To establish a rapid and effective method for the analysis of soy isoflavone which is known to have lots of variation in derivatives of glucoside, conversion rate from isoflavone conjugates to its aglycones, and decomposition of conversed aglycones were investigated with various acid hydrolysis conditions. A number of heating conditions for acid hydrolysis including heating at convection oven $(105^{\circ}C)$, water bath $(95^{\circ}C)$, heating block $(120^{\circ}C)$, and hot plate $(120^{\circ}C)$ were applied. Acid hydrolysis in heating block with reflux was chosen as the best heating condition. From the stability test of isoflavone aglycone during acid hydrolysis, genistein, daidzein, and glycitein did not show any significant changes in their contents for 60 min of hydrolysis. Ten to thirty milligram of sample per 1 mL HCl was the best ratio of sample to acid. As conclusion, acid hydrolysis for 60 min after addition of 15 mL HCl solution to 0.5 g soybean, and then fill up to 50 mL with methanol, followed by HPLC analysis was set as a final analysis method. From this method, isoflavone contents expressed as total aglycone of feed meal was the highest with content of $1288.5{\mu}g/g$ followed by those of dehulled meal.
The efficiency of the two extractions (refluxing extraction and heating-block extraction) was compared to develop the simple analytical method for the determination of capsaicinoids, including capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in red pepper powder. For the method development, the parameters, including particle size, extraction time and sample size, were evaluated using ultra high performance liquid chromatography (u-HPLC). It was found that the most effective extraction time of the refluxing extraction was 3 hr. The higher extraction efficiency was obtained with the fine particle of a mild red pepper powder, while the particle size did not affect the extraction efficiency in case of the hot red pepper powder. The higher extraction efficiency was obtained with the small size of sample taken because of the ratio of the large extracting solvent to sample amount. The extraction efficiency of the refluxing method was 3-9% higher than that of the heating-block method, however, the heating-block method could be applied to the determination of capsaicinoids in the red pepper powder for the purpose of quality control of the product.
In order to reduce the cost of corrections and time needed for the block assembly process, the reverse setting method is applied for a back-heated block to neutralize deck deformation. The proper reverse setting shape for a back-heated block to correct deformation improved the deck flatness, but an excessive amount of reverse setting could inversely affect the flatness of the block. A prediction method was developed for the proper reverse setting shape using a back-heated block, considering the complex geometry of blocks, thickness of the deck plate, and thermal loading conditions such as welding and back-heating. The prediction method was developed by combining the re-meshing technique and inherent strain-based deformation analysis using the finite element method. Because the flatness deviation was decreased until the lower critical point and thereafter it tended to increase again, the optimum value for which the flatness was the best case was selected by repeatedly calculating the predefined reverse setting values. Based on this analysis and the study of the back-heating deformation of large assembly blocks, including the reverse setting shape, the mechanism for selecting the optimum reverse setting value was identified. The developed method was applied to the actual blocks of a ship, and it was confirmed that the flatness of the block was improved. It is concluded that the developed prediction method can be used to predict the optimum reverse setting shape value of a ship's block, which will reduce the cost of corrections in the construction stage.
In this study, the design analysis and the explosion welding were made into a clad sheet by the convergence method in order to solve the problem of heat transfer to the guide due to the heating of the 3D printer heating block. The shear strength of the clad plate material was tested and the results were analyzed by thermal analysis, thermal conductivity and thermal imaging. The following conclusions were obtained. 3D modeling of the heating block made of copper and titanium clad plate material The thermal analysis showed that the surface temperature of the filament guide area was lower than the heating block surface temperature. The average shear strength of copper and titanium clad plate material was measured and the average value of 195.6MPa was obtained. The thermal conductivity of the heating block made of copper and titanium clad plate material was measured three times and the average value was $62.52W/m{\cdot}K$. The surface temperature of the heating block made of copper and titanium clad plate material was measured by a thermal imaging camera at a maximum of $107.3^{\circ}C$ and $183.2^{\circ}C$ at the filament guide. The temperature distribution was $89^{\circ}C$ lower than that of the existing filament.
