High Performance Control of IPMSM using Fuzzy-Neuro SV-PWM (퍼지-뉴로 SV-PWM을 이용한 IPMSM의 고성능 제어)

  • This paper is proposed a high performance speed con01 of the Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor through the Fuzzy-Neuro SV-PWM, SV-PWM is controlled using Fuzzy-Neuro control. SV-PWM can be maximum used maximum dc link voltage and is excellent control method due to characteristic to reducing harmonic more than others. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • This paper introduced the scheme that it improved performance of magnetic levitation system with zero power controller. Magnetic levitation is used widely, but it is complicated and difficult to control due to having nonlinear characteristics of gap and current. So, it is proposed a scheme considered changed gap according to variable load and is verified by simulation and experiments in this paper.

  • Recently, in the industrial applications, the direct drive method with linear pulse motor(LPM) has been introduced and studied for practical use. This paper describes the analysis result of hybrid(HB), permanent magnet(PM), and variable reluctance(VR) type LPM. First, calculation of the flux density distribution in the air gap at these LPM by finite element method. And by mean of Maxwell's stress tensor with above magnetic flux density, calcurated the static thrust force and normal force.

  • This paper presents the static thrust of a hybid-type LPM by coenergy method. First, the nonlinealities of the permanent magnet, the primary core and the secondary are interpolated by the cubic spline method. Then the equivalent magnetic circuit including airgap reluctance, which is a function of displacement, modelled by the permeance method is obtained. From the derivative of coenergy with displacement computed by Newton Raphson method, the static thrust is calculated at each displacement with certain exciting current.

  • Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) for traction motor in the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) has different parameters and characteristics according to pole and slot combinations. The fitting combination of pole and slot in the IPMSM improves characteristics of traction system ultimately. This paper deals with analyzing the characteristics of IPMSM for mild type HEV according to pole and slot combinations. Based on the result of characteristics, suitable pole and slot combination is presented to maximize efficiency of traction motor in the HEV system.

  • The hybrid type LOA is electric machine which reciprocates the mover by thrust force produced by interaction of flux between coil current and permanent magnet. In this paper, the shape of LOA is designed conceptually and calculating algorithm of leakage inductance in the stator slot and magnetizing inductance between stator and mover is obtained. Using the conceptually designed LOA, the change of flux distribution is studied in consideration with movement of a mover.

  • Cr-Al-Si-N coatings were deposited on WC-Co substrates by a hybrid coating system of arc ion plating and DC magnet :on sputtering technique in $N_2/Ar$ mixture. The Cr-tll-Si-N coatings were synthesized with different Si contents. Their microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically investigated. The average size of crystallites largely decreases with the increase of Si content compared with Cr-Al-N. The microhardness of Cr-Al-Si-N coatings largely increases from 24 to 55 GPa. The enhanced hardness is believed to originate from the microstructural change by the fine composite microstructure of Cr-Al-N coatings with Si addition. The average friction coefficient of Cr-Al-Si-N coatings decreases from 0.84 to 0.45 with increasing Si content up to $16\;at.\%$.

  • This paper investigates the dq current trajectory for maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) operation of an interior PM synchronous motor for HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle). Based on the dq current trajectory for the MTPA operation derived from the motor parameters, the change of the MTPA operating point for the variation of the motor parameters including the magnet flux and the dq inductances is considered. The dq current trajectory for MTPA operation is verified through the experiment.

  • 본 논문은 압축기용 영구자석 동기전동기의 효율 개선을 위한 새로운 운전 제어 방법에 대해 제안한다, 일반적으로 냉장고용 압축기는 종래에 고정속도로 운전되는 유도기를 많이 적용해 왔으나 최근 고효율화, 고성능화의 요구증대로 영구자석 동기전동기를 적용하여 가변속 제어가 가능하도록 구성한다. 최근 냉장고의 경우 대용량화 고효율화의 요구로 인해 더 넓은 운전 범위 운전 특성이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서 제안하는 제어 방법은 넓은 운전 제어 및 고효율 운전이 가능하도록 운전 속도에 따라 구형파 제어 및 정현파 제어가 전환이 되어 속도 및 부하조건에 따라 최적 제어가 이루어지는 방법을 제안한다.
