The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a difference in image quality before and after reducing the amount of contrast medium in cerebral hemorrhagic patients who periodically follow up CT, and after reducing the amount of contrast medium, the image before and after reduction was examined, and the image quality was assessed by setting ROI at each vessel location using MMWP program. First Rt. CCA, Lt.CCA. Rt.MCA, Lt.MCA and Basilar Artery each got an ROI. Second, the mean and standard deviation values for the ROI were obtained. Third, SNR and CNR were obtained through the average and standard deviation values obtained. T-test statistics show that the SNR and CNR values obtained show that the result values for SNR are Rt.CCA 0.765, Ltd.CCA 0.871, Rt.MCA 0.343 LT.MCA 0.235, Basilar alternative 0.916, result value for CNR Rt.CCA 0.088, Ltd.CCA 0.069, Rt.MCA 0.818, Let's...MCA 0.579 and Basilar Artery 0.878. The results obtained through the obtained SNR and CNR values showed no difference in the quality of the images before and after reducing contrast medium. Therefore, we hope that this study will be an indicator that reduces the burden on contrast agents on patients who do CT examinations periodically.

Purpose: With the demand of SPECT/CT increasing, the interest in complex diagnostic information of CT is rising along with the expansion of various studies on potential performance value. But the study on reduction of exposure dose generated by CT is not being conducted enough. Therefore, in this study, the goal is to identify how much dose reduction exists when performing the extremity bone SPECT/CT using the flat-panel CT. Materials and Methods: The extremity bone SPECT/CT was performed with two equipments -BrightView XCT (Philips Healthcare, Cleveland, USA) and Brilliance 16 CT (Philips Healthcare, Cleveland, USA)-to identify the exposed dose and image quality resulted by changing scan parameter (mAs) applying for both equipment respectively. The noise value of image and spatial resolution were measured with AAPM CT phantom. Tube voltage (kVp) was fixed to 120 kVp, tube current (mAs) calculated at different mA (20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80) was applied to both equipments respectively. DLP (dose length product) were calculated at the same distance at respective mAs. Also, we acquired images and % contrast with NEMA IEC body phantom to confirm the effect on image. The output of statistics was analyzed by SPSS ver.18. Results: Regarding AAPM phantom, the noise decreased as the tube current (mAs) increased and flat-panel had less noise than Helical CT. This difference increased at lower dose exposure. As to the evaluation of spatial resolution, we can differentiate the space up to 0.75 mm with both equipments. With scan parameter (mA) growing, the value of DLP increased up to 54-216 mGy cm at flat-panel CT and up to 177-709 mGy cm at Helical CT. Regarding NEMA IEC body phantom, same sphere with varied parameter (mA) shows that similar results. Conclusion: There is no significant differences of image quality in both flat-panel and Helical CT when the scan parameter (mA) is changed respectively. Moreover, we can identify the reduction of exposure dose and confirm %contrast analysis value with maintaining image quality. Therefore, at the extremity bone SPECT/CT requiring high spital resolution without the wide ROI, the flat-panel CT is considered to be more useful and it expected to result in the similar image quality with lower exposure dose compared to Helical CT. Additionally, through this study, we expect to help the reduction of the unnecessary exposure dose.
The purpose of this research is to seek SPAIR's reversal time (TI) which satisfies two conditions ; maintaining the suppression ability of fat tissue and simultaneously minimizing the inhomogeneity of fat tissue in T2 high-speed spin echo 3.0T magnetic resonance image (MRI) of the brain, and to compare SPAIR with STIR which is fat-suppression technique. The reversal times (TI) of SPAIR protocol are set to 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/12 of SPAIR TR (420 msec), namely 210 msec (8 people), 140 msec (26 people), 70 msec (26 people) and 35 msec (18 people) and STIR TI is set with 250 msec (26 people). With these parameter sets, we acquired the axis direction 104 images of the brain. In ROI ($50\;mm^2$) of output image, signal intensities of the fatty tissue, the muscular tissue, and the background were measured and the CNRs of fatty tissue and the muscular tissue were calculated. The inhomogeneity of the fatty tissue is SD/mean, where SD is the standard deviation and 'mean' is a average fatty tissue signal. Consequently, SPAIR TI is determined on either 1/3 or 1/6 of TR (420 ms) ; 140 ms or 70 ms. Because the difference of statistics in fat-suppression ability and inhomogeneity of fatty tissue is very small (p < 0.001), Selecting 140 ms seems to be better choice for the image quality. Meanwhile, Comparing SPAIR (TI : 140 ms) with STIR, the fat-suppression is not able to be considered statistically (p < 0.252), but the image quality is able to be considered statistically (p < 0.01). In conclusion, SPAIR is better than STIR in the image quality.

