Patent strategy research has focused on the efficiency of licensing for investigation, analysis and utilization of application management, product and development task in finding patent idea, to establish patent strategy linked with management strategy and technology strategy. However, it is difficult to find the research on patent strategy that reflects an adaptive culture to enhance the internalization and performance of the established strategy. As a result, companies have been striving to imitate patent strategies of advanced companies that do not consider their industry and organizational culture. This study proposes a method of defining a firm 's patent strategy according to the competing value model that analyzes organizational culture as four frameworks. This study verifies the classification method through case studies, suggests a suitable patent strategy for the patent strategy type. This study has contributions in that discussing from a new point of view based on organizational culture theory and providing a IP strategic model with high practicality.
Based on Lagrange's general theory of algebraic equations, by applying the solution of the equation using the relationship between roots and coefficients to the high school 1st grade class, the purpose of this study is to recognize the significance of symmetry associated with the solution of the equation. Symmetry is the core idea of Lagrange's general theory of algebraic equations, and the relationship between roots and coefficients is an important means in the solution. Through the lesson, students recognized the significance of learning about the relationship between roots and coefficients, and understanded the idea of symmetry and were interested in new solutions. These studies gives not only the local experience of solutions of the equations dealing in school mathematics, but the systematics experience of general theory of algebraic equations by the didactical organization, and should be understood the connections between knowledges related to the solutions of the equation in a viewpoint of the mathematical history.
This paper has checked the position and roles of IT(Information Technology) for future society greeting the open campus in 21 century. The idea was focused 'how to construct IT manpower growing system for electronics related departments that are expected to lead the whole industries in 30 years. The problem how to grow competitive manpower and to receive the necessity of industries flexibly is hot issue for the various education system and it should be linked to career education. Also it is very important element how to realize practically open campus education in the lifelong vocational society. This theme has described the organization between IT related department and school for the functional realization of the center (laboratory) based module type muti semester education system, and has proposed an unique direction of the education development that is shown the relationship between virtual education and open education system suitable for new era. Especially it has depicted the idea how to cooperate with virtual education and lifelong education system through 'CIMTL(Center for Information Media Technology Learning)'.
Unlike the era of manufacturing-oriented industrial economy in the past, the era of service economy has characteristics intangible goods center, knowledge universalization, and expansion of needs, and many things that are of the economy are changing. In the past, the change in the environment was not fast, so even after analyzing the changed environment and deriving the talent needed for the company, it was possible to maintain a talent for the organization for a long time, so it is not proactive to build and apply talent. It became difficult to manage effectively. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted a normative study for deriving a desirable talent model rather than a descriptive human resource model. Human resources image suitable for the modern service economy era, the modern economic society and modern spirit were analyzed and reflected. The model in which the two opposing members of the organization, managers and employees, interact intensely and balance dialectically. A desirable talent in a modern organization must play the role of a manager, and the management and talent models in a modern organization can be said to be connected to each other like the front and back sides of a coin. The philosophy of human resources was presented in five dimensions: human, historical, social, economic, and management. The human resource model from eight factors: mastery, rationality, wisdom, customer orientation, innovation, flexibility, autonomy, collaboration. This study suggested that general talent model may vary depending on the company's type, empirical follow-up studies are needed the talents in each company in the future.
I.M. Pei, 2nd generation Chinese immigrant to America, has been one of the most recognized architects who designs museum architecture through out the world for completing significant projects such as the East Building of National Gallery of Art(1068-78) as well as Le Grand Louvre Renovation(1983-89) to name a few. His museum architecture, in particular, reveals his detailed consideration on viewer's artistic experience by providing well balanced architecture design to support exhibiting objects while showing his sensitivity on overall functionality of space. In recent projects such as Miho Museum in Japan, Suzhou Museum of China, and Museum of Islamic Art of Qatar, reveals his growing interests in considering "local context" in museum architecture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is focused on analyzing I.M. Pei's three museum projects having its concept focused on local context. Through out the paper, above mentioned museums were analyzed and compared to summarize his design characters and concept including site plan, spatial organization and architectural form. As a result, it is evident that I.M. Pei had put full effort to apply oriental context with modernism through out his museums. In particular, his site plan, spatial organization, and architectural form shows visible connection to comply with nature which is fundamental idea in oriental philosophy. While his basic design philosophy has been borrowed from the tradition, his ultimate design concept shows nature friendliness as well as theoretical system of thoughts and emotion and most of all, his design excellency in representing local context.

