This study aimed to look into the features of the hair beauty service components and the effects of these elements on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth intention. Subjects were 20's-40's women and survey methods such as frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were used. Results were as follows: First, hair beauty service were composed of eight factors such as facilities of hair beauty salon, employee's kindness, amusement facilities, light refreshments, guidance to a process of hair style, keeping service for personal belongings, reservation service, and customer management. Second, the effects on customer satisfaction was significantly affected by facilities of hair beauty salon, employee's kindness, guidance to a process of hair style, customer management, keeping service for personal belongings, light refreshments. Third, customer satisfaction with hair beauty service affected the word-of-mouth intention.

The purpose of this thesis is to make an effective Korean Hip Hop culture and suggest a new style direction in classifying the types of fashion styles of the Hip Hop musicians and studying their features. They are surveyed in stage costumes, hair styles, make-ups, accessaries, and total fashion styles, and then classified into Normal Hip Hop Style, Casual Hip Hop Style, Sporty Hip Hop Style, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style, and Classical Hip Hop Style. The results of the study are as follows: First, Normal Hip Hop Style is the most general and universal Hip Hop fashion type. They wear clothes in bigger sizes and exaggeratively. And also a cornrow hair style, a tattoo, and a piercing represent marked individualities. Second, Casual Hip Hop Style is more active and practical than Normal Hip Hop Style. Their blue jeans and T-shirts express more simple and polished style. And also they make variable fashion styles and hair styles such as a cornrow hair and a buzz cut. Third, Sporty Hip Hop Style is from B-boy's clothes when they do active and violent break dancing. As NBA basketball games are popular, they wear training clothes, breeches, big T-shirts, and jumpers & caps on embroidered sport team's names. Their hair style is short or natural and also they have caps or hoods to present active mood. Fourth, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style is existed variable elements in one style. The typical type of this style is jacket & blue jean. It is characterized by dress shirts, neck ties, blue jeans, sneakers, beards, and moustaches. Fifth, Classical Hip Hop Style is from African Americans. They try to express assimilated appearance of Anglo-Saxons. They wear black suits, shoes, hats, and sunglasses to represent formality and elegance. In the above results, there are variable fashion styles in one Hip Hop music genre and also fashion style is changed with musical inclination. This thesis is an important guide to produce variable and creative Hip Hop fashion styles in Korean Hip Hop culture.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of hair-style(straight and wave), hair-length(short, medium and iong), and type of hat design(no-hat, beret, cloche, bowler and capeline) on the impressions of hat's wearer . The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales(7-point scale semantic). Thirty stimuli color pictures of various combination of hair length, hair style, and type of hat design were manipulated by computer drawing. The subjects were 360 undergraduate students in Seoul, Kyunggi and Kyungnam. The result of this study can be summarized as follows; Impression factor of the stimulus consisted of the 5 different dimensions (attractiveness, gracefulness, brightness, visibilty, cuteness). Each impression of type of hat design, along with hair-style, hair-length had significant effects on gracefulness, visibilty and cuteness. Each impression of hair-style, hair-length, along with type of hat design had significant effects on gracefulness, brightness, visibilty and cuteness. Thus type of hat design, hair-style and hair-length have a significant influence on the impression evaluation of hat's wearer.

Oxidative hair color is currently widely used because of its beautiful light color and good dyeability. In this study, hair color, oxidative agents, and dye intermediate were reacted. Modifier, which changes color with various hue, and alkaline agent, which opens the cuticle of hair fiber and enhances the dyeing reaction, were added. For gel formation, isocetyl alcohol was used as solvent in preparing three kinds of permanent oxidative hair color. Physiochemical study of prepared permanent oxidative hair color was done for basic information acquisition. Acid perspiration test, pH measurement both at room temperature and at high temperature, drop movement test, dyeability efficiency upon the amount of hydrogen peroxide added, and humidity fastness were studied. Shampoo fastness and light fastness of prepared permanent oxidative hair color dyed hair sample were also investigated. All three kinds of hair color prepared showed good properties overall, however, dyed hair sample became reddish upon shampoo fastness and lightfastness tests.

Purpose: The cosmetics industry is dynamic and constantly evolving. The hair and beauty field is characterized by being very sensitive to social trends. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the intellectual structure of the social function of hair beauty and to analyze the research and industrial trends related to the beauty field. This study is a literature review and presents specific and practical development plans and growth strategies for the hair care market. Research design, data, and methodology: This review study was conducted by searching PubMed, Google Scholar, Riss, Scopus, and Research Gate. We prepared this by referring to keywords such as the beauty care industry, sustainable development, hair care, hair cosmetics, and hair care market. A total of 468 papers were searched, of which 60 were finally included in this study on the PRISMA flowchart. Results: For good consumption and continuous development of hair cosmetics, it will be necessary to clearly understand the beauty and cosmetic needs of various generations. Conclusions: As income level improvement and quality of life become more important, Korea's beauty industry is attracting a lot of attention as a growth industry that transcends gender and age amid social and cultural development, and its importance is expected to grow in the future.

