By analysing women's identity rooted in Korean families and welfare policies related to families, this research aims to explore more gender-equal family welfare policies for the future. This research examines the change of families along with social changes, women's identity in families, the present family welfare policies, and women's identity in the family welfare policies. Social changes and the demand of market make influence on function and form of families. However, the broad social format of patriarchy persists and women's gender identity and gender role in families make little differences as ever. These women's gender role and gender identity are found in welfare policies related to families as they are. The women is regulated as dependent on male partner with the primary responsibilities on child rearing and elderly care. In addition, only focusing on families in need, Korean family policies are not generally established. Therefore, now, it is strongly suggested that Korean family policies concerning more diverse families should be launched with the gender-sensitive perspective.

본 연구는 결혼 이주 가정 및 중도입국 청소년들의 민족 정체성 탐색 및 형성과 그 맥락적 조건들을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 연구자들은 일반 중고등학교에 재학 중인 13-17세 결혼 이주 및 중도 입국 청소년 17명과 심층 인터뷰를 진행했으며, 연구결과 참여자들의 민족 정체성이 다양한 차원으로 구성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 구체적으로, 청소년들의 민족 정체성을 이해하는 데에는 스스로 규정하기, 규정의 근거, 정체성에 대한 개인의 정서적 반응, 그리고 정체성의 형성 상태 등 다양한 측면들이 중요하게 관여되어 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년들은 자신의 민족 정체성과 관련된 다양한 사회 문화적 경험들을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이주 청소년 연구 및 서비스 제공을 위한 학문적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social voluntary activity on the identity of women's college students. universities are functionally constituted by teaching, researching and social service. Data for analysis are collected 439 students at K women's college in other to examine research questions, t-test and regression test. The results of this analysis are as follows : First, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the college students who had ever experienced social voluntary activity and who had not. Second, The personal characteristics did not give an impact, but their satisfaction was under the influence of institutional support for supervision and altitude of themselves for social service, which were part of the institution characteristics. Third, The social service effectiveness was not affected by the personal characteristics, except influenced by the instituitional characteristits such as degree of compensation an influence on self-esteem. also social welfare and morality were not affected. Fourth, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the impact of service satisfaction on service effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ego?identity and rare teacher's emotional support on the value of sexuality of institutionalized adolescents. The subjects were 102 middle school adolescents in Daegu and Cyeongsangbuk Province, Korea. Ego-identity of the institutional youth, perceived emotional support of care teacher and sexual values reported by the institutionalized adolescents. The data were analyzed with an AMOS 5.5 Program by comparative fit index and a SPSS Win program 12.0 using cronbach's $\alpha$, simple regression, hierarchical multiple regression and path analysis. The findings showed that both the degree of ego-identity and perceived emotional support of care teacher exerted a significant effect on the sexual values of institutional youth. Furthermore, it is important to note that the care teacher's emotional support influenced sexual values of the youth, and was mediated by the ego-identity of the institutional youth.

본 연구는 노인생활시설 사회복지사들의 직무 및 조직특성과 직무만족도의 관계에 있어서 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과를 보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대구시 전체 노인생활시설 24개소에 근무하는 사회복지사 180명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위한 통계적 분석은 위계적 회귀분석 (Window SPSS 12.0)을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 직무 및 조직특성, 전문직업적 정체성, 직무만족에 대한 대상자들의 인식은 직무만족(3.28±.63)이 가장 높았으며 전문직업적 정체성(3.23±.50), 직무특성(3.17±.49), 조직특성(3.17±.58)의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무특성(β=.699, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.871, p<.001)은 직무만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문직업적 정체성을 매개변수로 사용한 경우 직무만족에 대한 직무특성(β=.543, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.773, p<.001)의 영향력이 감소되어 전문직업적 정체성의 부분적 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 사이버대생과 일반대생의 사회복지 현장실습성과와 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교하여 현장실습의 질을 제고하기 위한 각 학교의 개입지점을 찾고자 한다. 연구결과, 사이버대생의 현장 실습성과가 일반대생보다 유의미하게 더 높게 나타났으며, 사이버대생의 현장실습성과에는 수퍼비전, 학교 요인이, 일반대생은 전공만족도, 수퍼비전과 학교요인이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 전문직 정체성에는 사이버대생의 경우 전공만족도, 수퍼비전, 학교요인이, 일반대생은 전공만족도, 수퍼비전이 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 실습 수퍼바이저는 분명한 역할과 체계적인 지도를 제공하고, 학교는 학생들의 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 노력과 함께 예비사회복지사로서의 자질을 향상시킬 수 있는 사전 사후실습지도가 필요하다.

자원봉사는 그동안 남을 돕는 자선적이고 이타적인 행동으로 정의되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 자원봉사는 지역사회의 복지를 위한 성원들의 공동참여의 노력으로 이해되기도 한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 개인수준의 이타적이고 규범적인 동기 이외에 지역성원들이 거주하는 지역내 성원들간의 연결망과 지역성원들의 공동체의식으로서의 정체성이 자원봉사 참여를 설명하는 더욱 중요한 요인이 되는지를 살펴보려고 한다. 이 경험 연구에서는 자원봉사 참여의 설명요인으로 감정이입, 도덕규범 이외에 지역성원 연결망(친밀도, 접촉도, 통합도)과 지역성원으로서의 정체성을 그 주요 원인으로 제시하였다. 이 연구결과는 감정이입과 도덕규범 이외에 지역성원으로서의 정체성이 자원봉사 참여에서 주요 설명요인인 것으로 나타났으며 그밖에 지역성원들간의 연결망은 지역 성원으로서의 정체성을 형성하게 함으로써 자원봉사 참여에 대해 간접적인 영향력을 준다는 결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과는 지역성원들간의 결속력과 공동체의식이 지역사회복지와 자원봉사를 활성화하게 하는 그 주요 기반이 됨을 나타내고 있다.
