HESITANT FUZZY SET THEORY APPLIED TO FILTERS IN MTL-ALGEBRAS

  • The notions of a (Boolean, prime, ultra, good) hesitant fuzzy filter and a hesitant fuzzy MV -filter of an MTL-algebras are introduced, and their relations are investigated. Characterizations of a (Boolean, ultra) hesitant fuzzy filter are discussed. Conditions for a hesitant fuzzy set to be a hesitant fuzzy filter, and for a hesitant fuzzy filter to be a Boolean hesitant fuzzy filter are provided.

  • Characterizations of hesitant fuzzy left (right) ideals are considered. The notion of hesitant fuzzy (generalized) bi-ideals is introduced, and related properties are investigated. Relations between hesitant fuzzy generalized bi-ideals and hesitant fuzzy semigroups are discussed, and characterizations of (hesitant fuzzy) generalized bi-ideals and hesitant fuzzy bi-ideals are considered. Given a hesitant fuzzy set $\mathcal{H}$ on a semigroup S, hesitant fuzzy (generalized) bi-ideals generated by $\mathcal{H}$ are established.

  • In this paper, we recall the definition of soft set, fuzzy soft set, hesitant fuzzy set and hesitant fuzzy soft set and some of their examples. We define the concept of hesitant fuzzy soft multiset which combines hesitant fuzzy soft set and soft multiset theory. We also define basic terms in hesitant fuzzy soft multiset with relevant examples. Some basic operations such as restricted intersection, extended intersection, union, restricted union, AND-product and OR-product and their properties are given, supported with illustrative examples. We finally establish some important results, including De Morgan's inclusions and laws.

  • The aim of this article is to introduce hesitant fuzzy paraopen and hesitant fuzzy mean open sets in hesitant fuzzy topological spaces. Moreover we investigate and extend some properties of hesitant fuzzy mean open with hesitant fuzzy paraopen, hesitant fuzzy minmimal open and maximal open sets in hesitant fuzzy topological spaces.

  • Dealing with uncertainty is always a challenging problem. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets was presented to manage situations in which experts have some membership and non-membership value to assess an alternative. Hesitant fuzzy sets was used to handle such situations in which experts hesitate between several possible membership values to assess an alternative. In this paper, the concept of intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set is introduced to provide computational basis to manage the situations in which experts assess an alternative in possible membership values and non-membership values. Distance measure is defined between any two intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy elements. Fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is developed for intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set to solve multi-criteria decision making problem in group decision environment. An example is given to illustrate this technique.

  • Interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (IVNHFS) is an extension of neutrosophic set (NS) and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), each element of which has truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function and falsity membership hesitant function and the values of these functions lie in several possible closed intervals in the real unit interval [0,1]. In contrast with NS and HFS, IVNHFS can be more flexibly used to deal with uncertain, incomplete, indeterminate, inconsistent and hesitant information. In this study, I propose the novel correlation coefficient of IVNHFSs and my paper discusses its properties. Then, based on the novel correlation coefficient, I develop an approach to deal with multi-attribute decision-making problems within the framework of IVNHFS. In the end, a practical example is used to show that the approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with decision-making problems.

NEW RANKING AND NEW ALGORITHM FOR SOLVING DUAL HESITANT FUZZY TRANSPORTATION PROBLEM

  • In this study, a dual hesitant uncertain setting is employed to study the transportation issue. The dual hesitant fuzzy set handles ambiguous, unreliable, or inaccurate data as well as conditions in real-world practical research queries that are impossible or difficult to solve according to current fuzzy uncertainties. The dual hesitant fuzzy set (DHFS) is composed of a membership hesitant function as well as a non-membership hesitant function. In this investigation, we developed a new scoring formula for converting dual hesitant fuzzy numbers (DHFNs) to crisp values and suggested a novel algorithm called contraharmonic mean for addressing the dual hesitant fuzzy problem of transportation. Excel solver is utilized to find the contraharmonic mean. Additionally, we employed the modified distribution (MODI) method to achieve the best possible result. The recommended approach is then explained using a mathematical instance, and its efficacy can be demonstrated by comparing it to previously used techniques.

An Induced Hesitant Linguistic Aggregation Operator and Its Application for Creating Fuzzy Ontology

  • An induced hesitant linguistic aggregation operator is investigated in the paper, in which, hesitant fuzzy linguistic evaluation values are associated with probabilistic information. To deal with these hesitant fuzzy linguistic information, an induced hesitant fuzzy linguistic probabilistic ordered weighted averaging (IHFLPOWA) operator is proposed, monotonicity, boundary and idempotency of IHFLPOWA are proved. Then andness, orness and the entropy of dispersion of IHFLPOWA are analyzed, which are used to characterize the weighting vector of the operator, these properties show that IHFLPOWA is extensions of the induced linguistic ordered weighted averaging operator and linguistic probabilistic aggregation operator. In this paper, IHFLPOWA is utilized to gather linguistic information and create fuzzy ontologies, and a movie fuzzy ontology as an illustrative case study is used to show the elaboration of the proposed method and comparison with the existing linguistic aggregation operators, it seems that the IHFLPOWA operator is an useful and alternative operator for dealing with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information with probabilistic information.

New method for dependence assessment in human reliability analysis based on linguistic hesitant fuzzy information

  • Human reliability analysis (HRA) is a proactive approach to model and evaluate human systematic errors, and has been extensively applied in various complicated systems. Dependence assessment among human errors plays a key role in the HRA, which relies heavily on the knowledge and experience of experts in real-world cases. Moreover, there are ofthen different types of uncertainty when experts use linguistic labels to evaluate the dependencies between human failure events. In this context, this paper aims to develop a new method based on linguistic hesitant fuzzy sets and the technique for human error rate prediction (THERP) technique to manage the dependence in HRA. This method handles the linguistic assessments given by experts according to the linguistic hesitant fuzzy sets, determines the weights of influential factors by an extended best-worst method, and confirms the degree of dependence between successive actions based on the THERP method. Finally, the effectiveness and practicality of the presented linguistic hesitant fuzzy THERP method are demonstrated through an empirical healthcare dependence analysis.
