재가 치매노인 배우자의 부양부담감이 구강건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Caregiver Burden on the Oral Health-related Quality of Life of the Spouse of an Elderly Person with Dementia at Home)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influencing factors of caregiver burden on the oral health-related quality of life of the spouse of an elderly person with dementia at home. Methods: The participants were 115 spouses of dementia patients registered at dementia safety centers in five health centers in D city. Data were collected from June through December in 2019, using questionnaires of Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-49) and Burden Interview (BI). The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program. Results: A negative correlation was observed between the oral health-related quality of life and caregiver burden (r=-37, p<.001). The caregiver burden (β=-.28, p=.001), subjective health status (β=.39, p<.001), and dental clinic visit (β=-.25, p=.002) explained 33.0% of the variance in the oral health-related quality of life. Conclusion: The development of nursing care for spouses of dementia patients will be needed to reduce the caregiver burden and enhance subjective health status and dental clinic visit, which influence the oral health-related quality of life of spouse of elderly people with dementia at home.

  • 사회적으로 1인 가구의 증가와 Home IoT 기술의 발전에 따라 주거 환경의 편의성 개선이 중요시된다. 또한 'COVID-19'에 의한 실내 활동 증가에 따라 1인 가구의 주거 편리성을 위한 제품 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 추세로 그 전보다 현재 주거 환경과 상호작용이 수월해졌으며, 이에 따라 Home IoT 기술 발전의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 온도, 습도, 미세먼지와 같이 실내 환경 유지에 필요한 정보를 모니터링하여 사용자와 상호작용 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 가스 누출 및 화재와 같은 안전사고 예방에 필요한 IoT 센서를 탑재하여 증가하는 실내 활동에 안전성을 향상하는 시스템을 제안하였다.

웰빙추구성향과 웰빙구매행동이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향: 다차원적 요인의 영향력 분석 (The Effects of Well-being Trends and Purchase Behavior of Well-being Products on the Satisfaction of Life : Focused on Multi-dimensional Determinant Factors)

  • On this research, it were investigated the differences in the well-being trends and the purchase behavior of well-being products by socio-demographic characteristics and other variables. In addition, it were examined the effects of those variables on the satisfaction of life. The following is the summary of the main results. First, female, non-married, consumers living in the southern area of Seoul, and consumers who seek more to well-being information and psychological safety were more likely to follow well-bing trends. In addition, employed, old, and consumers who seek to physical safety, well-being information, and follow well-being trends were more likely to purchase well-being products. Second, the purchase behavior of well-being products impacted the level of life satisfaction, while the well-being trends did not. In addition, married, young, and consumers owing their own house and good health were more likely to show higher level of life satisfaction.

체험적 안전교육이 일개 도서지역 중학생의 안전행동과 기본생활습관에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Safety Behavior and Standard Life Habit on Experiencial Safety Education for one Island Middle School Students)

  • Purpose:This thesis was performed to evaluate the effect of the experience safety education on the safety behavior and standard of habit to the middle school students of one islands. Methods:The participants of this study included 43, located in the adjoining region in S county. While one of the class, composed of 19 students was designated as an experimental group, and the other class, composed of 24 students, was compared as a control group. Used program in this study was safety education program, 'Safe School, Safe Life' which was developed by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency. This program has emphasis on the virtual case rather than lecture style education. Results:The findings in this research were as follows. Indoor safety behavior was significant difference between the two groups. On the other hand, the effect on outdoor safety behavior was not difference. In playground case, active strength was needed without continuous attention. The effect of the experience safety behavior education was not shown in the area of traffic rules, pedestrian safety, and vehicle safety. But home safety behavior was effective. Education program on the manners of standard life habit gives positive results. But in the area of rules, this program was not effective, since students had tendency to emphasize the rigid scale rather than manners. Conclusion:These findings in the study give us the necessity of experience safety education program to prepare various situations of everyday life and to reinforce safety behavior and improve standard life habit.

디지털홈 시스템과 웰빙아파트 계획요소에 대한 중년층 의식 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of the Middle Aged for the Digital home System and Well-being Apartment Design Elements)

  • This study examined the awareness of the middle aged about the digital home system and well-being apartment design elements in order to suggest the design guidelines for planning of the elderly housing environment. By literature review, the concept and characteristics of the digital home system and well-being Apartment design elements were summarized the degree of satisfaction and preference of middle aged for these characteristics were investigated and analyzed. For this study, a questionnaire survey of 156 housewives living in apartment complex of Busan was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: The middle aged were generally short of recognition for digital skill and service, and also they showed positive evaluations to a few useful items of digital home system. These items belong under safety security system and interior environment control system and provided for convenient & comfortable life. Accordingly, satisfied digital home system can apply basic design element for housing for elderly. Whereas, the middle-aged were not satisfied with housework help system and cultural life system because items of these systems were not various and complicate to us. So, for the improvement of not satisfied digital home system, we needed development of digital contents and marketing & management for high accessibility and easy useability. The middle aged will concern about health & environment friendly continuously and become to stay long in their housing as the characteristics of elderly. So, It is necessary to be considered well-being apartment design elements of health & environment friendly very actively and lastingly in elderly housing environment design. Also, the awareness of middle aged for digital home system and well-being apartment design elements varied according to the background characteristics. This suggests housing environment for elderly life is considered differently as various background characteristics of middle aged.

