양송이 재배주기에 따른 형태적 특성 변화 (Changes in morphological characteristics of common mushroom fruiting bodies in different harvest flush)

  • 국내 육성된 양송이 '새도' 등 5개 품종으로 수확주기별 버섯의 형태적 변화를 확인하기 위하여 농가현장 시험을 통하여 생산성 및 품질을 평가하였다. 공시품종의 재배적 특성을 종합해보면 버섯발생 및 생육에 관련한 부분은 거의 비슷한 특성을 보였다. 전반적으로 균사 활력은 비슷하였으나 재배농가의 평가에서는 '새도' 품종이 강한 편이며, '새한' 품종이 약한 것으로 평가하였다. 자실체의 개체중은 품종특성 보다는 농가별 퇴비의 상태 및 발생량이 관여하는 것으로 추정되며, 품종간의 차이를 구별할 수 없었다. 자실체의 갓 직경, 갓 두께, 대 길이 등의 특성에서 달성군, 용인시, 보령시 지역농가의 경우는 품종에 관계없이 첫주기에 대비하여 주기가 진행되면서 감소하였다. 하지만 대 굵기는 품종에 관계없이 첫 주기에 대비하여 2, 3주기에는 증가하는 경향이었다. 하지만 경주는 품종과 주기에 따른 어떤 경향을 확인할 수 없었으며, 부여에서는 갓 직경과 대 길이는 '새정'을 제외한 품종들은 주기가 진전함에 따라 감소하였고, 갓 두께와 대 굵기는 품종간 일정하지 않았다. 이러한 수확주기별 형태적 특성의 차이는 품종보다는 수확주기별로 배지에서의 양분의 공급량과 사용한 퇴비의 품질과 재배환경의 변화에 따른 차이에 의해 발생하는 것으로 예상된다.

예취주기의 상호전환에 따른 White clover 품종의 예취수량 및 생장 (Harvest Yield and Growth Response White Clover Cultivars to Infrequent , Frequent Defoliation and Their Alternation)

  • Pasture composed of about 30% botanical composition of white clover (Trijolium repem L.) is desirable in its productivity and quality. To get information on maintaining its productivity in the pasture, the experiment was canied out to determine the effect of infrequent, frequent defoliation or their alternation on change of its harvest yield and growth. Individual plants of Regal, Louisiana S-1, Grasslands Huia and Aberystwyth S184 were grown in 22cm plastic pot containing a 2 : 1 : 1 soil : sand : Peat moss mixture for 27 days after transplanting 50day seedlings raised on 3cm pots, and then all their fully expanded leaves are removed. Defoliation treatments were forced every 1 (CC, frequent), 4 week (RR, infrequent) or their alternations (CR, RC) after 8 weeks from the removal. To analyze the treatment effects, plants were sampled on 0 (the removal day), 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks after the removal and seperated to leaves, petioles, stolons and roots. Each harvest yield of infrequent defoliation (RR) was higher than that of frequent defoliation (CC). Their alternations (RC, CR), however, forced fluctuation of the yield according to defoliation interval. Fraction weights from their altemations showed intermediate ones of infrequent and Frequent defoliation whose weights did the similar result to their harvest yields. Fraction and total dry weights per plant, shoot/root ratio were changed by relative span of defoliation interval, which resulted from the weights of leaves and petioles, removed parts. Root and total dry weight per plant of Regal were greater than the other cultivm in infrequent defoliation interval regardless of continuous or alternations. Productivity of white clover in pasture, therefore, can be controlled by alternation of infrequent and frequent defoliation or reverse.

수확시기별 까마중 전초의 성분, 항산화활성 및 항염증 활성 (The chemical constituents, antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory activities of Solanum nigrum Linne by different harvest time)

  • 본 연구는 까마중 수확시기에 따른 성분변화, 항산화효과 및 항염증 효과를 분석하여 최적 수확시기를 구명하고자 수행하였다. 까마중의 주요 아미노산은 수확시기에 관계없이 proline, histidine 과 serine으로 나타났으며, 구성아미노산 함량은 7월 10일과 8월 10일 수확한 까마중 지상부와 지하부에서 높게 나타났다. 4가지 유리당이 검출되었으며, 유리당 함량은 수확시기에 따라 편차를 나타내었다. 유리당 중 fructose는 수확시기가 늦어짐에 따라 감소하였으며, 총 폴리페놀 함량은 8월 30일 수확한 까마중 뿌리에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 수확기별 까마중 ethanol 추출물들의 항산화효과와 항염증효과 검정을 위하여 DPPH radical scavenging assay와 ABTS radical scavenging assay를 수행하였으며, 항염증 효과 측정을 위하여 lipopolysaccharide(LPS)로 염증을 유발시킨 C6 glioma cells을 NO 저해실험에 사용하였다. 항산화효과와 항염증 효과는 8월 30일 수확한 까마중 뿌리 ethanol 추출물에서 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 8월 30일 수확한 까마중 뿌리는 총 폴리페놀 함량, 항산화 효과 및 항염증 효과간의 양적인 상관관계를 나타내었다.

