치유환경 조성을 위한 생태적 의료시설 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Ecological Healthcare Facility for the Healing Environment)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest healthcare facilities as ecological architecture. The physical environmental health of human mainly depends on the Quality of architectural natural environment, so it is very important to prepare healing environment on the healthcare setting. This study proceeds to search planning factors of healthcare facilities in ecological architecture through configuration of three main goals. It also explain the importance of ecological planning methods, and suggest a way of architectural planning of health-care facilities in future, through the study of the features and analysis of application methods. The future hospital should provide reduction of the effect on environments, increasing amenity, healing landscape. To create healthcare facilities ecological is essential not only to human health but also human survival.

Comparative Study on the Users' Awareness and Choice Patterns on the Healthcare Environment Color Index, Focused on Koreans and Romanians

  • In contemporary times, there is an increasing demand for a dedicated healthcare environment, all over the world. The main motivation for this demand is the level of awareness manifested by the users and reflected on their expectations. Therefore new research strategies and design actions are investigated in order to answer to the users' needs and to provide objective design tools for the specialist. This study continues a series of previous developments of the Healthcare Environment Color Index that should be used for public facilities in Korea and abroad. The cross-cultural approach is a new opportunity for exchanging know-how and for testing and calibrating the perception of the users on the color index. The gathering of results was made based on the online survey provided in this phase in English version for the Romanian users. The survey was intended as an objective mean of research and an efficient way of disseminating information on the subject thus contributing to increasing the level of awareness of the users. A total of 86 Romanian and 89 Koreans with valid answers took part in the survey. Comparative visualizations of the results showed significant similarities concerning the patterns of color preferences but also cultural and emotional differences. As a result both categories of users proved to be aware of the relation between healthcare environment color and its effects on health. They also showed a common understanding on the potential of the color index. As a result the most appealing colors to be applied to the healthcare environment were the series G and B, and the most effective ones were proved to be the ranges of high lightness and low saturation but also the medium high lightness and medium saturation. Both the similarities and the differences of choice between Romanians and Koreans show that cultural and emotional differences of color recognition are important and that should be taken into consideration in design, in order to generate an inclusive and efficient healthcare environment.

  • One of the most important inventions and developments in the digital world today is the healthcare system based on blockchain technology. Healthcare is an important field that requires the application of security mechanisms due to the sensitivity of patient data. The association of blockchain with healthcare contributed to achieving better security mechanisms than the traditional approach. The new approach operates in a decentralized system, which in turn, improves security in the healthcare environment. Consequently, blockchain technology has emerged as one of the most crucial solutions to security violations and challenges in the healthcare industry. This paper provides a comprehensive review of several experts' recent protection and detection approaches in this domain. It is also imperative to note that the paper focuses only on the recent techniques that have been published during 2017-2020. The sophisticated procedures have been investigated and discussed in terms of similarities and differences to highlight the significance of the protection needed to secure the healthcare environment.

  • 인터넷 등의 정보기술의 발전은 기존의 의료기술에 빠른 변화를 가져오면서 e-Healthcare가 사회적 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 의료정보화 패러다임의 새로운 전환점이라 할 수 있는 e-Healthcare는 국내에서 의료정책방안이나 기술개발을 하고 있지만, 아직 의료정보화의 기반이 되는 인프라는 부족한 수준이며 개방된 인터넷 환경 내 역공학적 측면으로 민감한 의료정보 유출 및 프라이버시 침해에 대한 문제가 대두되는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 앞서 제시한 문제점의 해결방안으로 e-Healthcare환경 내 개인의 의료정보 보호를 위한 역할기반의 접근제어 시스템(HPIP - Health Privacy Information Protection)을 네 가지 주요 메커니즘(사용자 신분확인, 병원 권한확인, 진료기록 접근제어, 환자진단)으로 제안하였으며, 실 환경에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있도록 프로토타이핑을 통해 그 가능성을 타진해 보았다.

노인전문병원의 치유적 옥외환경과 이용자의 건강성과 간의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correlation between Therapeutic outdoor environments and Health outcomes in Geriatric Hospital)

  • This study aims to examine the outdoor environment of a geriatric hospital and explore its stress-relief impact upon those who utilize it. Post Occupancy Evaluation is employed to assess the effectiveness of a healthcare setting. This study is based on survey questionnaire including the users' perception of outdoor environment, their perceived restorativeness, and quality of life. A total of one hundred and sixty individuals including patients, families and visitors, and healthcare staffs. As a result, it turns out that the therapeutic outdoor environment and its users' health outcomes, such as reststroativeness and quality of life are significantly correlated. In conclusion, the finding of this research seems to demonstrate the potential that the therapeutic outdoor environment has for the improvement of its users' health by enhancing.

