Recently, there are many children's hospitals which medical facilities are need to be improved in China. Except medical facilities, the environmental element-children's emotional security and mental development-were often been ignored. The waiting space is a place for the formation of the impression of hospital and the important space of spatial constitution for emotional security. It is necessary to provide a friendly environment for children. Previous studies showed there are three factors that affected healing environment in children's hospitals' waiting space: physical, psychological and conduct. The result showed that Chinese children's hospitals performed better in physical factor, but lack of psychological and conduct factor based on the case study of 6 children's hospitals in Beijing. In order meet the needs of patients and protectors better, the main purpose of this study is provide the suggestion for improving the healing environment from the perspective of design.

This research aims to suggest the possibility of functional culture contents based on interdisciplinary methodologies, especially for people who have Autism Spectrum Conditions, or those who have disabilities on express and receive gamsung (emotions). Recently, the development of application technologies in smartphones and tablet computers needs of functional culture contents, which are connected with the gamsung system. Moreover, the potential of marketplace of functional culture contents is emerging, as can be seen from the success of Augmentative and Alternative Communications (AAC) applications. Therefore, with the development of more applications that prevent and resolve Gamsung Disabilities anticipatively, there will be a positive economic effect of reducing back on intervention expenses as well as the construction of new contents ecosystem. So, in this research, we will attempt to make an approach of using the cultural semiotics methodology in finding attributes and features of applications that help to keep mental stability and balance for people with gamsung Disabilities. Particularly, this research will suggest an interdisciplinary theory on healing contents making methodology, using contents analysis; user interface (UI) analysis; and user experience (UX) analysis on existing smart healing applications.

Recently medical facilities that can help to heal the interpretation have evolved as a healing space. Accordingly, the patient's emotional, psychological and social ward plan to meet the needs of the patient to recover is important. The medical team is also related to the nature of human life, so they are experiencing high stress levels compared to other professionals. However, most places don't consider the user's psychological behavior. The purpose of this study is to build user-friendly lighting environment using LED lighting. LED lighting is easy to adjust illuminance and color temperature, and it is can be implemented in the medical area.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare progressive liver disease characterized by cholestasis and bile duct fibrosis, has no accepted, effective therapy known to delay or arrest its progression. We report a 15 year old female patient diagnosed with PSC and moderate chronic active ulcerative colitis (UC) who achieved normalization of her liver enzymes and bile ducts, and resolution of her UC symptoms with colonic mucosal healing, after treatment with a single drug therapy of the antibiotic oral vancomycin. We postulate that the oral vancomycin may be acting both as an antibiotic by altering the intestinal microbiome and as an immunomodulator. Oral vancomycin may be a promising treatment for PSC that needs to be further studied in randomized trials.

The problem of water leakage due to damaging waterproof in concrete structure, causes the impediment in a long term and shortened the life span of durability. There are a lot of techniques for repair and reinforcement to improve using environment. However, the improper construction which is unconsidered various environmental conditions, could effect to increase the maintenance expenses. Therefore, this study will be compared and estimated the adhesion liquid and sheet integrate waterproofing material, as analyzing the existing problem. For those result, we would like to arrange the alterative plan for the long durability and user needs of concrete structure.

This paper provides practical suggestions for how palliative care clinicians can address the expressions of spiritual struggle voiced by patients and their loved ones. In addition to practical tips for listening and responding, ethical guidance and opportunities for self-reflection related to spiritual care are briefly discussed. Principles to guide practice when the clinician is listening and responding to a patient expressing spiritual struggle include being non-directive, honoring (vs. judging) the patient's spiritual or religious experience, keeping the conversation patient-centered, focusing on the core theme of what the patient is expressing presently, using the patient's terminology and framing, and responding "heart to heart" or "head to head" to align with the patient. Ultimately, the goal of a healing response from a spiritual care generalist is to allow the patient to "hear" or "see" themselves, to gain self-awareness. To converse with patients about spirituality in an ethical manner, the clinician must first assess the patient's spiritual needs and preferences and then honor these.

Purpose : This purpose of this study is to make a better public hospital patient room to reflect the views of the patient. Methods: Survey to examine patient experience on healing environment in public hospital have been conducted for the data collection. 229 open-ended answers have been analysed statistically by MS Excel program. Results : 1) If there is no toilet space in the six-patient room, installation of toilet in the patient room is necessary. 2) The most Frequently used patient furnitures are necessary to accomodate the patients needs. Depending on the patient condition, installation of a portable or fixed the room furniture for the convenience to the using furniture. 3) According to the flow of modern times, wireless internet access is required to install of expand the space. Also be used to establish a regulations of internet space. 4) To create healing environment infection free environment should be provided. 5) Need for improvements of patient room for relatives of patient. It is necessary to secure a comfortable space to stay. 6) Separation is needed among the patients through therapeutic classification. Implication : In order to provide a better patient room environment, it is necessary to reflect the patient's opinion.

