한국 요양시설을 이용하는 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influcing Elderly Care Burden of A Working Family in Korean Nursing Facilities: A Convergence Approach)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직장인을 대상으로 요양시설 노인의 돌봄 부담감을 조사하고 이에 영향을 미치는 특성들을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 서술적 상관관계 연구로 5개 요양시설에 노인을 입소시킨 153명의 직장인 가족이었다. 자료는 2019년 7월부터 10월까지 자가보고형 설문지를 통해 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 독립표본 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 그리고 hierarchical multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 노인과의 관계, 요양비 부담정도, 요양시설 서비스에 대한 만족으로 나타났으며 이들의 설명력은 20.8%였다. 또한 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 개인의 특성들을 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 및 신체적 부담영역별로 확인하였으며 이러한 결과는 돌봄 가족의 부담감을 줄이기 위한 중재방안에 활용될 수 있다.

초등학생의 영양교육을 위한 식습관 및 영양지식 조사 (A Survey on Dietary Habit and Nutritional Knowledge for Elementary School Children's Nutritional Education)

  • The aim of this study is to survey the eating habits and nutritional knowledge of children in Pusan, with a view to uncovering problems and their underlying causes and cultivating desirable dietary habit and nutrition for children. Three hundred and fifty six elementary school students were asked questions about their eating habits and nutritional knowledge as well as general information about their personal characteristics. The results showed: 1. Only 53.5% of the subjects had breakfast every day. Seventy-six percent of the subjects had dinner every day. Only 40% of the children took meals and talked with family at both breakfast and dinner. Thus there was little opportunity for dietary guidance by parents. 2. About half of the subjects answered that their appetite decreased after eating snack foods between meals. A third of the subjects liked the baked goods as snacks. Because of their high sugar and fat content, they can damage children's health, resulting in child diabetes and tooth decay. For this reason, careful education is necessary to allow children to be able to select snack foods that are appropriate in kind and quantity. 3. About 85% of the subjects had an unbalanced diet. Therefore systematic nutrition education at school is necessary to instill in children the value of balanced diet. 4. Children preferred rice to other cereals as a staple food. They disliked kimchi, seasoned and blanched foods and salads as subsidiary foods. It is therefore necessary to teach children systematically the nutritional advantage of cereals and vegetables and to heighten their awareness of Korean food culture. 5. Children had a low level of nutritional knowledge. The knowledge of specific nutrients was lower than that of foods. In conclusion, systematical educational programs need to be developed at elementary school. These should include information about achieving a balanced diet, good eating habit, meal management and Korean dietary culture. Nutritional education at home must be emphasized.

중년층의 노후의 주거문제에 대한 태도와 노인공동생활주택에의 입주 의사 분석 (Middle-aged People's Attitudes about Housing in Their Later Life and Their Intention to Move into Senior Congregate Housing)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze the attitudes of people in their 50s about housing problems, and, 2) to study their intention to move into senior congregate housing. The survey was conducted from October to November, 2003 in the Seoul Metropolitan area.'rho data L4·Pre collected from m people using a questionnaire. The results were as follows: First, respondents listed 'friends' as the most important element of their later life. Next, in general, they preferred to live in mainstream family housing. Respondents thought 'family and government' had a responsibility to solve senior citizens 'housing problem. Second, a majority of the participants showed an intention to eventually move into a senior congregate housing. However, the group who did not Intend to live in senior congregate housing had a higher income and greater property assets. The appropriate time for the move to senior congregate housing was keyed to a desire to avoid loneliness. On the other hand, a high degree of satisfaction with current housing was the primary reason given for not wanting to move to senior congregate housing. In conclusion, senior congregate housing should be developed as a model for the middle class and might be successful when combined with a high quality social and health program.