While one characteristic of modern enterprises is that their forms are mostly stock company type profit organization the other characteristic is that such modern enterprises have mostly been managing under separation between capital and management. The term "Separation of ownership and Management" means that a company is controlled and managed not by its financier or investor but by the professional manager equipped with scientific management skill and knowledge. Nowadays, separation between capital and management could be adopted by advent of professional managers, and the enterprises are managed not exclusively by the interested group of stockholders but by the professional managers Professional managers can manage their enterprises in such a way as to guarantee to achieve sociality and public interests required in the modern enterprises. The purpose of this study is to formalize management ideology of enterprises in Daegu Area by means of comparative study on the degree of separation of ownership and management among enterprises in the United States, Japan and Daegu Area, thus to advise enterprising men of management idea-logy formalized. Findings from the comparative study are as follows 1. There are differences in staffing and financing between enterprises of the United States and those of Japan and Daegu Area. 2. Degree of Separation of ownership and management in Japan and Daegu Area is much less than that of the United States, and 3. The degree of separation of ownership and management is higher in open enterprises in Daegu Area. Accordingly. enterprises in Daegu Area should adopt up-to-data management theory and techniques in order to be developed themselves, and furthermore, to contribute to both the nation and the local community in economic development. In modern industrial society, the scale enterprise organization is growing very rapidly and the managerial circumstances are very much complicate and variable , thus the demand for the competent managers equipped with management knowledge and ability are high. The necessity of systematic and efficient managerial training is social demand needed urgently in modern industrial society. Therefore, it is necessary for the enterprising men in Daegu Area to establish cooperation system between university and industry in which they can participate voluntarily.luntarily.
To show the analytic approach to website sue, this paper discusses style's function that is immediately related to users emotional and aesthetic satisfaction. And we make an analysis of several websites based on various visual factors. Style provides emotion, a shared experience, context that makes the message arts function immediately apparent, and interests. It is a principle design feature that parallels cognitive function. Visual factors of website interface could be extracted from various aspects which are organization level, medial level, and formative level. Based on the extracted visual factors, we analyze the style which convey emotional idea. We select several sites which are opposite side in the image map with son-hard and warm-cool axis, and then make an analysis of them in two points which are organization and formative factors and communication means for emotional effect. To understand the systematic approach to website style could be helpful for figuring out the design problems and bringing out many solutions. It could be base for concrete guideline for website page design.
This thesis suggests a R&D model for Korean SI companies who aggressively drive oversea business to overcome domestic market limitation and to become world class SI players. Even though there have been a lot of discussions on IT technologies and new business models, scientific approach to a R&D model for SI companies is rare due to its natural distinctiveness from manufacturing and general service domain. Therefore, this will be a flagship thesis to keep up our study. As business market environment gets more competitive, major Korean SI players will be confronted with much more keen competition among themselves. And as they are willing to expand their oversea market presence, they can not help struggling against global SI players. So, here we are presenting SI players the reinforcement of R&D as one of the key components to build up their own core competencies. That is, SI players have to adopt and evaluate fast changing and complicated IT technologies at the right time, and to apply them into a real business with cost-effective service delivery and operation processes internally. The ultimate purpose of all of these activities is to offer a SI company the value added business model based on its innovative technical capabilities and well refined service deliver model. For this purpose, we suggests, SI company's R&D has to play an important role of emerging technology verification/evaluation/utilization, value added business model creation, future innovation lead, standard body participation, and effective service delivery and quality system development. To become a more effective R&D organization, hybrid R&D, in which central R&D and divisional sub R&D work together, is considered as an idea model. The reliability of the R&D model for Korean SI companies', here we suggest, has been checked by SI companies R&D specialists and on-site business people.
Founding himself on 'The Principle of Self-making' that is the instrument of 'the natural construction' and accomplishing the various interdisciplinary researches, Frei Otto could explicate the fundamental structure of life that is able to make visible the self-making processes in the nature, the technique and the architecture. It is the flexible pneumatic construction that is grounded on the fibrous organization. This was a milestone not only for him who wanted to put the idea of the new architectural form into practice, but also for the contemporary architecture that faces on the style-pluralistic disorientedness. The architectural form of the natural construction includes in itself three constitutional sub-ideas. One of them is 'the adaptable architecture', which is inclined to the architecture similar to the organization of human body, and the other 'the light architecture' that is in the pursuit of the optimal form through the minimal material. The last one is 'the ecological architecture' that aims to realize the optimal dwelling environment based on the effective energy consumption by accumulating knowledges of the always fluid and unstable nature. With these architectural ideas Frei Otto could develop a new architectural form language 'the light architecture of the natural construction'. This study is purposed to explain the various experiments that were made by his team and the basic principles of the structural dynamics of 'the architecture of the natural construction' and then to analyze the structures that were built on the ground of those principles.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of using process-based writing poems in the elementary mathematics classrooms. For this study, we chose 128 elementary school students to examine their mathematical achievements and attitude towards mathematics when using process-centered writing poems in the elementary mathematics classrooms. Process-based mathematics and writing programs developed mainly on the geometry units were composed of four levels, idea generation, idea selection, use and idea organization grouped into similar sections in order to separate into two sections. The results of the practice of this study's problem can be summarized as follows. First, the process-based mathematics and writing activity of geometry had a positive impact on academic achievement in mathematics. Although there was not a significant difference in the fourth and fifth grades, significant differences in the fifth and sixth grade were found. Second, in regards to attitudes in mathematics, process-based mathematics and writing activities had a positive impact. In particular, the improvement of mathematical attitudes was evident in all grades. It confirmed the effective facilitation of interest and enjoyment towards learning mathematics by 4th, 5th and 6th graders who had undertaken these mathematics classes.