Developed countries in agriculture like Netherlands, Belgium and England, have managed Green Care policy and project during the last decades. The needs in Green Care is also increasing as new growth power in rural area of Korea. This study investigated sites which are already operating as complex with Green Care theme. This study surveyed the operating conditions like type, scale, location pattern, purpose, customer and finance for cases of the complex. The period of the survey is from 2015. 8. 11 to 2015. 09. 10 for the 24 activated cases in aspect of operation and management. Among the 24 cases, 16 cases were classified as Green Care Complex which facilities are aggregated a place, and the other 8 cases as Green Care Cluster which are distributed at several places. The analysis result showed that there were apparent distinction among cases in total budget, costs of construction, capacity for guest, and the total number of annual visitors. Despite of the type and scale the accommodation cost, the number of workers, and amount of sales have small deviation in distribution of values, although the cases have various type of contents and scale of space. The result of this study can be used as data of bench marking to develop the Green Care Complex or Cluster in rural area.

In this paper, I will explore disparate voices embedded in the interactions of stories in which personal, cultural, historical, and mythical consciousness brings up diverse ideas about the experiences of Native Americans. The accommodation of differences and changes is clearly manifested through the healing ceremony of Tayo, which poses some practical questions: what could be the authentic tradition of Native Americans?; which direction should it be led to? As these questions suggest, Tayo needs to think over and work through the way that Native oral stories will enrich the signification of being Indian within multicultural U. S. society. In other words, Tayo should transfer the oppositional relationship between Anglo and Native American world into an interactive one to bring forth new meanings concerning their interactions. As a hybrid, Tayo begins to recognize that his fragmented consciousness could represent the pervasive but surmountable anxiety about the cultural clash between Native and White Americans. Going through the multiple layers of his stories, Tayo learns that Native Americans need to hold a balanced viewpoint firmly: this demonstrates that storytelling brings restoration and renewal to him. As a result of Betonie's healing ceremony and his intimate relationship with Ts'eh, Tayo comes to have a holistic comprehension about how all the living things are interconnected to one another. After acquiring this recognition, Tayo succeeds in his quest to get back Josiah's cattle and recovers his identity as a Laguna Pueblo Indian, still letting diverse voices, cultures, and stories flow into the process of storytelling. As the last scene in which the conversations among Tayo, Auntie, and Grandmother took place illustrates, Tayo has newly secured a position that will require him to create a new, alternative story, not just repeating previous stories.

This paper is concerned in the theme of the liability for the breach of duty to inform(Haftungszurechnung der $Aufkl{\ddot{a}}rungspflichtverletzung$) and the malpractice of cosmetic surgery. Here, the terms, treatments for healing purposes and purely medical-technical cosmetic operations are well integrated in the category of "medical conduct(medizinische Handlung)" within the meaning of the public and administrative 'Medical Law'. In the judgment of 6. 13. 2013 Az. 2012DA94865 provides the KHGH(Korean Highest Court of Justice) to inform the patient about the prospects and risks of cosmetic surgery(Infrabrow Excision Blepharoplasty) stringent requirements, similar to the judicature of BGH(cf. BGH, Urt. v. 6. 11. 1990, Az.: VI ZR 8/90). Even in the judgment of 5. 12. 2014 Az. 2013GASO865646 the SZLG(Seoul Central Regional Court) recognizes the physician contract for 'cosmetic septoplasty' as a sort of contract for work. The medical treatment(${\ddot{a}}rztliche$ Heilbehandlung) is still regarded as a prototype of the medical activity, therefore in the meaning of the 'Civil Law(KBGB)', its term needs to be used immediately for healing purposes. The cosmetic operation, desired by a patient, differs from the healing treatment by the element of "indication" and the fact that the "healing purpose(Heilzweck)" itself is missing. In comparative context - methodically fully aware that the unreflective term transfer between different laws might contradict their legal purposes - a series of judgments BSG(BSGE 63, 83, BSGE 72, 96, BSGE, 82, 158, BSGE 93, 252 etc.) and some judgments of LSG are reviewed. In addition, also the dogmatic topic for the "legal natur of a medical treatment contract" is to reconsider by comparative introducing BGHZ 63, 306. Now in view of the current state of greater popularity of artificial cosmetic surgery still indeed is the sentences: The doctor is minister naturae, a helper of nature. A doctor promises regularly only the proper treatment of the patient, but the contractual liability for work should not be excluded in medical conditions for cosmetic surgeries altogether.