건강신념모델을 적용한 의생활 안전교육 교수·학습 과정안 개발 및 효과평가 (Development and Effectiveness Evaluation of Teaching/Learning Plan for Clothing Safety Education in Home Economics Based on the Health Belief Model)

  • 본 연구는 건강신념모델에 근거한 가정과 의생활 안전 교수·학습과정안을 개발하고, 이를 활용한 수업이 건강신념에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. ADDIE 모형에 따라 '의복 및 섬유제품의 생산, 착용, 세탁, 보관 과정에서 노출될 수 있는 유해물질', '친환경 섬유', '천연세정제'와 같이 3가지 학습요소에 대하여 건강신념모델을 적용하여 6차시의 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수·학습 과정안으로 경기도 안양시 소재 남녀공학 중학교 3학년 7개 학급, 총 229명의 학생을 대상으로 2018년 8월 20일부터 9월 7일까지 1주에 2시간씩 3주에 걸쳐 총 6차시로 수업을 실행하였다. 건강신념을 측정한 사전·사후 자료는 통계 프로그램 SPSS/win(version18.0)을 이용하여 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 개발된 교수·학습 과정안을 수업에 적용한 결과 인지된 위협(인지된 민감성과 심각성의 조합), 인지된 이익, 자기효능감 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었고, 인지된 장애는 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소되었다. 이상의 결과 건강신념모델을 적용한 가정과 의생활 안전교육 수업은 중학생들이 유해물질로부터의 안전한 의생활을 실천할 수 있도록 하는 안전교육으로서 큰 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 가정과 특색에 맞는 안전교육은 물론 의생활안전교육을 활성화시키는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

Jini Surrogate에 기반한 광대역 PLC 홈 제어기 개발 (Development of the Jini Surrogate-based Broadband PLC Home Controller)

  • The home network system guarantees families a safe, economical, socially integrated and healthy life by using information appliances. And it provides a family with domestic safety, control of instruments, controllable energy and health monitoring by connecting to home appliances. This study designs the broadband PLC home controller using broadband PLC(Power Line Communication) technology which can save much cost at a network infrastructure by using the existing power line at home. The broadband PLC home controller consists of the broadband PLC module, the embedded main controller module and I/O module. The broadband PLC home controller can control various domestic appliances such as an auto door-lock, a boiler, an oven, etc., because it has various I/O specifications. In this study, selected home network middleware for the broadband PLC home controller is Jini surrogate using Jini technology designed by means of access to easily a home network system without a limitation of the devices. And a client application program is supported java servlet program to manage and monitor the broadband PLC home controller via web browser of a PC or a PDA, etc. Finally, for an application, we implemented and tested a home security system using one broadband PLC home controller.

  • 가정용 LPG(Liquefied petroleum gas)저압조정기의 성능 및 수명평가를 위하여, 저압조정기의 사용경과에 대한 안전장치의 성능, 조정압력 및 폐쇄압력, 조정 스프링 및 다이어프램의 기계적 물성을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 사용시간의 경과에 따른 조정성능 및 물성저하가 관찰되었으며, 사용기간 6년 이상의 조정기는 성능 저하가 매우 심각한 것으로 분석되었다.

노인보호시설주거 거주자들의 주거만족도에 관한 사례연구 - 미국 Virginia주를 중심으로 - (A Case Study of Resident Satisfaction of Assisted Living facilities - Focusing on Virginia, U.S.A. -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how residents of assisted living facility (ALF) are satisfied with their residence and to identify the reasons for this satisfaction or dissatisfaction as a home. For this purpose, residents'experiences and opinions of the physical environment, the social environment, and the organizational environments such as policies and programs of ALFs were identified. As a multi-site case study, five ALFS in Southwest Virginia were studied using a cross-case analysis. Face-to-face interviews with 25 residents and five administrators of five ALFs, observations, and personal journal were done. Regardless of the type of facilities and the residents'characteristics, most of the respondents were satisfied with their current dwelling. In spite of high satisfaction with the facility, many people did not think of their current dwelling as a real "home." Residents of ALFs may have reordered their priorities in their current life situation so that safety, security, and care were more important to them than feeling "at home.""at home."

지속가능발전교육(ESD)을 위한 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 가정생활 영역 분석 연구 - 청소년의 소비 생활 단원을 중심으로 - (The Analysis of Contents on Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) in Middle School Home Economics Textbooks : Focused on the Units of 'Adolescence Consumption Life')

  • 본 연구는 중학교 가정과 교과서의 '청소년의 소비 생활' 단원을 지속가능발전교육의 프레임워크(framework)로 분석하여 현재 가정교과의 지속가능발전교육과의 관련성을 살펴보고, 향후 미래지향적 관점으로 지속가능한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 역량을 키울 수 있는 교육과정 구성과 교육내용 선정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 분석 대상은 12종 2009 개정 교육과정의 가정교과서 중 '청소년의 소비 생활' 단원이다. 분석방법은 Romey의 내용분석법을 사용하여 ESD 내용요소를 심층적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, '청소년의 소비 생활' 단원에서 공통으로 추출된 내용요소들을 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 분석준거(환경적, 경제적, 사회적 영역)로 분석한 결과 23개의 관련 주제에 따른 하위 내용요소들로 구성되었다. 둘째, 중학교 12종 가정교과서의 '청소년의 소비 생활' 단원 내용요소를 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 세 영역으로 분석한 결과, 사회적 영역(68%), 경제적 영역(58%), 환경적 영역(40%) 순으로 나타났다. 이는 2009 개정 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 청소년 소비자의 역할이 주체적인 소비자에 중점을 두었고, 이와 관련된 내용들이 인간의 안전, 소비문화, 사회적 관심, 단체를 조직하고 활동할 권리 등과 상당히 관련이 있다고 볼 수 있다.
