현대 산업 사회에 있어서 40대 중산층 주부가 지각한 가정 생활의 제 문제 (A Study on the Family Life Issues Percieved by the Middle-Class Housewives in Modern Industrial Society)

  • The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out overall family life issues percieved by the middle-classhousewives in their forties. 2) To examine detailed aspects related to middle years crises, leisure activities, children issues, family economy issues, and housing issues. 3) To clarify solutions to, and provide basic data on family issues raised by the middle-class families. The middle-class housewives in their forties living in the Seoul area were the subject of the survey. The sample size analysed in this study was 422. Data were analysed by the frequency, mean, percentile, standard deviation, X2-test, analysis of variance, multiple classification analysis, analysis of multiple regression, and Scheffe-test as a post-hoc analysis. The conclusions are as follows: First, the middle-class housewives tend to give more importance on children issues, especially on academic achievement and career development. Second, family cohesion of middle-class families is comparatively high and intra-familial conflict is low, and middle years crisis of housewives is comparatively low, too. Third, the stability of middle-class families can be found in household economic management patterns. one fourth of the families own stocks and two fifths of the families own real estate except their own dwelling house. Be based on their property income add to their labor income, middle-class families are showed their economic stability, however, intra-class inequality is found, too. Fourth, the great part of middle-class families that possess their own house, tend to be unsatisfied with their housig scale, and a half of the families expect to enlarge their housing scale for more comfortable and convient living.

중학교 가정과 교사의 교육과정 관점과 주거교육 가치관 (Middle School Home Economics Teachers Perspective about Home Economics Curriculum and Housing Education Value)

  • 본 연구는 가정과교사의 교육과정 관점과 주거교육가치관 요소에 대한 인식을 알아보고 이들의 관계를 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 자료는 전국에서 중학교 가정교과의 주생활 영역을 지도하고 있거나 지도해 본 경험이 있는 교사를 상대로 e-mail과 방문을 통해 설문지로 수집하였으며, 207부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN(ver. 10.0) 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA와 scheffe, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과교사의 교육과정 관점은 실존적 관점이 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로 구조적 관점, 전통적 관점의 순으로 높았다. 전통적 관점은 교사의 연령과 교직경력이 많고 남녀공학보다는 남학교나 여학교 근무 교사가 그리고 사립학교에 다니는 교사가 높았다. 실존적 관점은 여교사, 가정교육전공, 대학원 재학 이상 학력, 공립학교에 다니는 교사가 높았다. 구조적 관점은 여교사, 연령이 적고, 가정교육전공, 그리고 대학원 재학 이상의 학력을 지닌 교사가 높았다. 둘째, 가정과교사의 주거교육가치관 요소의 일반적 경향은 9개 요소 모두 평균 이상이었다. 그 중 주거의 생태학적 요소를 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었고, 그 다음으로 경제적인 요소, 사회심리적 요소, 공간계획적 요소, 지역환경적인 요소, 진로교육적인 요소, 문화적 요소, 주거관리적인 요소, 주택정책적 요소 순이었다. 가정과교사의 일반적 특성 중에서 전공자격, 최종학력은 5개의 주거 가치관 요소와 차이를 보였으며 학교 형태는 4개, 가족수, 소득수준, 교직경력은 각각 2개씩, 그리고 성별, 결혼여부, 거주주택 유형, 연령은 각각 1개씩의 주거가치관 요소와 차이를 보였다. 가정교육 전공 교사가 사회심리적 요소, 경제적인 요소, 지역환경적인 요소, 생태학적 요소를 기술교육 전공 교사보다 중요하게 생각한 반면 기술교육 전공 교사는 주거관리적 요소를 가정교육 전공 교사보다 중요하게 생각하였다. 최종학력에 따라서는 대학원 재학 이상인 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 사회심리적 요소, 지역환경적 요소, 생태학적 요소, 주택정책적 요소, 그리고 문화적 요소를 중요하게 생각하였다. 학교 형태에 따라서는 여학교에 근무하는 교사가 남학교나 남녀 공학에 근무하는 교사 보다 사회심리적 요소와 주택 정책적 요소를 보다 더 중요하게 생각하고 여학교나 남녀공학에 근무하는 교사는 남학교에 근무하는 교사보다 지역환경적 요소와 생태학적 요소를 더 중요하게 생각하였다. 셋째, 가정과교사의 교육과정 관점과 주거교육가치관 요소와의 관계를 알아본 결과, 전통적 관점은 주거교육가치관 요소 중 오직 주거관리적 요소와 관계가 있었으나 그 정도는 낮으며 실천적 관점과 구조적 관점은 주거가치관의 각 요소에 따라 약간 다르기는 했으나 주로 보통의 관계를 보였다.