AHP를 이용한 기계화분야 미래유망기술의 우선순위 설정 (Priority Setting for Future Core Technologies in Biosystems Engineering using the Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The study focused on setting priority among the future core technologies that were derived by Delphi in agricultural management & information using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Items for setting priority were decided as ‘technology’, ‘market’, and ‘public concerns’by council. The future core technologies were divided into four parts by importance and R&D level. Technologies which consisted of upper two parts having higher importance were considered in the study. Questionnaires were given to 9 specialists in biosystems engineering. As the results, ‘market’ was decided as a most important item. The most important technologies were ‘Developing technology and system of post harvest processing for higher quality rice’ in group I, and ‘Developing sensor technology to evaluate quality and safety for agricultural products’ in group II.

Feed Value of Whole-Crop Silage Rice by Cultivars and Plant Parts at Different Transplanting and Harvest Dates

  • This study was carried out to find out the changes in the growth characteristics and feed value of the three different whole-crop silage rice cultivars of whole-crop silage rice such as Jonong, Yeongwoo and Mogwoo to develop an efficient double cropping system. This study showed that there were significant differences biomass and feed values among cultivars but no clear difference among transplanting dates. Dry weight and height were in order of Mogwoo, Yeongwoo, Jonong (p<0.05). Dry weight and feed value of Jonong showed no significant difference after 21 days after heading (DAH), it was expected to be harvested before DAH 30 days. Yeongwoo showed a lower dry weight than Mogwoo, but heading date was earlier than Mogwoo, so one can expect a higher feed value than Mogwoo. Mogwoo had lower crude protein and total digestible nutrient than the other two cultivars but relative feed value in stem was higher than that of the other cultivars, but had higher dry weight than other cultivars so it was considered to take an advantage as a silage rice. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that the selection of whole-crop silage rice on the cropping system be made comprehensively by considering the heading characteristics of the cultivars and the feed value.

보통형 콤바인 부착용 유채 예취장치 개발(II) - 유채 수확 적응성 평가 - (Development of a Rapeseed Reaping Equipment Attachable to a Conventional Combine (II) - Evaluation of Feasibility in Rapeseed Harvesting -)

  • A rapeseed reaping equipment attachable to a conventional combine was developed in order to harvest rapeseed for bio-diesel materials. This study was carried out to measure the harvest feasibility of a prototype combine in rapeseed fields. Grain, stem and pod flow rate, grain qualities (whole kernel, damaged kernel, unhulled kernel, material-other-than-grain) and grain loss rates (header, threshing, separation) were investigated in each field test. As the result of the fold test, the average grain flow rates of SUNMANG and MS varieties showed 1,430 kg/h and 2,038 kg/h, respectively. The average stem and pod flow rates showed 3,443 kg/h and 6,596 kg/h, respectively. In each working speed, the average whole kernel rate and the material-other-than-grain showed 99.9% and below 0.08%, respectively. In the average grain loss, the rates showed 5.66% in case of SUNMANG and 5.94% in MS. Header loss was higher than other parts for SUNMANG. However, threshing loss was relatively higher than other parts for MS. Header loss rate due to side cutter knifes, however, was not so high when compared with a grain loss due to the cutter bar. Effective field capacity and field efficiency of the prototype combine showed 0.389 ha/h and 44%, respectively. Comparison of customary combine with the prototype combine through field test demonstrated that the header loss was reduced by 69.3% when the prototype combine was used.

Isolation and Identification of bakkenolides and caffeoylquinic acids from the aerial parts of Petasites japonicus

  • The major aim of this work is the research of secondary metabolites isolated from the aerial parts of Petasites japonicus. The plant material is extracted with a polar solvent, which is 95% by volume methanol at room temperature. The concentrated extract was partitioned as EtOAc, n-BuOH, and $H_2O$ fractions. From the EtOAC and n-BuOH fraction, two bakkenolides and two caffoylquinic acid were isolated using the Diaion HP-20, silica gel, ODS-A, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. According to the results of the results of physico-chemical and spectroscopic data including NMR, MS and UV. The chemical structures of the compounds were respectively determined as bakkenolide B (1), bakkenolide D (2), 1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (3), and 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (4). These results suggest that the compounds isolated from the aerial parts of this plant were almost identical with known components of Petasites japonicus. However, it is necessary to investigate more about the difference of amounts of constituents according to harvest area and time.

