서울시내(市內) 고등학교(高等學校) 교사의 성지식(性知識), 태도(態度) 및 학생에 대한 성교육(性敎育) 요구(要求) 조사(調査) (A Study on the High School Teachers' Sexual Knowledge, Attitude and Their Need of Sex Education for the Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the high school teachers' sexual knowledge, attitude and their need of sex education for the students in Seoul. These data were collected by questionnaire in Oct. 1989. The result was compared by the type of teacher (school health nurse and high school teacher), involving in sex education or not, age, marital status and religion. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The mean score of sexual knowledge of the school health nurses was higher than the high school teachers. (P<0.05) (the average correct answer rate:the school health nurses=80.85%, the high school teachers=62.65%)Female teachers who were involved in sex education got higher score than the male high school teachers and female teachers who were not. (P<0.05) The married female high school teachers got higher score than never-married. (p<0.05) 2. About the sexual attitudes, the respondents were asked in the Likert's four-point scale with 3 groups of questions that were anatomical and physiological terminology about sex, normal sexual life and immoral sexual life. About anatomical and physiological terminology about sex, they had a little positive feeling. (mean score= 2.62) The school health nurses and the male high school teachers had more positive feeling than the female. (P< 0.05) Also the aged and married male high school teachers had more positive feeling than others. (P<0.05) About normal sexual life, they had a little positive feeling and moderately permissive attitude. (feeling mean score=2.96, attitude mean score=3.23) The school health nurses and the male high school teachers had more positive feeling than the female. (P<0.05) And the male high school teachers had more permissive attitude than the female. (P<0.05) About immoral sexual life, they had strongly negative feeling and conservative attitude. (feeling mean score =3.49, attitude mean score=3.35) The school health nurses the female high school teachers had more negative feeling and conservative attitude than the male. (P<0.05) And the male protestant high school teachers had more conservative attitude than no-religion group. (P<0.05) 3. There was a weak correlation between sexual knowledge and attitude. 4. There was no significant difference about starting of sex education between the school health nurses and the high school teachers. (P>0.05) Generally, they answered that the starting of sex education about physical growth and development could bp given with the students' physical growth and development. But for the sex education about emotional and social development, they answered that the education should be given later than the emotional and social development of students. 62.1% of the school health nurses did sex education and 36.5% of the high school teachers did. The common contents of sex education were intersexual-fellowship(date), venereal disease and marriage. And the education about abnormal sex-behavior. divorce and sexual intercourse was given rarely.

대학 도서관 자료의 분실과 훼손에 대한 이용자들의 태도에 관한 경험적 연구 -1989년과 1994년의 조사분석을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study about Students' Attitudes over the Loss and Mutilation of Research Materials in University Library - with an Emphasis on Research Analyses of 1989 and 1994 -)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the attitudes of students, who are used to study at the Library of Duksung Women's University, concerning about the loss and mutilation of books, articles and other research materials m a university library, and to take measures for preventing the library materials from being lost and mutilated. This study made the surveys of student's recognition about the immoral behaviors like larcenous and mutilating acts, the causes of such destructive works and effective preventive measures to keep library materials in good condition, including student's opinion about library services. The investigations were conducted in two times with the same questionnaire on randomly selected 480 students and 540 students of 1989 and 1994 respectively. The sample size is estimated to reach each $10\%$ of the total number of students of 1989 and 1994 in Duksung Women's University. And then, the students were divided into two groups. The one is a group that has had experiences stealing and mutilating the materials from the Library of the University. The other is another group which has done none of them. Thereafter the responses of the two groups are analyzed to compare the differences of the students' behaviors between 1989 and 1994, and thereby finding out important factors inviting the loss and mutilation and accordingly improving effective checks to deter the students from stealing and mutilating the library materials. Some of the research findings suggested in this paper are pointed out as follows: 1) The students who has experienced neither stealing nor mutilating the library materials visited the library more frequently and are more serious about such destructive behavior as stealing and mutilating. 2) The attitudes of the students about services and equipments supplied by the library are slightly different among the students who experienced such immoral activities or not. For example, the experienced students had more preference about an application of self-help duplicating machine being able to use card. 3) To prevent the students from stealing and mutilating the library materials, the non-experienced students demanded an education for them to duly recognize the public interest of the library and also suggested to keep more duplicate materials ready in the library, meanwhile, the experienced students indicated strongly such proposals as strict regulations against stealing and mutilating behaviors, having a correct understanding of costing a lot of time and money to restore the damaged materials to their original state and keeping many duplicates ready in the library. 4) It appears to be that there were different between the experienced and non- experienced students concerning causes invited stealing and mutilated behaviors. 5) Over all, the number of the non-experienced students is more increased in 1994 than that of 1989.