농촌주민(農村住民)의 기초수요(基礎需要) 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study on the Basic Needs of Rural People for the Better Rural Human Settlement)

  • The purposes of the study were to find out the basic needs of rural people and to get some implications for the integrated rural regional development. The data were gathered from 376 local government officers and change agents in 8 Provinces. Major results of study were as follows ; (1) Average income of rural households meet $90{\sim}100$ present of average income of urban households. (2) Most of respondents replied that average labor inputs should not exceed $7{\sim}8$ hours per a day. (3) Basic requirement of school career for the rural life was high school graduate. (4) Education expenditure should be less then 6 percent of total consumption expenditure. (5) Rural people should be able to access to basic public facilities such as school, hospital and drag store within thirty minitues. (6) Desirable housing space for rural life was $66{\sim}72.5m^2$. (7) Rural people should enjoy $3{\sim}4$ times of cultural activities and $3{\sim}4$ times of tours in a year.

다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 직무만족도 및 관련변인에 관한 연구: 방문교육지도사를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Relevant Variables in Employees of Multi-Cultural Family Support Center: Focused Home-Visiting Educator)

  • This study examined job satisfaction and relevant variables for multi-cultural family home-visiting educators. The selected study subjects were 192 home-visiting educators who work at Multi-Cultural Family Support Centers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do areas. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS ver. 18.0. The main results were as follows. First, the job satisfaction level in multi-cultural family visiting educators stood at 3.29 points, subjects' age, averagely monthly income, marital status, and activity career were shown to influence generally upon job satisfaction, self-efficacy, job stress, and cultural competency. Job satisfaction was high in groups with: a high age, small career, low averagely monthly income, and married. Second, self-efficacy and job stress were big in the job satisfaction of multi-cultural family visiting educators. The same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency was not significant. Third, an examination of relative influence upon job satisfaction in home visiting educators indicated that the explanation power was 29.0%. Significant influential variables included academic background, marital status, self-regulation, and role ambiguity. Self-regulation was greater for those with lower academic backgrounds and unmarried. Job satisfaction was higher in the lower role ambiguity. Thus, the same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency wasn't indicated to be significant. This has significance in having shown characteristics of job satisfaction in multi-cultural family visiting educators.

기혼취업여성의 일-가족 갈등과 여파에 관한 연구 (A Study on Work-Family Conflict and Spillover of Married Working Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the work-family conflict and work-family spillover of married working women. For this purpose, this study estimate the level of work-family conflict and spillover and investigate the related variables to then The results are as follows. The level of work-family conflict is ordinary. The level of role conflict as mother is highest and that of role conflict as wife is lowest. The level of work-family spillover is also ordinary and positive work-family spillover and family-work spillover are higher than negative ones. Work-family conflict of married working women have a significant difference according to woman's age, age of first child, number of children, household work time, career years, and support of family. Negative family-work spillover have similar trend with wok-family conflict in affecting variables. This study is meaningful in analyse the work-family spillover of married working women as well as work-family conflict to reveal the positive aspect with negative aspect of work-family. It is needed to eliminate the conditions which cause conflict to married working women and emphasize the positive effect of work-family.

사회적기업을 통한 돌봄노동의 지원가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Support of Care Work through the Social Enterprise Model)

  • Various family-friendly policies have been put into place for working mothers, but their paid and household workloads have not decreased. Many women have experienced career interruptions due to care work, so possible solutions to the problem of care work are needed. The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of applying the social enterprise model to care work. Definitions, types, and development processes in social enterprise in several nations were discussed for the purpose of this study. Second, problems of care work in Korean households and national support for them are surveyed. Public institutions' contributions in child-care and family elder care and the alternatives for solving problems thereof were discussed. Third, several principles and advantages of applying social enterprise models to care work were suggested. Finally, this study discussed what a healthy family support center can do to reduce the workload of a household through social enterprises. This center can be a testing place that supports care work by various means from small volunteering groups to social enterprise according to profit level.