A Study on the Discrimination and the Real State of High Calorie Foods with Low Nutrition Values in Children's Snacks sold within Green Food Zone

  • This study surveys the state of 'children's snacks' sold within the Green Food Zone and that of High Calorie Foods with Low Nutrition Value (HCFLNV). The main purposes are the analyses of foods in accordance to KFDA Program for HCFLNV and an analysis of differences in HCFLNV that are dependent on relevant factors such as food types, school types, origins, the scale of manufacturing company, area and price. Based on the analyses, educational and political implications have been sought that will form nutritious dietary habits, contribute to the prevention of obesity, and improve health in child consumers. The methodologies of this study are literature studies and surveys. The results of this study can be summarized as following. First, the number of children's snacks is 517 items of total 645 gathered within 150 Green Food Zones. Candies are the most popular item, next are cookies, chocolates, and breads. Second, in the real state survey there are 186 HCFLNV (36.0%) among children's snacks sold within Green Food Zone. Based on the survey results, the marking of HCFLNV on the package of children's snacks and the extension of the ban of HCFLNV sales to all stores within the Green Food Zone are strongly suggested. This provides preliminary data related to children's snacks and food safety. With enforcement of the Special Act on the Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, the rate of HCFLNV has decreased and the child snack product environment in stores has improved. However, it is necessary to supervise low-priced snacks and promote an awareness of HCFLNV along with the child consumer education of food safety is needed.

환자중심서비스를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 u-Healthcare 시스템 (Ontology-based u-Healthcare System for Patient-centric Service)

  • U-Healthcare는 홈 네트워크, 휴대용 장치 등에 기반한 정보통신기술과 의료시스템이 서로 융합되어 개인의 생체정보 등을 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 자동으로 병원 및 의사와 연결되어 시공간의 제약을 줄임으로써 언제 어디서나 건강을 관리하고 질병을 예방하는 새로운 형태의 의료서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 진료 중심에서 예방 중심으로 변화되어가고 있는 최근의 U-Healthcare 시스템의 기술 발전 추세에 맞추어 조기 대응이 가능한 Healthcare 정보시스템 구축을 위한 요구분석 사항들에 대해 정리하고, 이를 기반으로 u-Healthcare의 실현을 위한 기존의 단위 시스템인 PACS, OCS, EMR, 응급의료시스템을 통합한 환자중심의 클라이언트 시스템을 설계한다. 특히, 온톨로지는 특정분야의 정보 모델에 이용되어 그 분야에서 공통의 어휘를 제공하고, 그 용어의 의미와 용어간의 관계를 다양한 수준의 형식성을 가지고 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 온톨로지 및 무질서한 데이터에 대한 관계를 정의하고, 보다 체계적으로 데이터를 군집화하는 클러스터링의 개념을 포함한 환자중심의 서비스를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 시스템을 제안한다.

게임 개발을 위한 IoT 서비스 (A Study on IoT Service for Game Development)

  • 사물인터넷(Internet of Things)은 실세계에 있는 RFID 테그, 센서와 모바일 폰 등의 다양한 사물들이 인터넷을 통하여 상호 연결되고 협력하는 것을 말하며 이 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술은 센서 및 네트워크 기술, 미들웨어 기술, 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 기술로 구성된다. 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 현재 IoT는 현재 헬스케어, 홈케어, 자동차, 교통, 건설, 농업, 환경, 엔터테인먼트, 식품 등 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 연구 초기 단계에 있는 게임 분야의 IoT의 발전 방향을 논하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 게임 제작을 위한 IoT 기술들을 센서 및 네트워크 기술, 미들웨어 기술, 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 기술을 중심으로 제안한다. 둘째, 게임에 IoT 기술이 접목됨으로써 성장될 수 있는 분야로 기능성 게임과 게임화를 제안한다. 본 연구는 IoT 기술을 이용한 게임 제작자들에게 도움을 줄 수 있다.

경제활동참여 베이비부머의 소비유형과 우울의 관계 (The Effect of Worker' Consumption Patterns on Depression: Focusing on Baby-boomers)

  • 본 연구는 경제활동에 참여하는 은퇴 전 한국 베이비부머의 소비유형을 실증적으로 탐색하고, 유형별 소비가 우울에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 잠재프로파일분석을 이용하여 베이비부머의 소비를 분석한 결과, 기초생활중심형, 사회생활중심형, 주거생활중심형, 고급소비중심형의 4가지 유형이 구조화되었다. 이러한 소비유형과 우울은 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 증명되었는데, 특히 사회생활중심형 소비유형과 비교하여 기초생활중심형과 고급소비중심형의 우울수준이 유의하게 높았다. 또한 교육수준이 낮을수록, 배우자가 없는 경우, 주관적 건강상태가 나쁜 경우, 신체기능에 제한이 있을수록, 장애진단을 받을수록, 여가활동에 만족하지 않을수록, 소득이 낮은 경우, 주관적 경제상태가 부정적일 때 우울수준이 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국 베이비부머를 위한 특화된 노후준비 정책과 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 제언한다.

