In this paper, a horizontal LOS(line of sight) rate estimator for conventional sea skimming ASM(anti-ship missile) is proposed. A LOS rate dynamics model for a 2-axis gimbal system and the homing geometry is derived. A new LOS rate estimator is proposed by applying the Kalman filter theory to the LOS rate dynamics model. The proposed filter estimates LOS rates by taking roll motions into account. Simulation results show that the proposed filter produces smaller estimation errors than a conventional method.

The most important technique for an indoor robot navigation is to find out the direction and the distance from the current location to the destination through the information achieved from the sensor. For this purpose, we suggest sensor-based local homing method which compares the destination sensory data with the current location. As for the sensors, we use the CCD camera and the ultrasonic sensor, and recorded entire 360 degree panoramic data. We match the features of the image data, and the distance and the direction of the matched point will be considered as fuzzy numbers. Through a simple fuzzy arithmetic, we infer the geometric relations between the current location and the destination location.

In this paper, a new guidance law to reduce sensitivity to the initial heading errors is proposed. In order for shaping the input weights over the flight, we introduce the distribution functions expressed in terms of time-to-go and its inverse term. By applying the optimal control theory with the synthesized weights, the homing guidance law is derived. Also the characteristics of the proposed law are examined. Various computer simulations show the good performance of the proposed guidance.

장애 극복, 중복, 부하 분산, 서비스 비용, 정책 등의 이유로, IPv6에서 멀티홈(Multi-homing)을 지원하는 연구들이 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 진행 중인 멀티홈 지원 방안들을 살펴보고, 특히 이름과 위치 정보를 분리하는 방향으로 진행 중인 연구들 중 대표적인 HIP와 Shim의 방안을 비교한다.

In this paper, the algorithm and the computer simulation of a effective homing navigation system are presented. it is a combination of Path integration by using population coding and neural network and simple avoidance obstacle algorithm. Also, through the computer simulation, we demonstrated the feasibility of the suggested method.

In this paper, the optimal homing guidance problem is investigated for the general missile/target models described in the state-space. The closed-form solution of the optimal guidance law derived, and its asymptotic properties are studied as the time-to-go goes to infinity or zero. Futhermore, several approximate solutions of the optimal guidance law are suggested for real-time applications.

Monogenic disease의 치료를 위한 하나의 전략으로 viral vector를 이용한 gene therapy에 비해 독성이 적은 gene targeting 기술을 이용하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구의 주된 관점은 자연적인 HR의 낮은 효율을 개선하기 위한 DSB 유도 방법으로, 선택성을 높일 수 있는 긴 염기서열의 인식이 가능한 artificial endonuclease의 개발이다. 본 글에서는 이러한 artificial endonuclease 중, 가장 많이 연구 되고 있는 homing endonuclease와 zinc finger nuclease를 간략히 소개하였다. 전자와 후자 모두, 인식 서열에 대한 일정 수준의 tolerance (인식 서열 일부가 특이적이지 않아 다른 염기로 구성된 경우)가 존재하여, 일정한 비율로 다른 target을 절단할 수 있는 가능성이 존재한다. 이러한 점은, meganucleases를 치료 목적으로 이용할 때 세포 독성을 나타내는 근본원인 중 하나이다. 두 종 모두 이러한 특성을 가짐에도 불구하고, 완전한 비자연적인 후자보다는 전자의 경우가 보다 효과적이며 낮은 세포독성을 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 물론 실험 조건이나 적용되는 세포 종류, 인위적인 단백질의 발현 정도에 따라 세포 독성유무 또는 정도에 차이가 나타남이 확인되고 있다. 이러한 사실들에 근거할 때, gene targeting을 유도하기 위한 artificial endonuclease의 서열 특이성을 증대시키는 것이 가장 중요하나, 그 외 여러 인자들에 대한 복합적인 연구 역시 필요함을 보여준다. 현재까지 실제 치료제로 쓰인 예는 없지만, 시험관내에서 보이는 결과와 모델 개체에서 이루어진 표적화정도, 관련된 단백질 치료제들이 지닌 잠재성을 비교할 때 매우 큰 가능성을 지니고 있음은 충분히 확인할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 비례항법 유도의 특성을 이용하여 수동 호밍 유도탄을 위해 탐색기의 lock-on 조건을 유지하면서 충돌각 제어를 할 수 있는 복합 유도법칙을 제안한다. 제안된 유도법칙은 두 가지 형태의 유도명령으로 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째 유도명령은 초기 유도단계에서 탐색기의 지향각(look angle)을 일정하게 유지키기 위한 것이고, 두 번째는 비례항법 유도명령으로서 특정 시선각 조건을 만족시킨 후 적용하여 원하는 충돌각으로 표적을 타격시키게 된다. 제안된 유도법칙은 유도탄의 탐색기 field-of-view(FOV)와 가속도 제한을 동시에 고려하고, 유도명령을 생성시키기 위해 표적 거리정보와 잔여비행시간(time-to-go) 정보가 필요하지 않기 때문에 수동 호밍 유도탄에 직접 적용할 수 있다. 다양한 비선형 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해서 제안된 유도법칙의 특성 및 성능 분석을 수행한다.

Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a long-term adverse effect of chemotherapy treatment. However, current available treatment regimens are not optimal. Emerging evidence suggests that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) could restore the structure and function of injured tissues, but the homing and restorative effects of BMSCs on chemotherapy injured ovaries are still not clear. In this study, we found that granulosa cell (GC) apoptosis induced by cisplatin was reduced when BMSCs were migrated to granulosa cells (GCs) in vitro. Chemotherapy-induced POF was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin in rats. BMSCs labeled with enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) were injected into the rats via the tail vein to investigate the homing and distribution of BMSCs in vivo. The number of BMSCs in the ovarian hilum and medulla was greater than in the cortex, but no BMSCs were found in the follicles and corpus lutea. In addition, the BMSCs treatment group's antral follicle count and estradiol levels increased after 30 days, compared with the POF group. Hence, our study demonstrates that intravenously delivered BMSCs can home to the ovaries, and restore its structure and function in POF model rats.
