A human Cu, Zn-superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn-SOD) was fused with a Tat PTD of HIV-1 to produce a novel anti-aging ingredient, Tat-SOD for cosmeceuticals. Test of stability and evaluation of transduction efficacy and enzymatic activity suggest Tat-SOD is an effective active ingredient for anti-aging treatment.

Canned-motor of 3-phase induction is to be used for MCP. Its design and analysis are performed considering the effect of eddy-current loss induced in the can. The effect of inverter of canned-motor is also considered as it is controlled by VVVF inverter for two operating points.

SSD는 하드디스크와 다른 구조를 갖고 있으며, 단편화된 잦은 쓰기 연산에 취약하다는 점 등 기존의 환경과는 차이가 있기 때문에 이런 환경에서 발생하는 연산, 특히 I/O 연산에 대한 분석이 필수적이다. 기존의 I/O 연산 측정도구로 사용되던 벤치마크를 이용하여 SSD의 성능을 측정할 경우에는 상위단계에서의 읽기, 쓰기, 성능만 분석되기 어렵기 때문에 하위단계에서 실제로 SSD상의 I/O연산의 수행 성능을 정확히 측정하기 어렵다. SSD는 내부 저장 알고리즘의 효율성에 따라서 성능 차이가 크기 때문에 정확한 성능을 측정할 수 있는 분석 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SSD상에서의 I/O연산의 계층적 분석을 위한 모듈을 제안한다.

To identify four cyst nematodes (Heterodera schachtii, H. trifolii, H. glycines, H. sojae) that are economically important plant-parasitic nematodes in Korea, restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) by 8 endonucleases (PstI, VspI, AlwI, RsaI, MvaI, EcoRI, Eco72I, Hinf I) was performed based on sequence difference of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene. As a result, species-specific DNA band patterns by RsaI endonuclease were observed in H. schachtii. The specific patterns was in H. trifolii by 3 endonucleases (VspI, AlwI, Hinf I), and was in H. glycines by Hinf I. While, H. sojae was not digested by 4 endonuclease (VspI, AlwI, RsaI, Hinf I). This study showed that four cyst nematodes could be distinguished using RFLP by 4 endonucleases (RsaI, VspI, AlwI, Hinf I) based on the sequence difference of COI gene.

My hand's full with sweat on computing. 13. I feel tremble or heavy in my heart. 14. I'm tired easily. 15. I'm not concerned about a sex impulse at all.

iRTK 시스템을 개발하고 측위정확도 검증을 위해 중저가 수신기를 이용한 실험을 수행하였다. 각기 다른 네 가지 기선에 대해 iRTK 시스템을 이용한 측위실험이 이루어겼고, 1-3m수준의 측위정확도를 얻을 수 있었다. 제안하는 iRTK 기법은 기존의 RTK와 적용범위 및 정확도는 유사하지만, 중앙처리센터에서 일괄적으로 사용자의 위치를 계산하는 점이 다르며 유무선 인터넷을 이용하므로 통신범위에 제약을 받지 않는 장점이 있다. 그러나 유효응용범위가 5km미만인 단점도 있다. 따라서 향후 iRTK시스템의 효율적인 전국서비스에 대비한 보완책의 한 방안으로 VRS의 도입을 검토하였다.

We show that if I is an ideal of a $C^*$-algebra A such that the unitary group of I is connected then cer(A) $\leq$ cer(I) + cer(A/I), where cer(A) denotes the $C^*$-exponential rank of A.
