lnSb temperature dependent hall effect of multilayerd structures were investigated. According to variation of magnetic field measured hall coefficient, Hall mobility, carrier density and hall voltage. For the measurement of electrical properties of hall device, evaperated InSb thin film fabricated with series and parallel multilayers. We found that the XRD analysis of InSb thin film showed good properties at 20$0^{\circ}C$, 60 minutes. Resistance of ohmic contact increased linearly due to increasing current. Some of device fabrication technique and analysis of Hall effect were discussed.

In this study, we have fabricated a three branches vertical Hall sensor for detecting three phases rotation informations of miniaturized brushless motor. The sensor gives three position signals phase shifted by $120^{\circ}$, corresponding to the motor driving signals. The branch has one Hall output and one input each other. The central part acts as common driving input. Sensor has branch width of $150{\mu}m$ and distance from central electrode to Hall electrode of $100{\mu}m$. The sensitivity of sensor is 250 V/$A{\cdot}T$ at magnetic field of 0.1 T. It has also showed three sine waves of Hall voltages with $120^{\circ}$ phase over a $360^{\circ}$ rotation. A packaged sensing part are $2{\times}2mm^{2}$ and has been successfully tested on a motor rotation at a speed up to 60,000 rpm.

본 연구는 현존하는 기타리스트 중 가장 큰 영향을 주고 있는 Jim Hall의 작품 'Careful'과 'Waltz New'를 분석하고, 동시대의 연주자들과는 다른 그의 음악적인 성향과 방향성을 살펴본다. 단지 기타리스트에 머물지 않고 새로운 창조를 위해 끊임없이 새로운 시도를 했던 Jim Hall은 이 시대의 음악인들에게 음악의 본질이 무엇이며, 또한 기타리스트로서 선택 할 수 있는 다양한 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있다. 시대를 넘어 인정받고 있는 그의 음악은 현 음악인에게 시사 하는바가 매우 크다고 고려된다.

This paper deals with the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the generalized MHD and Hall-MHD systems. Firstly, the upper bound for the generalized MHD and Hall-MHD systems is investigated in $L^2$ space. Then, the effect of the Hall term is analyzed. Finally, we optimize the upper bound of decay and obtain their algebraic lower bound for the generalized MHD system by using Fourier splitting method.

In this study, the room acoustics of a hall in Kimhae Performing Arts Center is discussed. The hall is designed as a multi-purpose hall. The reverberation time of the hall is varied by absorptive/reflective surfaces. A design method using both objective and subjective evaluations is investigated. As a result, the geometrical shape and the interior materials are determined.

InSb-Sn 박막 Hall소자를 InSb-Sn분말을 flash흡착법으로 슬라이드 글래스 위에 흡착하여 만들었다. 이 소자를 자속계로 사용할 때 특성이 재현성이 좋고 직선성이 양호하였다. InSb-Sn thin film Hall device Was drepared by flash evaporation of InSb-Sn powder on the Slide qlass. The Characteristics Curve of this device showcd good linearity and reproducibility.

Jim Hall은 재즈 100여년의 역사에서 기타라는 악기를 통하여 현재까지 독보적인 위치를 확보하며 후대 뮤지션들에게 큰 영향력을 미치고 있는 한 인물이다. 이를 통하여 그가 걸어온 재즈역사 내에서의 발자취를 더듬고 그의 연주를 분석함으로서 과거와 현재음악의 연결과 모던재즈에 나타난 그의 영향력을 살펴본다. 이 연구에서는 Jim Hall의 연주 방식에서 나타난 창조성과 그만의 독창성을 이해하는 것에 중점을 둔다. 이를 통해 현대 음악에서의 창의성과 앞으로의 음악에 대한 보다 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어지기를 바라는 바이다.

4 royal palaces are currently remained from capital city (Seoul) of 'Cho-Sun(朝鮮)' period. In these palaces, 'Main hall of Royal Palace(正殿)' is the center of the Royal Palaces. The 'Main hall of Royal Palace' of the Royal Palace was the best building of that time. Therefore there were many studies about the 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. But these studies were individual studies of these 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. Therefore, this study is to analyze and compare 4 'Main hall of Royal Palace' of the Royal palaces. It is to study the proportion regarding the Diameter of the pillar, the Height, the pillar and pillar Interval's Distance, and the arrangement of 'Kong-Po(bracket sets)'. With these studies, it is to prove that the 'Main hall of Royal Palace' is the building which high construction technique of this time is expressed. Result of this study is as followings; First, the proportion of pillar height(H) to its diameter(D) average from H=8.0 to 8.5D. Only the Myeong-Jeong-Jeon omitted the 'Go-Ju(高柱)' in the 'Toi-Kan (退間)' to place Ea-Jwa(御座). Second, Second, the proportion of diameter of the pillar of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju(外部平柱)' and 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju(內陣高柱)' average D1(Diameter of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju') =0.91D2 (Diameter of 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju'). In regards to the height, the single floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' and double floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' seems to be different. The height proportion of the double floor 'Main hall of royal palace' is H1(Height of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju')=0.34H2(Height of 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju') and single floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' has a proportion of H1=0.62H2. Third, in Geun-Jeong-Jeon, with the proportion of height and diameter of the pillar, interval's distance between pillars and diameter, the pillar interval distance and height, of 'Ea-kan(御間)' from the 'Toi-Kan' is different from 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. This is because the structure of 'Toi-Kan' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon is not stable. In order to reinforce this, 'Gui-Go-Ju(隅高柱)' of the Geun-Jeong-Jeon jut out $4{\sim}7%$ more compared to In-Jeong-Jeon. Fourth, when comparing double floor 'Main hall of royal palace' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon and In-Jeong-Jeon, based on distance of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju' and 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju' of lower level, the 'Sang-Bu-Pyeong-Ju(上部平柱)' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon jut out $4{\sim}7%$ more compared to the In-Jeong-Jeon and also It becomes thicker. Fifth, the arrangement of 'Kong-Po' on the front row of 'Gan(間)' had to do with the change of side 'Gan'. Even though the Geun-Jeong-Jeon and the In-Jeong-Jeon were double floors, the arrangement of the 'Kong-Po' is different because the number of side bay is different.

본 연구는 결혼 예식장 종류에 따른 서비스스케이프 배색 이미지를 호텔 예식 연회, 일반 예식장, 종교 결혼식장 간에 비교하여 분석하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역 20~39세 400명을 대상으로 직접 방문 및 우편조사를 실시하였고 315부를 분석에 사용하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 사용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, t-test, 분산 분석 등을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과 결혼식장 배색 이미지는 경쾌함, 고상함, 은은함의 3개 요인으로 분석되었다. 크론바하 알파값이 조사 도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 0.7 이상을 나타내어 적합하게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지 분석 결과, '깨끗한'이 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '온화한' 3.50, '은은한' 3.38 순으로 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 결혼식장 유형별 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 배색 이미지 중 '경쾌함' 요인은 일반 예식장이 3.00, '고상함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장 3.64, '은은함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장에서 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 인구통계학적 차이 분석 결과, 성별, 결혼 유무, 한달 총수입에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타난 반면, 연령, 학력, 직업에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼식장 색채 마케팅 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