  • There are already many researches providing u-Healthcare service, but they have left problems to be improved. First of all, the transmission range between sensor nodes and the gateway are restricted. Hence, patients feel uncomfortable because of they need to possess or locate closed to a gateway all the time when they aggregates their medical data. Also, the existing systems have not considered life environment that is important to analyze patient's diseases. Moreover, a guardian need to located close to patient or possess a mobile device that monitors a patients' status in real time when they are in outdoor. In this research, we present multi-hop packet transfer algorithm and compilation of life environment which help improve the problem of the existing researches. Likewise, we designed and implemented a medical information database and a real-time web monitoring system that manage patients' personal history and monitor a patients' status in real time. In this paper, we design and implement the u-Healthcare system based on mobile environment and we present a result when we tested our u-Healthcare system in scenario environment.

  • 현재 u-healthcare서비스가 활발하게 이루어지기 위해서는 통합의료정보시스템이 갖추어져야한다. 또한 통합의료정보시스템이 안전한 환경에서 구현되기 위해서는 인증시스템이 기반이 되어야 한다. 하지만 아직 여러가지 요구사항을 개발하는 단계에 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합의료정보시스템에 한발 나아갈 수 있도록 u-healthcare 서비스를 위한 생체인식 이용 인증시스템을 설계하여 제안하고자 한다.

  • 4차 산업혁명의 몰입과 함께 산업의 전반적인 흐름이 ICT 기반의 비즈니스 환경으로 나아감에 따라 의료산업에도 환경변화가 일어나고 있다. 공공재 성격을 지닌 의료산업에서는 의료서비스의 신뢰성과 지속성을 요구하고 있으나, 스마트 환경으로 전환하기에 기존 시스템들의 호환성, 확장성 문제로 인하여 보안에 대한 도입이 늦춰지고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 신속하게 스마트 의료환경에서 보안체계를 구축하기 위하여, 필요로 하는 보안기술을 도출, 분석하고 도입하기 위한 이해관계자들이 관심을 가져야하는 부분과 역할에 대하여 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 의료보안체계를 구축하기 위한 이해관계자들의 다차원적인 노력에 대하여 확장성 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: As the concerns for the environment are gradually prioritized, increasing interests of environment-friendly buildings are drawn. Numerous researches about healthcare buildings have been performed however, they were mainly focused on convenience or healing condition for medical treatments. The hospitals consume energy and generate $CO_2$ as twice as the residential or commercial buildings do. Various green building certification systems are globally arranged. But, it isn't easy to find certification criteria for the green hospital besides the US and UK's ones which are specially designed to evaluate environment-friendly medical buildings(Lim&Yoo, 2010). Methods: In this study, we investigates current conditions of Tokyo Regional hospitals in environment-friendly standpoint and also investigates the foreign certification criteria and systems for the green healthcare building and finds the possibility to apply them to Korean one. Results: Through this study, we found that the Tokyo regional hospitals can be environmentally improved by management plans and programs. Implications: Based on this analysis, Korean Green Building Certification for healthcare facilities will be developed in near future.

  • 의료정보 기술의 Smart 환경, Ad-hoc networking, 무선통신 환경은 u-Healthcare 요소기술과 함께 정보보안 취약성을 증가시키는 주요 요인이다. 트래픽 도메인이란 u-Healthcare 의료정보시스템을 통과하는 트래픽 구간의 구분 영역으로서 보안기술의 적용이 가능하도록 네트워크 영역을 구분하는 개념이다. 그 구분의 기준은 보안기술의 적용이 필요한 영역, 트래픽 경로와 트래픽 성격이 타 도메인과 차별화 가능한 영역, 보안기술 적용시 타 영역의 보안기능으로 기능중복이 발생치 않는 영역이다. u-Healthcare 의료정보시스템 도메인은 사용자단말구간, 공중통신망 인프라구간, 네트워킹구간, 인트라넷구간으로 도출된다. 의료정보시스템을 도메인별로 구분하여 취약점을 평가하는 이유는 도메인별로 취약점에 대한 대처방법이 다르게 도출되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 의료정보시스템 도메인을 도출하고 도메인별 보안취약성 진단체계를 설계하여 USN 기반 u-Healthcare 시스템에서의 보안대책을 강구하기 위해서이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 모델을 사용할 경우 현재까지 막연하게 진행 되어온 USN 기반 의료정보네트워크 보안취약성 진단대책 수립 방법을 좀 더 효과적으로 수행 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