게이 자아 정체성에 따른 게이의 의복 특성 - 드라마 <퀴어 애즈 포크>를 중심으로 - (The Characteristic of the Clothing behavior of Gay Men According to Gay Identity - Focusing on the Drama -)

  • This study explores the clothing behavior of homosexual men for identity creation. Since homosexuality has been viewed in terms of immoral, medical or social problems, gay males have made efforts to construct presentational styles in order to hide or reveal their sexual identities. Kate Schofield and Ruth A. Schmidt found that there were three different layers of individual gay identity construction expressed in clothing: shared gay identity, tribal identity, and situational identity. Using their framework, 630 gay men's outfits found in the U.S drama 'Queer as folk' were analyzed, which dealt with the lives of a group of gay men living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Findings point that gay males use their clothing effectively to express their sexual identity. Firstly, they use certain fashion items as the signifier of homosexuality on a gay community level. They use their clothing to attract the sexual partners. On tribal identity level, diverse and fragmented styles could be shown besides the effeminate style. Homosexual men's clothing can be classified into the following four dominate styles: the drag look, the macho look, the androgynous look and conventional look. Findings also indicate that gay males make different clothing choices for different situations in order to blend into the heterosexual or homosexual society.

  • Femme Fatale in Film Noir is a wicked woman character who seduces the male partner to a ruin. In the film, the dress style is of extreme importance for the personality creation of the character as well as the development of the plot. With this background, I have looked over the Femme Fatale dress style that appears in the movie . First, it expresses Femme Fatale which stresses the feminine trait by a dress style with enlarged chest and hip parts and long, slim silhouette with tight waist and knee line. Second, the Femme Fatale with pretended purity presents narcissistic satisfaction like a saint virgin by wearing a neck-high one-piece dress embellished with frills, but the use of mirror represents self-alienation and the vanity of purity. Third, the Femme Fatale with its military dress style presents authoritative sternness which leads seduced male into ruin with its destructive power. Fourth, wearing jersey type or knitted wear that sticks to the body presents sensual Femme Fatale. Fifth, the tulle, chiffon, and white handkerchief used for the creation of grotesque Femme Fatale represents harmlessness and prohibition of immoral behavior, and the black gloves, pillbox, and the number on the tulle present her uneasy psychological state from the fear of being discovered after murdering her husband. On the other hand, the see-through tulle presents alluring sensual beauty. Sixth, the combination of the dialogue in the final sequence and drapery type as in Greek goddess represents the saint virgin of salvation who acknowledges her own fault and returns to her purity again. In addition, accessories and others made from shining material represent hidden conspiracy through simple dress and contradictory dynamics, and shoes embellished with bonbon, etc represent sexual implications in connection with male.

한국인의 법의식: 법리(法理)와 정리(情理)의 갈등 (Common People's Emotional Response and Attitude toward Law in Korean Society)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국인들의 법 불신, 법 경시와 준법의식이 희박하고, 법을 지키지 않는 행위의 이유에 대해 논하고자 하였다. 한국인들이 이러한 법감정 내지 법의식의 심층적인 근원에는 인간관계와 정리(情理)가 규범이나 법질서에 대한 적용을 어렵게 하는 사적논리와 공적논리의 갈등, 죄지은 자에 대한 평가나, 범법행위의 단죄에 대한 한국인의 독특한 사고방식이 자리잡고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 추론을 가능하게 하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 동양과 서양이 정의와 도덕을 규정하는 방법에서 차이가 있고, 단순히 한국인들이 약속을 잘 지키지 않으며, 거짓말을 잘하는 부도덕한 국민이기 때문에 준법의식이 약한 것이 아니라, 한국인의 법의식에 내재한 사적 논리 중심적, 정리 중심적 심리 때문에 법이 잘 지켜지지 않는다는 것을 비교문화적인 선행연구들과 국내의 논문들을 통해 밝혀보고자 했다.

