Recently, 'happiness' has become a major issue of national level, exceeding the matter of personal issue. Especially, Korea has actually increased its GDP by focusing on the economic growth for decades, and now it has achieved the economic/technical development as an IT power. However, Korean people's satisfaction with life called 'happiness index' is moving back every year. Even though there have been continuous efforts to enhance the national happiness by mentioning it as an essential issue in the national level, there are not many researches related to it. This study drew measures to enhance happiness by extracting happiness factors and unhappiness factors of Korea through social network service. Especially, it aims to analyze, compare, and apply happiness factors and unhappiness factors of three countries such as the US, UK, and Brazil with higher happiness indexes than Korea. For this, through the topic modeling of text mining technique, postings including keywords about happiness and unhappiness were collected/analyzed from Twitter of Korea, the US, UK, and Brazil. The significance of this study is to discuss measures to increase happiness and to decrease unhappiness by mining/analyzing the actual public opinions about happiness and unhappiness in four countries like Korea, the US, UK, and Brazil by using the topic modeling. Through this, the quality of life of Korean people could be improved by suggesting measures to enhance happiness and to decrease unhappiness in the level of individual, family, society, and government.

However, it was found that children felt happier than adolescents. Second, children and adolescents perceived achievement-related variables as important conditions of happiness. Additionally, variables of 'relations with parents and relatives' and 'positive emotions' were the conditions that children needed. However, adolescents rated the needs of the conditions of happiness higher than children. Lastly, children and adolescent groups who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a high level were found to be happier than those who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a low level. The findings have implications of providing educational, psychological and environmental support to improve the happiness of children and adolescents.