Nitrogen Translocation and Dry Matter Accumulation of Direct Seeded Rice in No Tillage Rice-Vetch Cropping

  • Uptake, assimilation and translocation of nitrogen and dry matter assimilation and translocation in ten rice cultivars were observed in no-till direct-sown rice-vetch cropping system. There was a large degree of variation in N-uptake, grain yield, nitrogen translocation efficiency and dry matter assimilation and translocation in tested rice cultivars. Forty kg N/ha base, as compound fertilizer (21-17-21% of N-P-K) three weeks after sowing and 30 kg N/ha top-dressed at panicle initiation stage as in the form of (NH$_4$)$_2$$CO_2$ was applied. ‘Newbounet’, ‘Daesanbyeo’, and ‘Hwayeongbyeo’ showed higher translocation efficiency. The contribution of pre-heading dry matter assimilates to grain ranged from 33% to 99% of dry grain weight. Dry matter of ‘Calrose 76’ was lower than Newbounet but N content was higher in Calrose 76 than Newbonnet. By maturity, N content in vegetative parts declined considerably more than dry matter, vegetative and reproductive parts, N translocation efficiency, and N harvest index. Nitrogen translocation efficiency was greater in ‘Nonganbyeo’, Daesanbyeo, and Newbounet. Grain N concentration was positively correlated with N concentration or N content of the vegetative parts at heading in Nonganbyeo, ‘Dasanbyeo’, ‘Dongjinbyeo’, and Newbonnet. These results indicated that the greater amount of dry matter and N accumulated before heading stage, the higher translocation rates of dry matter to grain and the greater net losses at maturity.

단옥수수와 초당옥수수의 저장기간에 따른 당함량의 변화 (Changes of Sugar Content by Different Storage Durations in Sweet Corn and Super Sweet Corn)

  • 단옥수수와 초당옥수수의 출사후 이삭의 성숙정도와 당함량, 이삭부위별 당도, 저장기간에 따른 당류의 변화등을 구명하기 위하여 작물시험장 전작시험포장에서 GCB 70과 NES를 1991년 3월 5일에 비닐하우스에서 파종육묘하여 4월 1일에 본포에 이식후 소형 비닐턴넬로 재배하였다. 출사후 15일부터 30일까지 5일 간격으로 4회 수확하여 생육특성 및 당함량을 조사하였으며 이삭의 부위별 당함양은 출사후 25일에 1회 조사하였다. 저장중의 당류조사 는 냉장고(4$^{\circ}C$)에 9일간 저장하였다가 2일간격으로 5회에 걸쳐 HPLC를 이용하여 총당함량중의 당류 변화를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. GCB 70과 NES 두 품종 모두 간장, 이삭무게, 100입중 등은 출사후 30일 까지 증가경향이었으나 출사후 25일과 30일 사이에는 증가폭이 좁았다. 2. 두품종 모두 출사후 15일에 당함량이 가장 높았으며 이삭의 발육정도는 출사후 30일가지 증가 경향이나 25일부터 당함량이 급격히 저하되므로 단 옥수수는 출사후 15~20일경, 초당옥수수는 출사후 20~25일경이 수확적기로 보였다. 3. 이삭부위별 당함량은 두 품종 모두 이삭하단>이삭중간>이삭상단 순위로 높았다. 4. 초당옥수수는 수확당시의 저장후 9일까지의 당도변화가 거의 없었으나 단옥수수는 저장 3일후 부터는 당도가 급격히 저하되었다. 5. 총당중에서 Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose 등은 단옥수수보다 초당옥수수보다 단옥수수가 높았다.

잣 수확의 기계화 연구(II) -잣나무 가지의 전단 특성- (Mechanization of Pine Cone Harvest(II) -Shearing Characteristics of Shoots of Korean Pine Trees-)

  • This reasearch was performed to provide the fundamental intonation for the mechanization of Korean pine cone harvest when the shoot shearing method is adopted. Shear force and stress of pine cone shoots were measured and analyzed for this purpose. Samples are selected along their harvesting time and tested in 17 levels of shoot diameter from 10 to 26mm with 1mm increment. 1) Shear force-deformation characteristics showed that shoot reached its rupture point after 2 to 4 of bio-yield points. It was supposed that these multiple bio-yield points were caused by the discrete compression of wood parts which are composed of water, nutrient, resin, etc. 2) Required shear force to shear shoot was proportional to the square of shoot diamter, however, shear force for shoots of early harvesting time(Aug. 31) was proportional to the shoot diameter. Variance of shear force was increased as the harvesting time was delayed. Shear forces were distributed from 468N(Aug. 31, 12mm dia) to 4153N(Aug. 31, 26mm dia) disregarding the sampling date. 3) The average shear stresses by sampling dates were 744,822, and 883N/m2, respectively, and for the earlier shoot samples shear stress was quite smaller than the others. Shear stress was proportional to shoot diameter squared, and the effect of shoot diameter on the shear stress was decreased as harvesting time was delayed.