경북 지역 고등학생의 에너지 음료 섭취 실태 분석 (Analysis on Intake of Energy Drinks of High School Students in Gyeoungbuk Region)

  • This study investigated intake of energy drinks, side effects and willingness to stop intake of 255 high school students in Gyeoungbuk region. The data were collected by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequency, t test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and ${\chi}^2$ test were conducted by SPSS Window V.21.0. About 78% of the respondents had experience of intake of energy drinks. The respondents were aware of energy drinks from 'advertisements on mass media (44.3%)', 'friends (32.2%)', and 'looking in stores (16.9%)'. The mean of the amount of energy drink intake per day was 30.62 mg. Forty-four percent of the respondents had energy drinks during an examination period, and 37% took it at home. The main reasons for intake of energy drinks were 'to fight off sleepiness', 'to recover from fatigue', and 'good taste' in order. Many respondents answered that energy drinks did not much help to increase concentration or learning ability. About 72% of the respondents experienced 'not feel sleepy' after having energy drinks. Half of the respondents experienced side effects such as palpitation, insomnia, and increase of urination. Most respondents had willingness to stop having energy drinks if it had bad effect on health.

한·중 소비자의 웰빙식품 관련변수에 따른 구매의도 (A Study on Purchase Intention to Factors Related to Well-Being Food between South Korean and Chinese Consumers)

  • Since 1992, with the beginning of trade between Korea and China, their commercial relationship has become closer than before. As a result of better quality of life, the consumers of the two countries value well-being more the before. Thus, this paper examined the information search, awareness, purchasing motivation, and purchasing intention of well-being food of Korean and Chinese consumers, and identified the dominant factors influencing the purchasing intentions of well-being food. Firstly, the information searches of well-being food showed significant differences between the Korean and Chinese consumers. Secondly, the awareness of well-being food between the consumers of the two countries did not show significant differences. Thirdly, the results about the purchasing motivation of well-being food showed that the Chinese consumers had stronger purchasing motivation related to 'social responsibility' than that of Korean consumers, and the differences were significant. Fourthly, the results on the purchasing intentions of well-being food indicated that the Chinese consumers had greater intentions than Korean consumers. Fifthly, for the Korean consumers, the variables influencing the purchasing intentions of well-being food were the considerations of health care, purchasing motivation ('personal desire'), and the awareness of well-being food. For the Chinese consumers, the awareness of well-being food, gender (female), information search of well-being food, and education were formed the main variables.

아동 및 청소년이 지각하는 행복에 대한 인식 연구 (Children's and Adolescents' Perceptions of Happiness)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of the perceptions and conditions of happiness between children and adolescents, and also of the perceptions of happiness according to their needs level of the conditions of happiness. There was a total of 649 participants, of which 405 were children and 244 were adolescents, all of whom were attending elementary school, middle school, or high school. The children and adolescents completed a questionnaire on the perceptions of happiness and the conditions of happiness which consisted of 57 (for children) or 58 (for adolescents) items. The results were as follows: First, children and adolescents both felt happy regarding the variables of 'flow', 'health and appearance', 'leisure' and 'interpersonal relations'. However, it was found that children felt happier than adolescents. Second, children and adolescents perceived achievement-related variables as important conditions of happiness. Additionally, variables of 'relations with parents and relatives' and 'positive emotions' were the conditions that children needed. However, adolescents rated the needs of the conditions of happiness higher than children. Lastly, children and adolescent groups who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a high level were found to be happier than those who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a low level. The findings have implications of providing educational, psychological and environmental support to improve the happiness of children and adolescents.
