자료 필터링을 통해 보다 핵심적인 정보에 기반 하는 중요도-실행도 분석을 실시하였다. 추가적으로 계층화 분석을 중요도-실행도 분석과결합하여 보다 적극적인의사결정이 가능함을 보였다.

Business analysis is a key factor of project success or failure in information systems. However, there are few studies on business analysis competencies. The objective of this paper is to identify which competencies a business analyst (BA) needs, and analyze the importance weights and priorities of business analysis competencies. Literature review yielded 6 competency dimensions and 30 competencies. Based on interviews with 12 experts and analytic hierarchy process analysis, the relative importance weight and priority of each business analysis competency were analyzed. Moreover, an importance-perception gap between stakeholders in different positions was identified. This result can be used as selection and development criteria for superior BAs that are responsible for solving business problems using information systems solutions.

The facts of job satisfaction and their perceived importance among elementary school foodservice dietitians were assessed. The survey instrument consisted of three parts: the job satisfaction survey was used to measure facets of job satisfaction and the level of total satisfaction; perceived importance questions for corresponding job facets; and demographic items. A survey of school food service operations was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 170 dietitians. The collected data were processed using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis and analysis of valiance. School foodservice dietitians' importance and satisfactions scores on their job and working environment were 4.25 and 2.83, respectively. The respondents rated the subscales of 'communication' and 'nature of work' the highest and the subscales of 'pay' and 'working environment' the lowest The results of facet satisfaction scores and corresponding perceived importance scores were paired to be plotted on the Importance-Performance Analysis Grid. IPA grid was used to provide a strategy for food service managers to counteract dietitian dissatisfaction.

Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

Nowadays, every kind of system is changed so complex and enormous, it is necessary to assure system reliability, product liability and safety. Fault tree analysis(FTA) is a reliability/safety design analysis technique which starts from consideration of system failure effect, referred to as “top event”, and proceeds by determining how these can be caused by single or combined lower level failures or events. So in fault tree analysis, it is important to find the combination of events which affect system failure. Minimal cut sets(MCS) and minimal path sets(MPS) are used in this process. FTA-I computer program is developed which calculates MCS and MPS in terms of Gw-Basic computer language considering Fussell's algorithm. FTA-II computer program which analyzes importance and function cost of VE consists. of five programs as follows : (l) Structural importance of basic event, (2) Structural probability importance of basic event, (3) Structural criticality importance of basic event, (4) Cost-Failure importance of basic event, (5) VE function cost analysis for importance of basic event. In this study, a method of initiation such as failure, function and cost in FTA is suggested, and especially the priority rank which is calculated by computer-aided decision analysis program developed in this study can be used in decision making determining the most important basic event under various conditions. Also the priority rank can be available for the case which selects system component in FMEA analysis.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the belief in evidence-based practice, awareness of importance and performance of intravenous infusion and pressure ulcer evidence-based practice guidelines among nurses in a tertiary general hospital. Methods: The subjects of this study were 217 nurses working in a tertiary general hospital. Data collection was performed between February 11 and February 25, 2022. Data analysis was conducted descriptive statistics, t-test, hierarchical regression analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: The mean score of belief for evidence-based practice among novice nurses was 3.34 out of 5, while preceptor nurses scored a mean of 3.41 out of 5. There was no significant difference in belief scores between novice nurses and preceptor nurses (t=-1.21, p=.227). The factors influencing the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines for intravenous infusion were belief in evidence-based practice (β=.14, p=.009) and importance of intravenous infusion (β=.51, p<.001), and the factors influencing the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines for pressure ulcer were belief in evidence-based practice (β=.15, p=.002) and importance of pressure ulcer (β=.65, p<.001). Importance-Performance Analysis of the evidence-based practice guidelines of two groups were used to identify common and different items. Conclusion: To improve the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines, it is necessary to enhance the evidence-based practice belief and importance of evidence-based practice guidelines. In particular, evidence-based practice should be provided to improve nursing quality through education on items of low-importance and low-performance and items of high-importance but low-performance guidelines identified through Importance-Performance Analysis.

This study is directed for the development of an efficient system-level Importance Sampling Technique for system reliability analysis of bridge structures Many methods have been proposed for structural reliability assessment purposes, such as the First-order Second-Moment Method, the Advanced Second-Moment Method, Computer Simulation, etc. The Importance Sampling Technique can be employed to obtain accurate estimates of the required probability with reasonable computation effort. Based on the observation and the results of application, it nay be concluded that Importance Sampling Method is a very effective tool for the system reliability analysis.

The purpose of this study was to analyze university students' perception of service quality attributes in residence hall foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,210 university students residing in a residence hall. A total of 1,011 was usable, resulting in an 83.6% response rate. The survey was conducted between October, 1998 and May, 1999. A statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for Descriptive Analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman Correlation, and Common factor Analysis, and Importance- Performance Analysis(IPA) was completed. Significant negative correlations between importance and performance were found with 'abundance of foods'(p < 0.001), 'discontent handling'(p < 0.001), and 'availability of new menus'(p < 0.01). factors including food, menu, sanitation, atmosphere, facilities, employee's attitude, and convenience were rearranged and a new dimension was created with the service. Employee's attitude and service factors received the highest scores in customer perception of importance and performance. Food, menu, and convenience factors were included in Quadrant A. female students had significantly higher importance mean scores than males, while males had significantly higher Performance mean scores. The purpose of this study is to investigate on the shopping orientation and the importance of store attributes of luxury brand consumer. A questionnaire survey was administered to 350 female consumers over twenties who live in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyung-ki area. 324 data were analyzed by factor analysis, chi-square, ANOV A, correlation, and t-test. The results were as follows. 1) As a result of factor analysis, five dimensions were identified for shopping orientation: pursuit of ostentation and fashion, pursuit of pleasure, pursuit of economy, pursuit of personality, and pursuit of store convenience. 2) According to the factor analysis, the importance of store attributes were categorized in three factors: product and store service-conscious, price-conscious, and buying convenience-conscious. 3) Regarding the relation between shopping orientation and importance of store attributes, significant differences were found. 4) There were significant differences in according to demographic variables in terms of shopping orientation and importance of store attributes and store patronage.

A key factor of competitiveness of a firm is technology innovation including product and process innovation. This paper explores the importance and performance of innovation in IT industry across manufacturing and service business. Using importance-performance analysis based on a survey of Korean manufacturing and service firms, we find the characteristics of innovation in IT under the context of industry difference. Out study indicate that Korean IT firms need to recognize the importance of technology innovation and enhance the performance in some areas. In future research, we will expand the boundary of innovation into non-technology innovation as well as service-specific innovation.