The purpose of this study was to develop a lifestyle scale for one-person hair salon users and to identify differences in store choice factors and hairstyle pursuit behaviors according to lifestyle types. Data was collected by survey, with 225 responses being included in the analysis. Data analysis was performed using cross-analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's α, cluster analysis, ANOVA and the Duncan-test using SPSS 23.0 analysis software. The results of the study were as follows. First, one-person hair salon users were classified according to the following lifestyle groups: The rational appearance management group, the passive appearance management group, and the discriminative appearance management group. Second, store choice factors according to lifestyle group showed significant group-specific differences in relation to store atmosphere, accessibility, and promotion. Conversely, comfort of space in store and word-of-mouth recommendation message were high for all three groups, indicating that these are important factors in relation to store selection. Third, with regard to hairstyle pursuit behaviors according to lifestyle, the discriminative appearance management group showed the same characteristics as high involvement groups that regard all dimensions of hairstyle pursuit behavior as important. The results of this study can be used to suggest efficient operations for one-person hair salons and to suggest differentiated marketing strategies to increase the demand of one-person hair salon users.

현대인에게 외모는 경쟁력의 수단이며 이러한 현대인의 욕구에 위해요소로 작용하는 요인 중 하나는 백모(白毛)이다. 백모를 커버하여 타인에게 아름다운 외모를 표출해야 하는 현대인을 위하여 백모 염모제 시술 후 모발분석을 실시하였다. 실험결과 1N-3N 화학염모제의 control 대조군과 1N부터 3N 실험군 간에 최대하중, 최대 인장 강도, 최대 신장률, 파단하중, 파단강도, 파단 신장률, 평가구간에 따른 최대 모듈러스 및 tangential modulus가 대체적으로 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 최대 하중과 최대 인장강도, 파단 하중과 파단 강도가 대조군에 비해 커다란 경향을 보인 반면 최대 신장률과 파단 신장률은 대조군이 가장 큰 값으로 실험군 처리에 따라 신장률이 감소하였다. 평가구간에 따른 최대 모듈러스와 tangential modulus는 대조군에 비해 1N-3N 실험군들이 0~0.15와 0.15~2.5 등 모든 strain 구간에서 대체적으로 높게 나타났다. 백모 커버용 산화염모제의 시술 전후 모발의 미용학적 변화에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 올바른 화학염모제 제품의 선택, 적당한 도포량 및 방치시간 등을 효과적으로 선택할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되리라 사료된다.

Hair bleaching is a treatment process in which the melanic pigment is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide. With the increase of the number of treatments, $1{\sim}10$ levels of various colors develop, the hair luster diminishes, and the appearance becomes very rough. In this study, by changing the number of hair bleaching and bleaching conditions, the changes in the degree of hair damage and its process were observed through the use of scanning electron microscopy. The color changes were also compared through the use of spectrophotometer. In order to study the physical changes of the bleached hairs and to search for the optimum conditions to keep the hair damages minimum during bleaching, tensile properties were measured and reviewed. By increasing the number of hair bleaching and by the severe conditions, the scales became eroded and the protection layers were decreased, and the oxidation reached the inner sectors resulting in rough surface and fibrillation. The surface of the hairs became bright yellowish and transparent by the bleaching of melanic pigments or by the destruction of pigments. With the increase of bleaching degree, in terms of physical changes, the breaking strength decreased while the elongation increased a little.

Perm is one the of the most common thing in a beauty salon like hair-cut and hair perm needs processing solutions which is chemical substances. Those chemical substances damage the hair cuticle. Damaged hair cuticles with mistakes of perm will follow with the next performance and it will cause more damage to hair. As damage of hair cuticle become worse, it is harder to recover the hair cuticle like before. Therefore, this study shows that plain rinse is the way to reduce the damage of hair cuticle with perm as much as possible. With experiments, I suggest the right way to do plain rinse to satisfy customers' demand and reduce the damage. During the research, I figured that plain rinse with the knowledge, structure of hair cuticle, principle of perm and plain rinse, is very needed. The hair with plain rinse have more elastic curl and have less scales which came off from hair cuticle than the hair without plain rinse. This experiment concludes that hairdresser has to figure out about the time, temperature and type of water depends on the degree of damaged hair of customers. In order to perm, there is no way to not to use chemical substances to perm. Therefore, hairdresser has to choose suitable processing solutions and right steps, and as this is the age of 'well-being' boom, hairdresser must try to keep the healthy hair. Consequently, in order to meet the demands and conditions of customers, hairdresser needs to find the right method to do plain rinse and use the method in perm.

Hair cut is one of the best useful technical tool for hair styling. In this study using the rule of the layers of hair design, balanced for visual art, perceptual ability and form created by the principles of analysis and offer hair cuts and hair design of the representation of regions and even hair design as the basis of a student of Hair Beauty and all the people working in the field can create a variety of hair design puts the purpose to establish a basis. The result of this study can be outline as follows: First, the step line and the movement of the relationship between the law of the layers above and below the length of the same layer techniques, the same consists of a vertical cross-section of the overall round shape of the cut same layer is created and the appropriate volume and movement, the movement of low-layer round a little bit more feeling and expression is used when you want. High-layer used to want to move a lot of light and could see that. Third, hair design, the expansion of the expressive power of the law of the layers, and the section of the over direction depends on the presence of line control to express the length of the outline I had to, lifting the weight to adjust form controls, and the expression of Hair Design will be expanding the width. A hair designer, a layer style to create a zone he thought the law of the first layer formative area To further the reach will be a lot of research, leading up formative aspects of this research thesis do not have missing parts, or as a result of the Beauty of Hair Design and the width of a hair design education in the field can perform to help feed the reference materials that will be.
