Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

변전소 건설과 운영에서 발생되는 자료들의 전산화와 데이터의 체계적인 관리는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 IT기술을 활용한 SIMS(변전소 정보관리 시스템)의 도입은 시스템을 통합하고 자료를 단위설비로 관리하는데 매우 효과적이다. SIMS는 시스템을 통합하는 인터페이스 역할로서 기존의 변전분야에 도입된 시스템들의 문제점들을 보완하고. 변전소 건설에서 발생하는 새로운 정보들을 저장함으로서 분산되어 있는 시스템을 통합할 수 있다. 따라서 SIMS는 건설하는 변전소와 운영되는 변전소에 적용하게 되면 HMI(Human Machine Interface)를 통한 변전자동화 및 무인화 방향에 부합되는 최적의 시스템이 될 것이다.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, many production plants are gradually evolving into smart factories that apply information and communication technology to manufacturing, distribution, production, and quality management. The conversion from conventional factories to smart factories has resulted in the automation of production sites using the internet and the internet of things (IoT) technology. Thus, labor-intensive production can easily collect necessary information. However, implementing a smart factory required a significant amount of time, effort, and money. In particular, labor-intensive production industries are not automated, and productivity is determined by human skill. A representative industry of such industries is sewing the industry. In the sewing industry, wherein productivity is determined by the operator's skills. This study suggests that production performance, inventory management and product delivery of the sewing industries can be managed efficiently with existing production method by using smart buttons incorporating IoT functions, without using automated machinery.

An airman licensing system is central to the establishment and management of a state's airman licensing which gives official privileges to a person to perform specific activities by evaluating applicant's knowledge and proficiency. In recent decades, the level of the domestic aviation industry continues to leap forward and state's airman licensing system has also been advanced. However, accidents caused by pilot human errors are still occurring. In particular, the pilot occupations require a lot of experience and knowledge and the student pilots receiving the initial flight training have formed their own flight habits based on knowledge, skill, training methods, procedures, etc learned from the flight instructor. This paper discusses possible ways on the improvement for the domestic flight instructor rating by analyzing domestic and international rules and procedures for a flight instructor rating.

The human baby appears to be born with preexistent knowledge of language. This specialized neural structure in the brain awaits auditory experience with language to trigger it into functioning. The auditory-linked acquisition of language is a time-locked function related to early maturational periods in the infant's life. The longer auditory language stimulation is delayed, the less efficient the language facility will be. It is for these reasons that it is urgent to fight the hearing problems of children with all the skill, knowledge and insights of which we are capable, the so called 'rehabilitative process'. An understanding of the timetable and the origin of prenatal to early life development of auditory mechanism will help in planning the aural rehabilitation. Further interests and studies are needed to establish the systematic structure of rehabilitative audiology.

The main purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of secondary Home Economics education curriculum and program by investigating the recognition perceived by Home Economics teachers. We have done statistical analyses of 237 questionnaires on the Home Economics teachers' recognition. The results are as follows: 1) The respondents evaluated the necessity of Home Economics education in secondary school, application of aquired knowledge and technical skill and learning by practical experience, highly. 2) As for the contents of Home Economics education curriculum, the respondents place a high value on the field of Meal Management, Child and Family Studies, Home resourse Management and Consumer life, Clothing Management, and House Planning and Management, in the order. 3) The most important educational concepts are knowledges and understanding for the human beings.

The purposes of this study is to find middle school student's application of Home Economics course and its related variables. The samples are 323 middles school students in Kangneung. For the statistics analysis of this study, frequency, mean, Cronbach's a coefficient, ANOVQ, t-test, Pearson'correlation and multiple regression were calculated. The results of this study are summarized as follows ; 1. It is appeared that middle school student's application of Home Economics course are the food, human development and family relationship family, resources management and the consuming, the clothing. 2. Variables that affect middle school student's application of Home Economics course are the vocation of father, way of learning about home life skill, agreement with educational goal of Home Economic, evaluation of Home Economic teacher, evaluation of education field, participation in class of Home Economic and needs for Home Economics. 3. The explanation degree of these seven variables is 27.7% and needs for Home Economics is the most domineering variables.

컴퓨팅 사고란 일반적으로 자동화된 프로세스 설계를 용이하게 하는 정신적 기술(mental skills)을 의미한다. 21세기를 살아갈 학생들에게는 매우 필요한 기술로 인간의 정신 능력과 컴퓨팅 능력을 필요로하는 문제들을 해결하기 위해 핵심이 되는 새로운 사고 방법인 컴퓨팅 사고 배양이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 사고 정의에 대한 인식들이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지와 SW교육을 통해 학습자들의 심리적, 행동적으로 변화되는 기질이 무엇인지를 알아보는 방법에 대해 살펴보았다.

For a precise manipulator control in the presence of environmental uncertainties, it has long been recognized that the robot should be controlled in a task-referenced space. In this respect, an effective visual servo control system for robot manipulators based on neural networks is proposed. In the proposed control system, a Backpropagation neural network is used first to learn the mapping relationship between the robot's joint space and the video image space. However, in the real control loop, this network is not used in itself, but its first and second derivatives are used to generate servo commands for the robot. Second, and Adaline neural network is used to identify the approximately linear dynamics of the robot and also to generate the proper joint torque commands. Computer simulation has been performed demonstrating the proposed method's superior performance. Futrhermore, the proposed scheme can be effectively utilized in a robot skill acquisition system where the robot can be taught by watching a human behavioral task.

Objectives: As nationally qualified health education specialists were produced for the first time in 2010, there is a need to suggest opinions on its quality management by examining university curriculum for health education specialist and its education system and this is the main topic of paper. Results and conclusion: The results are as follows. First, it requires to provide a high-quality education continuously by introducing the certification system for universities which offer health education. Secondly, education content needs to be based on skill for health education specialist and more standardized curriculum should be developed. Thirdly, introduction of validity date for the health education specialist qualification is needed. Fourthly, it is desirable to introduce the academic credit bank system after effectively organizing the management system. Lastly, follow-up course for health education specialist needs to be introduced.