The conclusions of this study are like that: Individual's participation in sport is very important. Sport experience requires understanding of inherent meaning attached to sport and ongoing efforts to acquire wisdom to capitalize on sport in an appropriate manner. Sport experience should be deemed as a means of serious activities and pursuit of happiness. In sport participants, someone's age is not meaningful. As getting old, a sport participate rates and happiness are increasing. Especially, In aging society, This facts are very meaningful. Therefore Sport participation is closely related to the perceived quality of life and happiness. It can be further suggested that physically active sport-leisure participation rather than passive or sedentary leisure involvement increases perceived quality of life and happiness. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine subjective happiness related factors in Korean nursing students. Methods: A purposive sample of 200 nursing students was recruited for the cross-sectional survey design. The instruments were perceived stress scale, major satisfaction scale, resilience scale, and subjective happiness scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hierarchical linear regression, and the Sobel test for testing mediating effects. Results: The mean score of stress, major satisfaction, resilience and subjective happiness was 2.21, 3.95, 3.60 and 5.03, respectively. Perceived health status, stress_positive perception, stress_negative perception, resilience_self confidence, resilience_positivity, resilience_social support had significant effects on subjective happiness. Explained variance for the subjective happiness was 53.4%. Resilience had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between stress and subjective happiness (Sobel test: Z=-5.67, p<.001). Also, resilience had a mediating effect in the relationship between major satisfaction and subjective happiness (Sobel test: Z=5.65, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, nursing intervention programs focusing on improving resilience are recommended to improve subjective happiness in nursing students.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify correlations in hospital nurses' work environment, emotional labor and happiness index to provide basic resources for nurses' happiness at work. Methods: Resources were gathered from 291 nurses who agreed to participate. Random sampling of nurses in nine hospitals in G-do was done between July 15 and August 14, 2014. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$ tests, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple hierarchical regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Mean scores (scale of 5) were nurses' work environment, 2.81, emotional labor, 3.24, and happiness index, 2.94. There were significant differences on the happiness index for: age, marriage, children, clinical experience, position, payment, and future work plans and a negative correlation between work environment and emotional labor, emotional labor and happiness index but a positive correlation between happiness index and work environment. Happiness index was influenced by work environment, emotional labor, future work plans. Explanatory power of these variables was 26%. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, so it is necessary to improve the work environment and reduce the frequency of emotional labor in order to increase the happiness index of hospital nurses.
A total of 378 $4^{th}$ and $5^{th}$ grade elementary school students (194 boys and 184 girls) participated in a study investigating the direct and indirect effects (through self-esteem and/or achievement motivation) of children's perceptions of parental expectations on school happiness. First, parental expectations did not have a direct effect on children's levels of school happiness. Second, parental expectations did not have an indirect effect on children's school happiness through self-esteem. Children who perceived higher levels of parental expectations showed higher levels of self-esteem, but the path from children's self-esteem to school happiness was not significant. Third, parental expectations had an indirect effect on children's levels of school happiness through achievement motivation. Children who perceived higher levels of parental expectations showed higher levels of achievement motivation, and children with higher levels of achievement motivation reported higher levels of school happiness. Finally, parental expectations indirectly influenced children's school happiness through self-esteem and achievement motivation. These findings suggest that both environmental and individual factors need to be considered together to more comprehensively explain children's levels of school happiness.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the condition of career happiness according to personal and organizational variables of childcare teachers. Methods: For this purpose, a total of 1,035 teachers were surveyed. The validity of the career happiness survey tool was examined through previous research, expert review, and factor analysis. Results: The results of the study are as follows. The individual variables influencing career happiness of childcare teachers were mainly age, and there was a difference in the career happiness of teachers over 40 years old and teachers under 29 years old. Second, the teachers at home daycare centers showed a high level of interpersonal relationships and working hours. The teachers at workplace daycare centers have a good balance between work and life, and teachers at corporate group daycare centers have a high sense of happiness about income. The childcare teacher's career happiness was generally higher than infant teachers, and the support of the assistant teacher had an effect on the career Happiness of the teachers. Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a predictive model for happiness of students in general high schools. The study was based on the theory of happiness integration and the literature review. Methods: Data were collected using a convenience sample of 231 first and second grade students in five general high schools in D city and K Province. The exogenous variables were optimism as personality factors, parenting attitude, academic stress and friend's support as happiness. The endogenous variables were self-esteem and resilience as mediating variables, and happiness of students in general high schools. Data collection was done from March 14 to March 28, 2019. The AMOS 22.0 and SPSS programs were used to verify the validity of confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis models. Results: The factors that have the greatest influence on happiness of high school students are self-esteem and resilience. The explanatory power of happiness by these variables was 98.1%. The individual mediating effect and double mediation effect of these variables were found to be significant. Conclusion: As student's optimistic personality, parent's positive parenting attitude, and friend's support improve student's self-esteem and resilience, ultimately positively affecting high school students' happiness, so it is necessary to consider these factors and try to develop a happiness improvement program.
Objective: This study investigated how family cohesion influences adolescents' positive attitude formation and their happiness as classified into hedonistic happiness and eudaimonistic happiness. We also examined whether adolescents' positive attitude functions as a mediator between family cohesion and the two kinds of happiness. Particularly, positive attitude consists of three subfactors: positive perspective, self-positivity, and social positivity. This study focused on exploring which subfactor primarily plays a mediating role. Methods: A total of 320 middle school students participated in the present study. Results and Conclusion: The findings of the study are as follows: first, positive attitude was shown to function as a mediator between family cohesion and two kinds of happiness. Second, through an analysis of multiple mediation, self-positivity and social positivity were found to be mediators between family cohesion and hedonistic happiness. However, positive perspective and self-positivity were revealed to serve as mediators between family cohesion and eudaimonistic happiness. Only self-positivity, being considered as a core construct of positive attitude, turned out to be a common mediator between family cohesion and the two kinds of happiness.

The subjects were 295 university students. The data were analyzed by means of frequency analysis, Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS. Instruments were Lee's(2010) Happiness Scale for university students, Strauss'(1988) CTSP(Parent-Child Conflict Tactics Scale), McCubbin's(1981) FILE(Family Inventory of Life Events and Changes), Yu's(2004) Family resiliency of Family Health Scale and Park's(1985) Social Support Scale. The major findings were as follows; Family abuse experience was positively correlated with family stress and negatively correlated with social support, family resiliency and happiness. Family stress was negatively correlated with family resiliency. Social support and family resiliency were positively correlated with happiness. Family abuse experience positively influenced family stress and negatively influenced social support and family resiliency. Social support positively influenced family resiliency and happiness. Family stress negatively influenced family resiliency. Family resiliency positively influenced happiness. Thus education program and counseling should be provided to increase happiness and family resiliency, and social support should be provide to increase the quality of life for university students.