It designed a study to examine the efficiency of DNA and RNA extraction from archival formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues using an non-heating and heating method. Archival paraffin blocks of liver, kidney, colon were randomly selected. Each paraffin block was prepared in 20 microtubes. For each paraffin blocks were tested non-heating DNA extraction to 10 microtubes and heating protocol under pH 7.0 and $100^{\circ}C$ to 10 microtubes. Evaluation of the results of DNA extraction was carried out by measuring concentration by UV spectrophotometry and then PCR amplification. DNA extraction content that non-heating method was liver $5{\pm}0.7{\mu}g/mL$, kidney $2{\pm}0.3{\mu}g/mL$, colon $6{\pm}0.4{\mu}g/mL$ and heating method was liver $12{\pm}0.6{\mu}g/mL$, kidney $7{\pm}0.5{\mu}g/mL$, colon $10.{\pm}0.3{\mu}g/mL$. Successful RNA extraction was observed, by ${\beta}$-actin amplification, in 46.7% sections for samples treated by the heating method versus 30.0% using non-heating DNA extraction. The extracted nucleic acid showed better values for samples heated at $100^{\circ}C$. Therefore heating extraction of nucleic acid is reliable, quick and efficiency.
During fabrication of deck house block in passenger ships, the problem of unexpected large deformation and distortion frequently occurs. In this case, line and spot heating method were widely used to correct the distortion of thin plate structure. Spot heating was especially used for the case under 5mm thickness. Few papers are available on the working conditions of spot heating method but only little information on deformation control. In this study, evaluation was carried out on the temperature distribution of spot heating methods using FEA and practical experiments for various heating time. IIn FEA, heat input model was established using Tsuji's double Gaussian heat input mode (Tsuji, I., 1988). This model was verified by comparing with experimental data. Also radial shrinkage and angular distortion due to spot heating were determined and compared with experimental results. Thermo elasto-plastic analysis was performed using commercial FE code, MSC/MARC. Radial shrinkage and angular distortion were measured using 3D measuring apparatus. Based on these results, simplified analysis model for deformation by spot heating was established.

The objective of the present paper is to develop an analysis method for the correction of welding deformation of stiffened plate by line heating. In this paper, the equivalent loading method, based on the inherent strain theory, was used to analyze the heat-straightening of a stiffened plate. Equivalent loads were obtained by integrating the inherent strains which were determined from the highest temperature and the degree of restraint. Finally, the obtained equivalent loads were imposed, as applied loads, on the elastic analysis for the prediction of correction of welding deformation in stiffened plate. The proposed method is expected as a basic study in heat-straightening analysis of welding deformation in large scale block.
This study aims to presents the applicability of apartment building for renewable energy systems using method of uncomplicated calculation and computer simulation. According to the weather conditions (NASA Surface meteorology and Solar Energy) analysis, it has been found that photovoltaic and wind power system can be applied to apartment buildings application. In case study considering layout and block plan, adaptation of solar water heating, photovoltaic and wind energy system to apartment buildings was proved to produce a profit. And the application strategies of renewable energy systems can be used not only for the investment decisions for economic analysis but also for the comparative analysis of uncomplicated calculation and computer simulation.
In this study, the risk of heat generation due to normal and overload currents that vary with the abnormal loosening angle of wire-connecting bolts were identified. The risks were analyzed based on the thermal characteristics to minimize the carbonization accidents of terminal blocks inside distribution panels typically used in industrial sites. We applied a method for measuring the heating temperature and temperature variations in the terminal blocks in real-time by installing a resistance temperature detector sensor board in the terminal block. The experimental results showed that the terminal block model with a low-rated current exhibited a higher heating temperature, thus, confirming the need to select the terminal block capacity based on load currents. Additionally, the higher the rated current of the terminal block with a high-rated current and the higher the degree of loosening, the faster the carbonization point. Such heating temperature monitoring enabled real-time thermal temperature measurement and a step-by-step risk level setting through thermal analysis. The results of the measurement and analysis of carbonization risks can provide a theoretical basis for further research regarding the risk of fire due to carbonization. Furthermore, the deterioration measurement method using the temperature sensor board developed in this study is widely applicable to prevent fires caused by poor electrical contact as well as risk-level management.
About a Structure is performance external insulation is fundamantal performance for enrgy-saving. these day, most of residential structures have constructed by internal insulation method structure. The method structure internal insulation have construction and economical efficiency, but on the other hand, be generated heat loss by heat bridge especially, be generated loss heat-energy logical consequence in structure ondol. The external insulation structure method has a mert able to minimum to loss heat about heat-bridge. But the external insulation technique is unsatisfactory statues within the know-how and method of construction and materials compared with developed countries. The recently, the requirement of market related to the external insulation technique is resulted by the energy efficiency system, but it can lead to the lack of alternative technique In study on the korea type passive house building design for insulation block method of wall system has to experimental characteristic heat-energy of practice building. In result field-experimental, the heat-bridge appeared to characteristic spent heat-energy of blow 2L class and have a suffience performance it.