인간의 선악을 보여주는 영상은 자신과 타인에 대한 도덕적 판단에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? (Effects of Videos about Good and Evil on Moral Judgments Regarding Self and Others)

  • 기존 연구들은 도덕적 판단이 다양한 요인에 의해 영향받는다는 것을 보여주었다. 혐오감이 도덕적 엄격함을 유도하며, 도덕적 처벌에 대한 청중효과는 이를 보여주는 예들이다. 도덕적 판단이 유동적이라는 것은 강한 정서적, 인지적 효과를 가진 영상자극이 도덕적 판단에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 질문을 던지게 한다. 긍정영상이 도덕적 행동을 촉진한다는 것을 보여준 연구들은 일부 존재하지만(Schnall, Roper, & Fessler, 2010), 부정영상이 도덕적 판단에 미치는 영향을 확인한 연구는 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구는 인간의 선함과 악함을 보여주는 영상이 자신과 타인에 대한 도덕적 판단에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 참가자들에게 인간의 긍정 혹은 부정적인 면을 보여주는 영상을 시청하게 한 다음, 자신 혹은 타인의 도덕적 위반행위의 옳고 그름에 대해 판단하게 하였다. 그 결과 영상의 내용(긍정, 부정)과 행위주체(자신, 타인) 모두 도덕적 판단에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 두 요인간의 상호작용이 발견되었다. 특히 인간의 악함을 보여주는 영상을 시청한 경우 참가자들은 타인의 도덕적 위반행위를 더욱 가혹하게 판단하였다. 이 결과는 영상의 내용이 도덕적 판단에 영향을 미치며, 그 영향이 행위주체에 따라 달라진다는 것을 보여준다. 도덕적 혐오, 프레이밍 효과, 기본적 귀인오류에 근거하여 이 결과를 해석하였다.

행위자 특성과 도덕적 정화방법이 행위자에 대한 도덕적 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Wrongdoer's Characteristics and Moral Cleansing Method on Moral Evaluation)

  • 본 연구는 부도덕한 행동 이후에 발생하는 정화행동에 대한 도덕적 평가가 행위자의 자원 가용성에 따라 달라지는지를 검증했다. 이를 위해 행위자 특성(사회경제적 수준, 신체건강 수준)을 달리하여 도덕적 정화방법(기부, 봉사)에 따른 자원 가용성을 조작했으며, 참가자들은 도덕적 정화행동에 따른 고통, 위선의 정도, 그리고 용서 가능성을 평정했다. 연구 1에서는 사회경제적 수준이 높거나 낮은 사람이 기부 혹은 봉사를 통해 도덕적 정화행동을 하는 시나리오를 제시했다. 그 결과 참가자들은 부유한 사람의 기부는 고통스럽지 않았을 것이며, 위선적이고 용서하기 어렵다고 판단했다. 연구 2에서는 신체가 건강하거나 병약한 사람이 기부 혹은 봉사를 통해 잘못을 정화하는 내용을 제시했다. 그 결과 병약한 사람의 봉사활동은 고통스러웠을 것이며, 덜 위선적이며 (다른 조건에 비해) 용서 가능성을 높게 평가했다. 매개분석 결과 연구 1, 2 모두에서 정화행동의 고통이 클수록 위선을 약하게 판단하며, 이는 용서 가능성을 높이는 매개효과가 나타났다. 이 결과들은 동일한 정화행위라도 행위자의 자원 가용성에 따라 도덕적 판단이 달라짐을 보여준다. 즉, 사람들은 도덕적 정화행동은 고통을 수반해야 하며 그렇지 않은 경우 그 행위는 위선적이며 용서하기 어렵다고 평가함을 알수 있다.