DEM(Digital Elevation Model) being fundamental data in geospatial domain is produced from different data and using various methods. As they are derived their precision varies and altering derivative in application. In this work, we compare two widely used DEMs namely(Advanced Land Observing Satellite World 3D 30m and Shuttle Radar Topography Mission Global 30m) around coastal islands in Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. First statistics of each DEM were calculated and later overlapped in Landsat image for visual comparison of areas below and above zero-meter elevation. As a result, it was found that DEMs were highly correlated with each other and had similar statistics. Besides having few high differences in hilly land area, they were able to represent the coastal lines. It has also been noted that they have many negative values and should carefully select study area covering full watershed in coastal regions to avoid negative elevation even after filling the sinks.
This study aims to analyze the impact of elements for evaluating the festival, such as festival content, accessibility and convenience and festival image, on visitor satisfaction and behavioral intention, based on the actual case of Seoul Friendship Fair (SFF) which has been hosted by the City of Seoul every May since 1996. The SFF is participated by 64 embassies operating in Seoul and Seoul's 14 sister & friendship cities. Some 100,000 out of the total 350,000 visitors to the SFF are from overseas. The main elements of this study include survey responses about festival content and population statistics frequency analysis conducted over 277 festival visitors. As for factors, as a result of varimax rotation over main elements, technical statistics, credibility analysis and correlation analysis were done over each element group of five. Hypothesis was validated through regression analysis that the elements for evaluating local festivals have an impact on visitor satisfaction and behavioral intention. The suggestions and results of this study, both theoretical and practical, were presented to help the SFF differentiate itself and thereby become one of Seoul's most representative festivals.
Color correction between two or multiple images is very crucial for the development of subsequent algorithms and stereoscopic 3D camera system. Even though various color correction methods are proposed recently, there are few methods for measuring the performance of these methods. In addition, when two images have view variation by camera positions, previous methods for the performance measurement may not be appropriate. In this paper, we propose a method of measuring color difference between corresponding images for color correction. This method finds matching points that have the same colors between two scenes to consider the view variation by correspondence searches. Then, we calculate statistics from neighbor regions of these matching points to measure color difference. From this approach, we can consider misalignment of corresponding points contrary to conventional geometric transformation by a single homography. To handle the case that matching points cannot cover the whole regions, we calculate statistics of color difference from the whole image regions. Finally, the color difference is computed by the weighted summation between correspondence based and the whole region based approaches. This weight is determined by calculating the ratio of occupying regions by correspondence based color comparison.

The Korea Highway Traffic Authority provides statistics that analyze the causes of traffic accidents that occurred since 2015 using the Traffic Accident Analysis System (TAAS). it was reported Through TAAS that the driver's forward carelessness was the main cause of traffic accidents in 2018. As statistics on the cause of traffic accidents, 51.2 percent used mobile phones and watched DMB while driving, 14 percent did not secure safe distance, and 3.6 percent violated their duty to protect pedestrians, representing a total of 68.8 percent. In this paper, we propose a system that has improved the advanced driver assistance system ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) by utilizing CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) among the algorithms of Deep Learning. The proposed system learns a model that classifies the movement of the driver's face and eyes using Conv2D techniques which are mainly used for Image processing, while recognizing and detecting objects around the vehicle with cameras attached to the front of the vehicle to recognize the driving environment. Then, using the learned visual steering model and driving environment data, the hazard is classified and detected in three stages, depending on the driver's view and driving environment to assist the driver with the forward and blind spots.
This research work presents an experimental study's outcomes to reveal the impact of an O-ring on the flow control over a sphere placed in a turbulent boundary layer. The investigation is performed quantitatively and qualitatively using particle image velocimetry (PIV) and dye visualization. The sphere model having a diamater of 42.5 mm is located in a turbulent boundary layer flow over a smooth plate for gap ratios of 0≤G/D≤1.5 at Reynolds number of 5 × 103. Flow characteristics, including patterns of instantaneous vorticity, streaklines, time-averaged streamlines, velocity vectors, velocity fluctuations, Reynolds stress correlations, and turbulence kinetic energy (), are compared and discussed for a naked sphere and spheres having O-rings. The boundary layer velocity gradient and proximity of the sphere to the flat plate profoundly influence the flow dynamics. At proximity ratios of G/D=0.1 and 0.25, a wall jet is formed between lower side of the sphere and flat plate, and velocity fluctuations increase in regions close to the wall. At G/D=0.25, the jet flow also induces local flow separations on the flat plate. At higher proximity ratios, the velocity gradient of the boundary layer causes asymmetries in the mean flow characteristics and turbulence values in the wake region. It is observed that the O-ring with various placement angles (𝜃) on the sphere has a considerable alteration in the flow structure and turbulence statistics on the wake. At lower placement angles, where the O-ring is closer to the forward stagnation point of the sphere, the flow control performance of the O-ring is limited; however, its impact on the flow separation becomes pronounced as it is moved away from the forward stagnation point. At G/D=1.50 for O-ring diameters of 4.7 (2 mm) and 7 (3 mm) percent of the sphere diameter, the -ring exhibits remarkable flow control at 𝜃=50° and 𝜃=55° before laminar flow separation occurrence on the sphere surface, respectively. This conclusion is yielded from narrowed wakes and reductions in turbulence statistics compared to the naked sphere model. The O-ring with a diameter of 3 mm and placement angle of 50° exhibits the most effective flow control. It decreases, in sequence, streamwise velocity fluctuations and length of wake recovery region by 45% and 40%, respectively, which can be evaluated as source of decrement in drag force.