청소년의 자아정체감이 진로의사결정 유형에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-identity by Adolescents on Types of Career Decision-making)

  • 청소년기는 삶에 결정적으로 영향을 미치는 대학이나 학과 그리고 직업선택을 해야 하는 시기이기 때문에, 청소년들이 보다 현명한 진로의사결정을 하도록 돕기 위해서는 올바른 자아정체감 형성이 중요하다. 본 연구는 청소년의 자아정체감 형성이 진로의사결정유형에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구결과 청소년의 미래확신성과 자기수용성 정도가 높을수록 합리적으로 진로의사결정을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 진로에 대하여 구체적인 계획을 갖고 뚜렷한 삶의 목표를 정해놓고, 무엇이 되고 싶은가를 분명히 알고 있는 학생일수록 합리적 진로의사결정을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만아니라, 자신을 꼭 필요한 존재로 생각하며, 능력있다고 생각하며, 사람들 앞에서 자신의 참모습이 드러나는 것을 두려워하지 않는 학생일수록 진로의사결정을 합리적으로 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 청소년의 자아정체감 형성이 진로의사 결정유형에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

전국 사범대학 가정교육과 교육과정의 현황 분석 및 현행 중등학교 ‘실업.가정과’ 교육과정과의 관련성 고찰 (Analytical Study of the Current Curricula in the Departments of Home Economics Education and Their Relationship with the Current Curriculum of the‘Practical Arts’ in the Secondary School)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest basic data and the direction for revising the curricula of the departments of Home Economics Education toward developmental and efficient ones. The current 23 curricula of all the department of Home Economics Education in Korea were analyzed and compared with the course of the subject “Practical Arts”included in the 5th Study Course of Secondary School to get the following results. 1) Only three subjects are commonly established in all the colleges, and they are Nutrition(obligatory in 23 colleges), Home Economics (obligatory in 21, optional in 2) and Housing (obligatory in 21, optional in 2). 2) Some subjects have various names differing with colleges, though the contents being the same, 8 subjects are established under more than 7 titles. 3) Principles of Home Economics and Home Education, which are obligatory subjects for the majors in Home Economics Education, are established with far less number of scores than the instructions given from the specialists. 4) Subjects over-subdivided beyond necessity are sometimes established, and some curricula are showing the lack of balance in distributing scores among disciplines after concentrating on a particular discipline. 5) Too few subjects are established entirely for experiment and exercise. 6) There is almost no subject related with the technics for domestic life, vocation and career which are included in the Secondary School Course.

가정과학의 교육내용에 대한 필요도: 델파이 조사 연구 (Necessity of home economics science educational contents: A Delphi study)

  • 본 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정에서 심화선택과목으로 새롭게 편성된 가정과학의 교육내용 필요성에 대한 가정과교육 전문가들의 합의를 도출하여 앞으로의 가정과학 교육내용을 설정하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 가정과교육 전문가를 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 실시한 델파이 조사 결과에 의하면, 가정과교육 전문가들은 가정과학의 영역별 교육내용에 대하여 가족생활, 식생활, 소비생활, 주생활, 의생활 영역의 순서로 필요성이 높다고 합의하였다. 또한 가정과교육 전문가들은 가정과학의 각 영역에서 지식, 기술, 직업과 관련된 교육내용보다 실제 생활에서 유용한 교육내용에 대한 필요성이 더 높다고 합의하였다.

Profile of Professionals of the Brazilian Production Sector of Timber Housing

  • On account of the lack of education of Brazilian worker, this paper analyzed the characteristics of those professionals working in the production sector of timber houses. A sectoral survey was carried out with respective entrepreneurs to investigate the available professionals (career and contract types), evaluate the demands of skilled workers, and indicate solutions to improve the quality of labor qualification. Similarly, over 65% of sampled producers presented both direct-hired and outsourced workforce. For such contract ways, Civil Engineers and Architects were the main careers. Carpenters, Civil Engineers and Architects experienced on timber were the main sectoral demands. Timber Engineers have good potentials of service for this sector. The creation of courses on timber products can emerge as a key alternative to train people.