대우한국시상령수차대적연구(对于韩国时尚零售借贷的研究) (An Exploratory Study on Fashion Retail Borrowing in Korea)

  • 现在已有一些旨在解决韩国不道德消费行为的研究, 然而大部分研究把重心放在购买假冒伪劣产品或者入店行窃上. 服装的高额回报率和曾经的服装回扣被认为是时尚产业的问题领域. 然而, 很少研究者致力于这一问题的解决. 因此, 本研究目的在于, 通过使用一种混合的方法路径来探讨消费者零售借贷的经验. 实验一主要通过小组面谈的方式来探讨韩国消费者零售借贷的经验. 实验二通过在线调查的结果显示服装消费者对于零售借贷行为的态度. 调查结果促进了研究人员和从业人员对于零售借贷行为的理解, 同时也深入洞察了服装零售业中的零售借贷问题. 在研究1中, 我们把在过去一年中有零售借贷行为的人分成七组进行五次集中讨论. 参加了这次讨论的韩国消费者中, 有35个在大城市居住. 大部分消费者都是20来岁(21岁), 且以女性居多(24个). 大部分的参与者从一个零售商处购进一批服装, 然后对旧的衣物不是要求全额退款就是就是要求将旧的衣物更换成新的. 零售借贷行为的动机包括社会需要, 工作需要, 时尚需要和 "智能购物" 的理念. 与其他国家现有的研究的结论相似, 在分析时装商店的零售借贷现象时, 最经常被提到的原因是社会需要. 而消费者的道德价值观, 对大公司的态度, 以往的借贷消费经历, 也被认为是影响消费者的零售借贷行为的可能因素. 在研究2中, 收集数据的问卷是基于第一部分研究的成果和其他现有研究结果设计的. 问卷的问题主要关注消费者的道德信仰, 寻求刺激的倾向, 自我价值, 过去的零售工作经验, 零售贷款的经验, 以及他们的一些群体特征等等. 数据的收集是由首尔一家商业网络研究公司的在线调查小组来完成的. 为了保证样本的多样化和有效性, 该公司设计了这样的抽样配额(男: 女= 1:1, 20岁: 30岁: 40岁= 1:1:1, 零售经验: 没有零售经验= 1:3). 共有401个在前6个月有过购买服装经历的消费者参加了这次网上调查. 结果显示19.7%的受访者都表示他们曾经有过借贷购买时尚商品的经历. 在这些受访者中, 男性借贷人约占57%, 多于女性借贷人. 通过年龄的分布来看, x2 显示在拥有或者没有零售借贷经历的受访人之间存在着统计学上的差异: 有41.8%的受访者是在40岁的时候拥有零售借贷经历, 而那些没有零售借贷经历的受访者大约分布在20岁到40岁之间. 在收入方面, 拥有或者没有零售借贷经历的受访者之间也有很大的不同: 前者较于后者, 收入要高一些. T测试主要是在有或者没有零售借贷经验的受访者之间进行比较, 对比他们的时尚购物行为, 道德信念, 感觉寻求的倾向和对零售借贷行为的态度. 与那些没有借贷经验的受访者相比, 有经验者更趋向于频繁的购买时尚物品或者花费更多的钱用在购买时尚物品上. 有借贷购买经验的顾客往往比无经验者有更高的寻求新奇刺激的倾向. 一份回馈的分析表明对于时尚物品零售借贷购买的态度和顾客的道德信仰呈负相关, 但是与每月购买时尚物品的频率, 对新奇事物感觉趋向的走势以及过去的时尚物品零售借贷的经验呈正相关. 在这些变数之中, 过往的零售借贷经验是最重要的预测因素, 道德信念紧随其后. 本次研究作为初次尝试旨在了解零售借贷行为基础背后的动机和影响这些行为的要素. 这次研究的结果可以使我们对消费者零售借贷行为有更深一步的理解, 并为解决方法提供一个基础, 以帮助减少零售借贷行为和时装零售商店的不适当回扣. 这个结果也可以长期为消费者教育提供资料. 为了更好的理解时尚零售借贷行为, 未来还有更多的研究亟待进行.
